And I wanted to get a design on my acrylic nails and she didn't she just straight up asked me what color I wanted and showed me the nail color books. It seemed like she was in a bad mood the entire time cause she kept pulling my arms and pushing my fingers when she was trying to get the shape. Everything even the vibe felt off with her. For this cute baby blue set the nail tech charged me $50 flat. Not too bad. It is gel, with coffin medium length. The sparks on the top, gave my nails like a unicorn effect that all my friends loved and especially me. So simple, yet it too for ever for her to finish. read more

I always pass by this place whenever I go over to my parents house , finally decided to give this place a try today . Walked in at 10 am and I was the only one , all the workers were shocked to see me or something , made me think is this place an only appointment type of nail salon or something. Kinda made me feel uncomfortable at first after seeing that kind of response & then they started telling each other basically 'oh you help her , no you help her' okay ... LOL I'm only standing right in front of all of you.. anyways the place is really clean I'll give them that , I came in for a pedicure & full set . The lady who was doing my pedicure cut off so much nail to the point where she started filing my toe nails and it started to sting since it was so close to my skin. The lady who did my nails kept giving me little cuts on my skin when using her machine and I had to keep asking her to file the sides a little more so it can look like a coffin shape . Also I didn't even ask for gel nails but she ended up painting my nails with gel lol (I already have hubby , no need for gel nail in fobby accent) Over all the ladies who worked on my nails were really sweet , kinda hesitant about coming back though. By the way the store front has a big ass sign that says 20% off for grand opening I don't think I got that 20% lol. I always come to Nancy. She is very detailed and caring. Today I came in because I wanted my get color removed and a manicure. The person I got (which I don't know her name) was very horrible and rough. When she used the nail file she hurt me and filed my skin and hurt me. She started putting on the nail color and it was ugly like a 5 year old was doing I kept on telling her to put color on the side of the nail. Well it turned out ugly and bumpy. She's trying to tell me the color looks like that cus she removed the gel color I had. And she has 35 years experience. It certainly doesn't look like you have those many years of experience. She's the one that has glasses and puts a tissue on the nose to hold them. She has no customer service. Regret coming in on day that Nancy is not there. read more

I went to get a pedicure at this place yesterday afternoon & they used a wooden tool to get my ingrown toenail but I don't believe I had one on my left toe. But, she still went in and I started bleeding a lot (I never bleed when they do removals!) She noticed I was in pain so she stopped but then went onto the other side of the same nail and did the same thing. I asked her to stop because it was hurting a lot and she still did it but then stopped when I started getting agitated. On my right toe she didn't go as hard or rough because she knew I was in pain. She put peroxide on my left toe and then a piece of cotton to "stop the bleeding". This is my toenail today! I could barely sleep last night because I was in so much pain. You can see how swollen and red my left toe is compared to my right toe. There's pus and I can barely move it. I do NOT recommend this place. I will be calling the board of cosmetology on them because this isn't right. read more

The lady cutting my nails wanted to hide all the blood from the deep cut she made and proceeded to add a bunch of chemicals to try to stop the blood without success. I asked her twice to just stop and get a bandaid but she just ignored me until I asked different employee for one. I regret paying and tipping for such an unacceptable service. I came in last week to get a gel manicure and I changed my toe color to gel. I had to come back this week because the gel chipped... a lot. I mentioned it to the manager, and she completely ignored me. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. The lady made me bleed on both my toes. I mentioned that it hurt, and she just rubs my toes and says, "It doesn't hurt." How are you going to tell me what hurts and what doesn't hurt? They're my toes. To top it off, she took two freaking to do my pedicure. There were people that came in way after me requesting the same thing and left before me. The lady that did my manicure was good. She began after the lady that did my pedicure and finished before her. Save your money and go somewhere else. Definitely not worth it and definitely not returning. Also, one of the workers told one girl one price and when the girl went to pay, they told her another price. The worker that had told her the cheaper price said that's not what she said and made her feel like she was lying. They do this all the time, and the customers have no other choice than to pay. Please make sure all your employees know your prices before giving anyone false information. If you advertise 20%, make sure to give it to your customers. read more

If I could give this place a 0 rating, I would! Their service was horrible. The lady who painted my toes didn't shape them nicely and painted outside of the nails as well. I asked for gel and by the next day, the paint was chipping already and some nails didn't preserve the shine that gel is supposed to give. She only painted the front of the nail and not the sides. For their ridiculous prices, they sure did a sloppy job. These ladies clearly have no professional experience doing adequate pedicures. Don't waste your money on this scam of a business. This nail salon is kind of hidden and requires some crazy turns to enter the plaza. The place is huge but completely empty. When I came in there was a lady at the counter who called one from the back and fetched another one from outside for my gel color and pedicure gel color. First off they are a bargain but so is my usual spot Pro Nail and Spa for doing 10 gel color, this place was 11. I decided to try it out because it was a closer drive. They were very sweet and did a good job the main issues were: *Lack of color selection no OPI *Lack of uv lights, they seem to only have two and one stopped working. *They took forever and waited to switch off using the light until it broke and they and to take out the newer one. (1hr without waiting) *No music and they were playing news on the one tv that kept getting disconnected. Overall they were nice and the place was clean but I going to drive the extra few miles for my usual. read more

Got my nails done with Kim! She's super sweet and nice. I wanted an ombré color, but unfortunately none of the workers knew how to do it. That kind of got me upset because she said she doesn't have enough experience with that and she needs to practice the ombré color more often, which really isn't my problem. But overall, I like my nails! I paid $29 for my acrylics(with gel) and $29 for my pedicure(with gel +the callous remover). read more

I've been here for 1.15 hours and they have skipped me because the lady decided to do pedicure " she said her hands hurt" I think I'm patient to wait for over an hour but you cannot skip people . This is my first visit here. Came by the day before Thanksgiving at about 2 pm, no wait at all. I asked for a pedicure and then accepted the offer of a manicure as well. The pedicure chairs were typical as found in most nail establishments, included massage options. Total time in the shop was about 40 minutes. I went ahead and got a design (which upon inspection after I left was AWFUL). The total for mani/pedi plus nail design was only $25 (regular polish on toes only, not gel and no polish on fingers).
