Today (Monday) I came back ready to upgrade and was hit with the most ridiculous excuse I've ever heard... Marcus said my account was "on hold" and that he needed a manager to release it. He didn't know when the manager would even show up. Seriously? I drove to the other location on Golden Valley to talk to his manager Rick myself. That's when the truth came out: Marcus opened my account wrong, and because of his mistake I now can't upgrade my phones for THREE MONTHS. Rick and another employee, Mark, flat out told me there was nothing they could do. Their only advice? Go back to Verizon or switch to T-Mobile. I called Marcus again and he refused to admit fault, just kept telling me to "wait." Wait for what? For three months of their mistake to magically go away? Absolutely unacceptable. Because of their complete incompetence and zero accountability, I am DONE with AT&T and My Wireless. My entire family is moving to T-Mobile. If you value your time, your money, and basic honesty stay far away from this place. This has been the most unprofessional and infuriating customer service experience I have ever had.+ all of the employees are under the age of 30 they are unprofessional and need to be retrained.

When they finished their conversation, they told me their store didn't have the phone in store and that they would have to get it from another one. It took 2 days, several calls looking for their actual store number, the number the guy told me i could call him on was answered by another person who said it was he was a cousin and that it was his number but he wasn't available. Right after I hung up, he called me all apologetic that the phone was not in. After an entire morning/afternoon, he called me to tell me the phone could be picked up. They even charged for a new SIM card when they easily have given my brother for free since they didn't honor their word about delivering the phone when they said they would. Fast forward to Sunday March 24th, turns out they activated the wrong number to the SIM card that was suppose to be for this phone and now my sister has no phone for 2 days until they can fix the problem. Tortello knew right away that the 13 Pro doesn't repair like the older phones and needs a full TrueDepth module swap, and even pointed me to Apple's Self Service program in case I wanted to try it myself. That kind of honesty when they could have just taken my money told me everything I needed to know. Flat fee, genuine Apple part with a year warranty, and seal replacement as standard practice. Part came in early and they turned the repair around in a few hours. Face ID, Apple Watch unlock, and Portrait mode all work perfectly now and the service history shows a genuine TrueDepth camera. Friendly, easy going, and clearly knows this stuff at a level most shops don't. I priced this against a mail in place that quoted me way more and would have meant shipping my phone across the country. Glad I went local. Highly recommend.
