Genesis would benefit from additional coaching on guest communication and professionalism. During…read moremy visit, she spoke to an elderly gentleman in a manner that came across as patronizing and disrespectful. A guest's age should not lead to assumptions about their abilities or how they should be addressed. Additionally, when I raised my concern to Genesis, her communication style came across as dismissive and confrontational rather than solution-oriented. Instead of focusing on resolving the issue, her tone and body language--including frequent head movements and nonverbal expressions--made the interaction feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. I recommend retraining focused on respectful communication, active listening, professionalism, and guest service standards to ensure all guests feel valued and treated with dignity.

Enough of the interference, of the cutting out regularly, internet going off so I had to reset it all the time, all of it. So, I already had Metro phone service, so I went over to a local store to ask about their internet. I was helped by a guy named ACE. And he definitely was "aces" in my book. After being abused by AT&T and Verizon (I won't even GO to one of their stores anymore), I was really welcomed by Metro PCS. Ace explained all about the device, how to hook it up and all that. He programmed it for me, arranged auto payment for me--and I was out the door for only $65 dollars which included a service charge, but now I'm paying only $45 a month for TERRIFIC internet service. $40 with auto pay!! Ace was also on hand for any followup questions I had, but there were none. He did a GREAT job. I brought it home, plugged it in, did a few easy things on the computer, and I'm good to go. So far so good with Metro PCS. And if you go to the store in San Pedro, CA, ask for ACE. You won't be disappointed.

In-store, the first worker was helpful, and we set up the bundle--but they refused my Chime card or cash, insisting on a national bank. I then opened a new bank account and came back the next week. The second worker made me uneasy, and I overheard them doubting me in the back. Even with my new bank and a credit card, they refused again. Despite being fully verified and a veteran, they didn't trust me. After all this effort, I felt discriminated against and left extremely frustrated.

Round trip to another place that had no parking. I didn't like the fact he took my unlocked phone where I couldn't see what he was doing. I do what I can to avoid places where others post problems with condescending attitude and such. The dude was not friendly to me at all. He solved my issue which is why 3 instead of 1 or 2 stars. If the need arises in the future, I'll find somewhere else to go.
