Recently, there was an in-app promotion to get a buy one get one free bowl. It didn't work, which was annoying, but it wasn't a big deal at the time. I emailed customer support and after a month I finally got a response. Ultimately, they gave me enough points in my account to get a free bowl as a make up. Cool, works for me. So a few days later I go and use this free bowl reward and guess what? It doesn't work. So on two occasions I paid full price for a bowl I was supposed to get for free. It's only like $30ish so I really don't want to make it a bigger deal than it is, but the customer support has been awful. They haven't provided me with any solutions. They can't issue refunds either? It got to the point I suggested Venmo or check in mail to get me the money I was scammed out of. It's really a shame that this was my first ever 1 star review on yelp. It looks great inside but we got the same warm welcome, awesome food, and comfortable laid back vibe. It's is the perfect Saturday morning breakfast spot and a true West Chester staple!
