This is a fantastic Boot Barn. I really like the layout a lot and it's right off the 10. It's kinda tucked away in the strip mall, so make sure you've looked in every cranny before throwing your hands up in defeat. This store seems more square than other Boot Barns. It's also larger and feels less crowded which is something I like. It has a nice selection and seems to have more shirt racks than other Boot Barns. Stopped in this past weekend to look for some new pull on work boots. I know they are a big cow boy store, but i also heard they have a good selection of work boots. Good may not fully describe how many brands and style of work boots they have. The sales rep showed me various styles and types of boots, explained their systems and where to find the boots. Today I went in looking for a pair of Ariat cowboy boots and was helped by Briana (hopefully that's how you spell her name). Walked in and was a bit hesitant given that I had an online return and many stores usually frown upon that, the return went smoothly. I also wanted to browse around for some boots which wasn't so bad after all. Overall great customer service especially from the older lady (I assume she must of been the store owner or manager) she asked me questions about what I was looking for and how I felt trying on the boots and educated me on how a boot should fit. Jacqueline, I believe her name was, had such poor customer service. Everyone else was very kind and helpful but she immediately upon interaction was so short and sarcastic . When trying to apply my 10% off coupon code she denied it being valid but then when asking her where I could find the new coupons she was so short tempered and made me feel like my questions were stupid and a bother to her. Mind you there was absolutely no line behind us. I went in to buy a pair of boots for my husband and she was so unprofessional it made me not want to shop there again. My teenage daughter quickly found the correct coupon and when trying to show her the code she grabbed the phone out of my daughter's hand without asking for permission. My daughter proceeded to then look for a hand sanitizer to use and when asking Jacqueline if this was a sample she answered her very rudely and said "no that's only there to buy" without any other words or offering her any other sanitizer. Overall good experience before reaching the register and having to deal with her. She was very kind to Caucasian customers prior to us so it honestly felt very like it was coming from a source of discrimination and racial profiling, please make sure she doesn't do this often I guarantee it's driving customers away. read more

I want to say thank you so much Heather for helping me to find a great pair of cowboy boots. I love them! So I went into the store on A Saturday night, the next day I planned to attend a gathering with friends that was country western themed. Well I love country music and I have always wanted a pair of boots, but I have never owned a pair before, and when I looked at them in the past I found all of the cutest ones were three to four hundred dollars and some were so narrow I couldn't fit my feet in them. Needless to say I did not want to make that kind of investment, and I was concerned I wouldn't find the right fit.. Upon arriving at the store Heather was quick to help me out. I told her I didn't want to spend more than 150 on my purchase, she respected my wishes and led me to the appropriate shelves. She wasn't pushy at all, she brought me socks to try the boots on and then gave me space to decide, she left me alone for a bit , but was prompt to check back in. She answered all of my questions and explained the difference in soles and how to get the right fit, since boots loosen up after wearing a few times, she really seemed to know her product. I ended up with a cute pair of brown and coral Ariats for only 120 bucks. I also found a cute southwestern Shyanne top for only 8.99 on clearance. Yes, Winning! I signed up for a rewards card, and I will go back soon to see what else I can pick up. My friend Paul and I went to Boot Barn in Upland last week Paul got a hat. I got boots. The two sales persons were incredible. Liz and Autumn. If the dictionary had pictures to go along with words Liz and Autumn would be pictured for customer service. The patience Liz displayed while sampling boots was fantastic. Her knowledge of product lines was impressive. Even after the purchase Autumn took the time to show me how to condition and water proof the entire boot. This Boot Barn location is the thee worst! I get a voucher from work every year for work boots, everytime I go to this one I get different answers from every single idiot that works there. First off I am a female and we are required to buy Steel Toe work boots when I first went in to this one 2 years ago they told me they don't have women's work boots and showed me where the mens was in the smaller sizes, I ended up having to leave that day cause I had soemthing to do so I went back another day only to be told the women's work boots are 2 sections over...NICE and a waste of my time to boot (pun intended). Last year I went in and got the same run around, ended up with boots that ended up hurting my feet so bad when I tried to wear them I can't use em and I couldn't return them. This year I go in and the sales weirdo follows me around like I'm going to steal something, she tells me something completely different then what I was told the previous year Oh we can order any boot we don't carry in stock and have it delivered in a week or so, cool? Had I of known that last year I would've ended up with a usable boot and not of settled for what they had in stock and couldn't use. Well I needed to get the size from my old work boot that I got with my boot vocher 2 years prior that is the same exact make and model as my prevous pair, got it, went back in this time a different idiot tells me oh you can't get those boots with this voucher, this voucher says it's gotta be this and that.....I'VE USED MY BOOT VOUCHER HERE FOR 3 YEARS! GETTING THE SAME STYLE JUSTIN WORK BOOT. CAN YOU HIRE WORKERS WHO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEIR ASSHOLE AND A HOLE IN THE GROUND?? NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING IN HERE BUT PRETEND TO, GIVE ME A BREAK I'M NOT BUYING A CAR IN THERE. IT'S BOOTS! So my company I work for spends I don't know how much to get us work boot vouchers, I will not be purchasing from any Boot Barn, I'd rather buy them myself and get reimbursed then give them any business from me!
