My everyday purse was purchased here and has been spilled on, dropped several times, and my purse is still going strong looking just as new lol. All all my makeup is from the Sephora inside the store, which is so convenient. I've also had really great experiences with customer service. One time I lost my AirPods, and they were so kind and helpful--offering to help find them and even taking my contact information to follow up. Everyone is just so friendly. Overall, such a great shopping experience every time!

In addition to that, it's nice to have more to choose from than just your standard black, navy, & gray. In addition to charcoal, white, & tan, there are even more unconventional colors like sky blue, salmon, & green. (I can attest to rocking these peculiar colors). Perhaps what's also pretty clutch is the fact that I can rent to pick-up in one location, use it, then return it at any Men's Wearhouse location. Case in point, I needed a suit for my niece's Confirmation. I was able to pick up my suit from my home location (in L.A.), go to the ceremony in San Diego, then drop it off at a location in S.D. Marvin couldn't have been any nicer. As soon as I walked-in, he happily greeted me & took care of my return. In addition, he didn't hesitate to answer any + all of my questions. The cherry on top? My sizes are saved in their database for all of my future rentals. & their sweet rewards program doesn't hurt either. Thanks, Men's Wearhouse (especially Mira Mesa).

If you work in a suit/tux store, you should know how to know how to do the measurements. Fine whatever. We come in later that day to get measured from the manager. We checked in with the same worker who helped us before. He told us the manager is running late. Fine sure. We went over to the cafe in Barnes and Nobles to grab a coffee and came back. The manager was still not there. Please note, it's been another 30 minutes. We saw other customers getting helped and measured. I'm not sure if we were being discriminated against or if it was truly busy. We were given side eyes by a few employees before finally receiving help from a lady. I don't remember her name but she was super helpful. Unfortunately we did not purchase a tux from this establishment due to poor service.

However, several issues have been making my shopping experience increasingly uncomfortable. I often feel like I'm being watched. When I walk down an empty aisle, someone seems to appear almost immediately, and they stand very close to me. The self‑checkout area is especially uncomfortable -- the employee there watches me so closely that it feels accusatory. I've never stolen anything in my life; I'm the person who turns in lost cell phones. This is the only store where I ever feel this way, and it's discouraging. The large blue baskets employees push around are another concern. I've been bumped or hit by them more than once. Recently, an item I canceled at checkout was accidentally left in my cart by an employee. I drove back to return it because I didn't want anyone to get in trouble, but the situation added to my frustration. The produce section also needs improvement. Some items are fine, but the potatoes are often old, and the lettuce is frequently wilted. The layout of the produce area makes things worse -- the slanted tables and narrow pathways cause constant congestion, and customers end up bumping into each other. I hope these issues can be addressed. I like this store and want to continue shopping here but thinking of changing to a different store. The overall experience has become stressful. Improving the layout, produce quality, and customer interactions would make a big difference.
