In-store, the first worker was helpful, and we set up the bundle--but they refused my Chime card or cash, insisting on a national bank. I then opened a new bank account and came back the next week. The second worker made me uneasy, and I overheard them doubting me in the back. Even with my new bank and a credit card, they refused again. Despite being fully verified and a veteran, they didn't trust me. After all this effort, I felt discriminated against and left extremely frustrated.

Sherif helped us switch from Verizon to Boost mobile and he was so quick and efficient. If everything is in place, the switch would barely take 30 minutes to switch carriers to Boost. I am pretty certain this is due to Sherif's knowledge in what to do and years of experience He answered all our questions and best of all, we are saving about 60% on our monthly phone bill. I will be telling all of our family and friends to make the switch to boost and will be referring this location for sure! Make sure to go when Sherif is working.

I cam in on a Monday to see if I could fix my phone which had gotten wet at the beach the day before but when greeted by Luis and everyone he guideded me through the best possible way to fix my phone by submitting a warranty exchange. I was gonna be without a phone for a few days but I had my watch to still make and receive calls/messages. He later also offered me a good deal on the new Galaxy S22 Ultra and how much trade in my phone had for credit. Before leaving the store that Monday I was able to build a good relationship with the whole staff. It was not till this last Thursday I finally was gonna get my new phone and Stewart was the one helping me. They all immediately recognized me and greeted me with a warm and appreciative feeling. I felt real bad for the long process my device which was gonna give Stewart a hard and long process but he took his time and remained patient and professional at all times. With a little extra guidance by his Mgr I was finally on my way out with my new device. This was a replacement for my galaxyS9+. I did say I was gonna come in next week for the S22 Ultra though. When I purchased a $699 phone, I was told that the device price would be waived by adding a new line, and that I would only need to pay approximately $2 per month for the device over 24 months. Since I was adding a line for my son, I understood that I would be paying about $30 per month for the new line plus $2 per month for the phone on my existing account. However, nearly two years later, I discovered that there was an additional line on the account that I was unknowingly paying for every month. When I contacted T-Mobile, I was informed that I had signed paperwork agreeing to add two lines in order to receive the second phone for almost free. As a result, I ended up paying $30 per month for this extra line and my son's line+device &32 total 62 for almost two years. The total amount paid for this line exceeded the original $699 value of the device.
