The site directed me to the closes store that had the pads I needed for my vehicle. I wrote down the part number and jetted down the next day, first thing in the morning. I showed the man behind the counter the part number and he went to the back room and quickly return with the pads I needed. They only cost me $20. O'Reilly has great prices and great service. I was trying to return some tire chains that weren't used as I didn't have to use them today. I had a receipt showing I bought them on tuesday from a good salesman named Noah. The clerk that greeted me today couldn't give me a refund as he needed his assistant manager(Kenny) to approve the refund. Myself and 3 other customers had to wait for about 15 minutes as Kenny told all of us he was taking a (shit)! TMI! He then proceeded to tell me he couldn't give me a refund as policy dictated a membership for a refund, even with a receipt and merchandise not used! I have shopped here in the past and had never been asked for a membership card on a refund! I didn't have my membership card on me and asked Kenny to look me up on his computer and said he still needed to see the card! I had to go back home (10 miles) for the card! When I came back, noah was working and I went to him and told him what happened with Kenny and he told me it was wrong what he did to me! He proceeded to give me a refund and Kenny looked on and didn't have any words to say. I asked Noah what was the policy on refunds, again, and he stated I only needed a receipt! I needed to replace my battery today. I thought i was going to replace it the next day but i suddenly felt the need to buy a new car battery 30 minutes before O'Reilley closes. We came to the Spring Valley branch because it was conveniently located down our street. Upon my arrival, Jesiree was SO helpful. If she just wanted to sell, she coud've just sold me a new car battery and moved on with her life. But no, she tested my battery out and convinced me enough that i really do need a new battery. I am very dissatisfied with this location, when I call and talked to Allen S, he told me he will match the price, from Auto zone $129.99 for an alternator, with a 20%discount, I told Allen I will send someone to pick it up, and to have it ready, so we did, I wrote everyhing on a piece of paper so he will match the price, well to my surprise, Allen Did Not match, so I call ASAP, and he acted like we never spoke about a discount. Good thing I recorded our conversation so I'm driving tomorrow to the store and return it. Very disappointed when they say one thing on the phone, and when you get there is another. I like to stay loyal when buying auto parts. It's easier on me when parts exceed their useful life and i need to warranty replace. The attendants are always helpful and friendly here. It's close to my house and if the part is out of stock, they usually get it delivered within a couple hours from their larger store in National City. This local store has gone beyond to help me on warranty parts. I mean, i keep my cars for a long time and service them myself as much as i can. Just sayin it's nice to be loyal. I went in needing just a few little things for my car like seat covers, a pair of small mirrors, and a license plate cover. I went in to get some headlight restoration kit and touch up paint for my car here. Was helped right away by one of the guys.

A few weeks ago I came into oreilys because my sensor came on for my headlights gentlemen help me and said that it was just a misconnection so he put the light bulb back on and put the cap back in place yesterday I saw that my sensor came back on and so I checked my light bulb and the cap on the back was missing so I took my car this morning to AutoZone and they replace my light bulb for under 20 bucks even though the gentleman said it was going to be over $600 and I would have to do it at the dealer I came back to oreilys today to let them know that my cap was missing and I spoke to the manager who then started to help me and then while helping me called AutoZone to see if what I was saying was correct or I'm not sure what she was doing I asked her what was the purpose of that she started to get angry and get loud with me and tell me that if I wanted to anything to happen or if I wanted my my cap to be replaced I would have to come back and see the person that originally helped me because it was his responsibility not the stores and this was the assistant manager that I was speaking with she was very rude and started to get very loud with me in front of other people I did call corporate and I did let them know that this of the situation that way it does not happen to anybody else as well as nobody should be responsible for anything that wasn't of their causing also when I asked for the managers number she told me I could step outside and take a picture or get the number from off of the door which was very rude read more

Take my car in cause my clutch wont work and I spend 700 to fix it only to have it not work two days later again. Also my passenger window won't roll down. So I take it back, they say that the clutch is broken and they need to replace it... Yeah, OBVIOUSLY, I brought it in cause the clutch was not working so I expected you to fix it. So, what did you do? Why didn't you fix it then.? Regardless, I take it back, spend 1200 (ON TOP OF THE 700) to fix my car and this time when I get it back my sunroof now doesn't open.
