Right now they have a full synthetic Castro Oil quart buy one at $12.99 and get a second for $7.99 but they could not scan it in to reflect the discount. The manager was attempting to resolve it but ended up just walking away. Not willing to give me a credit on it to use at a later date either. I asked them to please remove the sticker from the shelf so other people wouldn't be frustrated by this. I ended up purchasing just a single quart. I should have just gone elsewhere but pressed for time and it already took too long waiting for them to try to figure it out.

I was servicing my 2019 challenger GT with 95k miles and I have to say Iam one of those OCD people. Well they made me so comfortable , assured me everything was on a ticket, and a time frame that was very reasonable. The technicians are very careful with your car and I was very impressed how it came back to me. Without a doubt or question, I highly recommend going there and experience a nice place to do business. Lady it's 90 days. I've also never been to an auto-parts store where workers are so lazy they make customers go to back stock area to dump their own oil. They put new hires on the floor without proper training. I tried to rent a torque wrench, I called ahead to verify they had one. When I ask the kid at the counter, he says we don't have them then starts to walk through the aisles looking for one for purchase. Dumbfounded, I ask for another employee who has the loaner torque wrenches on the back counter. Kid later admits it's his first day. Place is just a mess, management should look into how it's being run. This is the only auto zone that's like this. I've never had any issues at the others. Seriously auto zone is great just not lemon grove, the workers are difficult to interact with and even try to prevent returns or honoring warranties. Go to a different location or check out the oriley's that's just down the street.

I let him know someone said they are the only one here then he says that was him and I told him not gonna yell at you or nothing I'm calm just stating the shop was responsible to letting the customer know the car is ready he raises his hand , shakes his head and doesn't wanna hear a calm customer let him know he dropped the ball when the car was dropped off more 6 hours prior for an OIL Change !!!! That's insane and he doesn't wanna hear it. There was a white Mercedes that came after and their car is gone as you can see in the parking lot video down below!!

Stopped by this past weekend to get a new license plate bracket for my car. My old one had some issues with the bolt holes. Memo helped me locate a new bracket and then figured out what screw combinations would work best. He really took a good amount of time and effort to get me set up correctly.
