Another T-Mobile store told me I can report them because it's simply laziness and they can help. Two reps at two T-Mobile stores told me I can make a return and or the reps can help with returns of my WiFi device. The email with the label also mentions the same. The lady that was "helping" us stated that this is the device issue, something about the phone not being able to read the sim card, bla bla, implying that we need to get a new phone. At the time, I was at the Sprint store in Tyler Mall and was told that T-Mobile would honor phone plans with Sprint customers. I had the IPHONE Forever Plan; which entitles me to an upgrade every year when I turn the old IPHONE in. This month I went to the T-Mobile store and they told me that they terminated that plan and that I was on a plan where I buy the IPhone over the course of 30 months. I never agreed to this, and I was not made aware that this was even legal. It sounds incredibly suspicious that a company tells its customers one thing then switches their plans and terminates the one they are on without forewarnings or options. I already pay overpriced phone fees like everyone else, and now feel like I was taken advantage of as well.

Verizon is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Contacting support just results in fake…read morepromises, or being hung up on. I've been trying to close my account for over a month. I came here, like my sixth Verizon store desperate for help with this. Matthew was extremely kind and patient and fought very hard to try and help me. I'm still here, I don't know if we will be successful. It's been an hour so far, Verizon support has hung up on us twice already. They don't call you back even when you provide a call back number and ask them to call you back. But I SO appreciate Matthew's help and patience. Definitely the best rep I've dealt with in a Verizon store so far.
