Boochies is definitely a trendy spot. The inside is cute and the ambiance is nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially since the menu felt a little overwhelming. My friend and I both went with the Raw Earth Cream Latte. It definitely had an earthy quality to it. However, the latte was so light on flavor that it tasted watered down and I couldn't finish it. Not sure if we'll come back but cute place.

First time coming in and this place is adorable, loved the interior! Simple and chill. The staff was friendly, gave me back story on the owner and where the matcha comes from! I got the vanilla iced matcha. And it was good, smooth, perfect amount of sweet. I'll have to try the straight matcha next! The only part that doesn't make sense is charging $1 extra to have it iced.. but overall pretty good. I paid $12 for my drink.

Camarillo is in for a treat because Boochies Matcha Bistro is officially open! My bestie and I stopped in for a midday pick me up, and we were impressed immediately upon walking in. Boochies has created a space that feels tranquil, beautiful, and inviting, the kind of place where you instantly want to sit and stay awhile. Boochies is the first concept of its kind in the area, and that alone is exciting. I have so many friends who are matcha fanatics, so having a spot serving ceremonial grade matcha right here in our local neighborhood feels like a big deal. And I learned so much during our visit. Boochies sources their ceremonial grade matcha from a family owned farm in Kirishima, Japan. They offer five different grades of ceremonial matcha, and part of the fun is getting to learn about the differences when you visit. We had the pleasure of meeting owner Rebekah aka "Boochie" and she couldn't have been lovelier. You can feel her passion for what she's building. She walked us through the different matcha variations and helped us navigate the menu. It was my friend's first time trying matcha, so she went with a classic iced vanilla matcha. I was looking for something refreshing and healthy, and Rebekah encouraged me to try the Fat Burner Lemonade with matcha, berries, cucumber, kale, and pineapple. YUM! It was super refreshing and such a unique way to enjoy matcha. We're already planning to come back for the breakfast bites and honestly we're just excited to have a space like this in Camarillo. :)

I've had a few matcha drinks here and they all knock it out of the park. Not watered down, not overly sweet. Just perfect- delicious, smooth, leaving me craving the next visit. The owner has so much passion for high quality ingredients and nutrition. Yes the prices are higher than Starbucks but you can't even compare the product. Worth every penny. Looking forward to trying more of the drinks and the food menu looks great too. Let's rally as a community to support this unique and healthy business.

Randomly decided to look up Matcha around me and found this six minutes away. We had to go check it out. I was a little scared because I never heard anything about it. But the drinks were so good. The bistro was welcoming as well and I enjoyed the Freewater.:)

Menu

The drinks are very delicious! I had the rejuvenator and it's so delicious. The ingredients that they use are very healthy. They use honey instead of sugar. Their employees are very knowledgeable and very helpful, that kid Grey gave us amazing recommendations. I highly recommend this place.

I am a DoorDash Photographer, so I do shoots at a lot of restaurants and I also get a chance to sample many of the dishes. Boochies, a family owned and operated restaurant, was something special! Although I am not a vegetarian and never really even visited a vegetarian restaurant, because of this shoot I was able to sample many of the dishes. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Rebecca, the owner has gone to great extents to research and provide genuine top quality matcha based dishes. Every dish I sampled was amazing! From the hand made dough in the pizzas to the special "ceremonial" matcha (the best version) you can just taste every nuance of flavor. I am now a part time vegetarian if this is what their food tastes like. At Boochies the staff is top notch, friendly, knowledgeable, quick and actually artists in their presentations. Rebecca and Jillian were creating the dishes when I was there and couldn't have been nicer. Both will easily explain anything you'd like to know about their food and matcha. Boochies is easily accesible right off hwy 101 (take the Pleasant Valley/Santa Rosa exit) in Camarillo, CA and in the Mission Oaks Plaza. Do yourself a favor the next time you're in the Camarillo area and treat yourself to a Boocies Matcha experience!

We ordered a few drinks, and each had a great personality and flavor on their own! I hope they open in Westlake!

It was so amazing to find a place that values clean ingredients and uses so many super foods in the menu! We really don't have places like it here in Camarillo. I ordered a salted caramel matcha and created my own pizza which I was so excited to find came gluten free and dairy free! As someone with many dietary restrictions it was the best feeling knowing I could pretty much order anything on the menu and be in the clear! The matcha was delicious and the best I've had in a really long time. Finally matcha done right. Highly recommend this place.

There were a couple people already waiting in line when we arrived, but no one at the register. After a few more minutes the people ahead of us got tired of waiting and left. We had already had our minds set on a few menu items to try so we waited. The team member who took our order was very nice but a bit slow at the register. We weren't in a rush, so it didn't really bother us. The husband was quite hungry, so we ended up over-ordering -- House Chips & Cheese, Potato Bacon Pizza, Short-Rib Melt and Pastrami. It all came our pretty fast and it was ALOT (lol)! The House Chips were generous, fresh and tasty. The Potato Bacon pizza was delicious! The sandwiches, although flavorful, were kinda skimpy. We felt that we were biting into mostly bread. The fries were hot and super crispy. Service was great overall. There's a flat screen TV in the middle of the dining room that was showing college football. I liked that takeout boxes for leftovers were easily accessible to everyone. There's ample seating inside and several picnic tables at the shared area outside. The layout is nice with three connected establishments -- Freda's, Rori's and Topa Topa. Something for the entire family! :)

Wonderful idea that accommodates groups with more options when visiting the establishment. After about 10 minutes Christian came out to inform us they had run out of mushrooms...then asked if we'd like to try their highly requested potato and bacon...we welcomed the possibility. He then very kindly brought us out delicious restaurant made potato chips and cheese dip, on the house, since he felt we had waited so long for our pizza. He immediately struck me as a very kindly brought and considerate young man...something that seems rare these days...especially when viewing society as a senior citizen. I highly recommend the quality of the pizza and enjoyed the service provided as well.

The place has several different seating areas, which gives it a relaxed and flexible atmosphere depending on where you prefer to sit. The pizza was surprisingly very good. I tried the Hawaiian pizza, which was flavorful, and the bread itself was delicious. Overall, it's a nice spot if you're looking for a place to grab a drink and enjoy a casual bite to eat.

The beer was pretty good, I had a couple of different varieties and they were all very tasty. The letdown was the pizza, I was kind of expecting close to the quality of Fluid State but nope, not even in the same league. It was actually bad, the crust kinda reminded me of when the kids were little and we took them to Chuck E Cheese. Regardless, the beer was good and even though it was packed Saturday night, we didn't have any issues finding a table.

It was late in the evening and we stopped by. The interior was very smoky and the building has very poor ventilation. This place was PACKED. I looked at the various options and decided to split a pizza with my brother. It had all the good stuff tomatoes, onions, meat, etc. I took a bite and it wasn't anything special and definitely not worth the price. I know it's all fresh, good quality stuff but something was missing. I don't see myself coming back simply because of the prices and what I ended up getting. Of course it felt like a moderate step up from a chain place like Dominos or Pizza Hut, but for me it didn't live up to what it claims to be.
