Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever experienced... the food was fantastic however the overall disposition of the waitresses and hostess put a horrible taste in my mouth. Blatantly ignoring tables, clearly gossiping about tables in front of said people they're discussing, generally poor customer care. We were seated right away. The food took over a 45 minutes to get after ordering. Kept being told a few minutes. Ordered a salad and had to ask for it and I got I think it is sitters up there. Food was warm not hot. Truffle fries nothing to write home about. The steak Frittes were very fatty. Not even sure I got the truffle fry upgrade. We did this last minute on a Sunday night, and we were not disappointed. The service the food and the drink were are on par. We got the Brussel sprouts and my wife said they were the best she ever had. A friend had the Moro Madeira and that was soo good. I had the burger and it was one of the best Wes t I have had, and it had velveeta which sounded not good but ties into it well. Drinks I would get the sweet talker which wasn't sweet and the jack of all trades, which had a lot of stuff going on. They are new so the new going pains but I definitely would come back. read more

The second I walked in I was greeted with the upmost respect and then was seated and had Sergio as my waiter and he had a great sense of humor and brought a great charm to the table then the aftermath burger was quite literally the best hamburger I have ever then the night ended with a desert for the birthday boy. Not to mention the atmosphere of this place is very welcoming and has a very subtle but chill vibe and the bathroom of this place was modern and as clean as could be. Some friends wanted to try this place out. We all got different cocktails and each was very good. What was disappointing was the food. We got all got the Caesar salad, and it was lacking flavor - we even asked for pepper and Parmesan cheese and it still didn't add much flavor. I added chicken which was $8 and just okay. Two people in our party added shrimp for $12 buuuuuut it was only 3 pieces!!!!!! The menu didn't mention how many but the check did. Overall the food (at least the $23 and $27 salads) are not worth it for an extremely basic ("mid" for the gen-z'ers) salad. read more

We've been here twice now. First time was ok. Nothing spectacular but ok. The second time was not great. My son ordered spicey vodka rigatoni and it had absolutely no flavor. I ordered a burger and after ordering realized the server never asked how I wanted it cooked. Needless to say it was well and dry. They also put velveta on it which I didn't realize. It was so bizarre. The biggest downside is the actual restaurant. There are lots of plants but they're all so dusty and dirty. Also the lighting inside is dusty and dirty. There is a kind of book shelf with plants and stuff on it and it's also dusty and dirty. You can literally see the dost hanging from your table. Not good look when you're paying to eat at a restaurant. It's a shame though because it's in a great area and could be great. We'll see how long it lasts. Most likely won't be back again. read more

Meh, nothing exciting or unique here. Salad, burger and 2 apps totaled $90- a little overpriced for what it is and the local demographic. Hostesses didn't say hello, rather all 3 just stayed at us in silence when we walked in. Mediocre food. Ordered truffle fries to accompany the burger, and they say they were truffle, but as big truffle fans, we didn't even taste a hint of truffle. Apparently they say it''s a truffle salt, which still, you should be able to taste, and salt wouldn't necessarily warrant the upcharge compared to a truffle oil. We boxed the salad, and apparently the server thought we were done with the burger and fries too, as the grabbed the plate without asking and briskly walked off without us having the chance to stop her, so just more money wasted. Oh well. We were optimistic about this place but ended up being disappointed. read more

Customer service is a 5, I have celiac and inquired prior to dinner if there were dishes I could eat. The chef told me they could make most of the entrees GF. Last night, Chef came out to talk to me and explained that the line was ready to make sure my food was safe, I was so happy and felt very comfortable eating there. We sat on the patio, they had heaters plus it was quieter so we could talk, it's definitely louder in the main room. The birthday girl and I shared steak frites, the chimichurri was so flavorful on the steak, but the fries were super delicious, good crisp and soft on the inside. Everyone liked their cocktails. This was my second time coming here and I'm sure it'll be my last. The first time I came in, a few months ago, the food was average. Service was great and the server was very charismatic. I drove by the other day and decided to give it another try for dinner and the food ended up being unappetizing. The serving sizes here are really small like in a more expensive restaurant with gourmet options but the food here was not gourmet whatsoever. They use Velveeta cheese which speaks for itself and it is absurd to consider the prices here when factoring in the Velveeta. Total rip-off. The waitress my second time was awesome so at least the service was consistent both times I came here but the food was not good. Also, the music inside was awfully loud and made it difficult to even speak to the waitress (who was fantastic by the way, despite the noise and not-so-appetizing food). read more

One complaint though.....we were asked if we wanted a large ice cube with our whiskey and we replied yes. We got two each. Each one had the large square ice cube. Nice touch. The salad was warm with raw bacon. They got me new bacon but didn't ask why we were not eating the salad. The fries looked like undercooked frozen ore Ida and flavorless. We were not offered any condiments like ketchup, salt, pepper. Then the waitress, Kaitlyn, proceeded to talk about us in lieu of checking on us and didn't offer anything when we were paying though the salad and fries were not eaten at all. Sitting here waiting for our check for a meal that was *tiny* on the plate and WAY too overpriced. $36 for short RIB (yeah, NOT) - with a pasty "mash" smeared on the plate and nothing more to it. Food was lukewarm, were seated outside after reserving an indoor table (blast fans were on outside), and it's SO LOUD in here. Made the reservation based on the website and OpenTable reviews - I can't for the life of me understand how they got so many people to give them such high marks. Their photos are far more generous than their portions really are. Their photos and online presence states it's fine dining - more like dressed up sports bar. Our server was nice, but still didn't get things 100% correct and didn't fix it even when told so. So disappointed - came 30 miles to try it and won't be back. read more

Been here multiple times since it's in my neck of the woods, great ambiance for a laid back but upscale dinner. Food was great, the Caesar salad is the best in the city. Fries hot and crispy. Burger disappointing. We came here to celebrate our friend's birthday. The ambiance of this place was modern with an industrial look. Although we came here on a Friday night, the place was not fully packed. We started with a round of cocktails, and I tried their version of Manhattan. The cocktails were better than what I expected. If you are looking for a spirit-forward whiskey cocktail, the riff would be a good choice. My partner and I shared a truffle fries and a bolognese pasta. To be honest, the food we had here was quite disappointing. The truffle fries were the most salty fries I have ever had. None of us could taste the truffle flavor, which made me suspect the chef added double salt instead of the truffle seasoning. The pasta was kind of soupy, which was not what we were hoping to get when we ordered a bolognese. The flavor of pasta tended to be milder than in other restaurants. Although it felt healthy not to eat an overly salty pasta dish, it would have been paired better with drinks if the pasta was a bit more flavorful. What disappointed me the most was how pricey the food was while the delivery was quite the opposite. However, the service here was great and they served us pretty fast. read more

I'm in town visiting and this place came recommended to us. If you like mixed drinks with incredible flavors then this is your spot! The cocktails are hand crafted with some amazing flavors, I personally enjoyed the Jack of all Trades. The food is also very good, with big portion sizes. We ate here on Easter, 4/20/25. I had reservations in the patio and when they seated us, one 1/2 of the table was in the sun. The patio was still quite empty and there were 2 tables of 4 on the other side of the patio. I asked if we could sit there instead. The hostess said no, we have reservations for those. I said that I had reservations too and we are here before them so put us there and they will get our table. She refused and said they can't change things around, she must follow the Ipad seating. We then decided to have one person sit at the end of the table so she wasn't in the sun but we needed a chair (since the booth had a bench) and the hostess said they didn't have an extra chair. I looked around, half the restaurant on the patio and inside was empty. I said you're not fully booked right now, there's a lot of empty seats. How can there not be one extra chair in this whole place? She said there wasn't and refused to give us one. As far as the food. They were the worst waffles I had ever had. They were extremely chewy, I needed a knife to cut them but they wouldn't even cut with a knife very easily. The toast almost cracked our tooth it was so hard. And everything was cold. I paid $100 for four people for breakfast and I will absolutely never go back. Between the service and the food, It was one of the worst breakfasts I have ever had. And, as we were done, I noticed one of the two tables that I asked to be moved to was still empty, someone was just sitting down as we were getting ready to leave, so there was absolutely no reason we couldn't have sat in that other table. My only complaint is the coolers were overflowing with ice so the drinks were actually quite small. The burrata plate was good but scarce for the price. The short rib was done to perfection. We also tried the rigatoni with salmon and the Caesar salad. Both were tasty. The atmosphere is very pleasant and Presley, our server, was spot on.
