That's when the truth came out: Marcus opened my account wrong, and because of his mistake I now can't upgrade my phones for THREE MONTHS. Rick and another employee, Mark, flat out told me there was nothing they could do. Their only advice? Go back to Verizon or switch to T-Mobile. I called Marcus again and he refused to admit fault, just kept telling me to "wait." Wait for what? For three months of their mistake to magically go away? Absolutely unacceptable. Because of their complete incompetence and zero accountability, I am DONE with AT&T and My Wireless. My entire family is moving to T-Mobile. They even text you if you need to wait a bit longer once you make the appointment and it's super easy. This is the 3rd upgrade in 5 years that we have made an appointment ON A SATURDAY, their busiest day; walked in, did what we needed to do and walked out super happy. Kelly was amazing. The store was filled with walk ins who didn't make appointments. She was calm, personable and efficient. She answered all our "dumb" questions that I'm sure she has heard 1000 times and not once did she make us feel stupid. Kelly was so knowledgeable and explained everything to us so we understood.
