There is one not very nice lady when we where waiting for our table but besides that everyone else was very nice

A friend told us to stop...informed us it was a MUST STOP THERE!! It looks like a small corner bar. We had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. I was a little disappointed they didn't have smoked wings and were only open a short time. Got the bone in wings with 2 different sauces. One was garlic and the other a sweet sauce. Both delicious. Chicken wings were meaty. The table shared pub chips....a little crisp but perfectly seasoned. Waitresses kept our ice tea filled and our daughter entertained. Husband got a bbq sandwich...WOW. Excellent. Definitely worth the stop. Plus a great area to walk around and support the local community. read more

Killer Good Mushroom Swiss. Always a great surprise when you happen upon a fantastic burger. I wasn't sure when the bartender took our order, he didn't ask (rate/ medium rare/ medium) , because it's smash style. Crispy juicy flavorful goodness. read more

I found this restaurant on Yelp and was looking forward to eating here with my family . We were seated at a table that had wet rings on table from previous guest eating there. I asked if she could wipe the table down and she gave me a napkin. I asked once again if she could please wipe down to sanitize it especially with COVID-19. The waitress then seated us at a different table which I was perfectly fine with and told her thank you very much. We were in process of ordering our drinks and another guest eating mouthed off to us saying we were rude, and continued to keep going on and made a scene. We got up and left with disappointment. I've never treated any waitresses rude because I have been a waitress before and always treat them with respect and tip generously. read more

Visited this restaurant for lunch on Monday (8/2/21) at 12:28pm. They were closed. No signs explaining why.

My husband and I came up from Denver for the CSU vs Wyoming border war game and we stayed the night in Laramie. We decided to have dinner here and it did not disappoint! My husband got the popper burger and I got the traditional wings with some sauces on the side. The burger and fries were hot and fresh - and so yummy! The wings were hot and crispy and you have to try the peanut butter and jelly sauce! I promise, it's amazing! Beer was cold and great too. They had our food out so fast too while they were super busy after the game. We were very impressed! If we ever come back to Laramie we will be back for some great eats! read more

Best nachos (barnchos) I've ever had. Hit the spot harder than the brookies in the Snowies hit a soft hackle pheasant tail.

25 hungry guys from Nebraska on a church men's group trip descended on this place after a morning ful of fun activities around the Laramie area. Great wings, sandwiches, and beverages! We sat out on the patio and really enjoyed the food, service, and ambiance. read more

Great food and great service. Was worth the wait. It's a small place with limited seating, so be prepared to wait if it's busy. We had the smoked wings with buffalo sauce and the barnachos. The wings were some of the biggest wings we've had and the smoke was perfect with a buffalo sauce that didn't over power the smoke. The barnachos were big enough to share three ways. Fresh homemade potato chips topped with queso, bacon, pulled pork, bbq sauce, and jalapeños. We were also glad to see that the iced tea was fresh brewed tea not the junk from the soda gun. read more

Good beer, good wings, good sauces, good service, good ambiance (we sat outside on the back patio). The four of us really liked our meal here and expressed that we were sad that the closest of us to this restaurant would have over an hour drive to get here. If you like sauce and want to give as many a try (they have 17 different kinds) a flight is the way to go. You can get 12 or 18 wings plus 6 sauces (which are served on the side). We ordered the regular and smoked wings and the smoked were perfect on their own (for those not a fan of sauce - crazy people!). My surprise favorite flavors were Happy Buffalo (classic mild buffalo sauce with a touch of sweet citrus), peanut butter and jelly, mango habanero, and pineapple sriracha. They had a nice selection of beer on tap and we had a couple that were great and our server was very helpful and friendly. We are from out of town, but if we find ourselves back in Laramie, we plan to stop by! read more

This place is exactly what you might expect from a wings place. I ordered the pork wings, and I wish I would have stuck with the chicken. The pork was tough, although the sauce was delicious. The side salad came out wet, which let me know that it had just been washed, but they may want to invest in a salad spinner so there isn't a pile of water at the bottom of the bowl. The waitress was fantastic. With all the great reviews, I figure this must have been an "off" afternoon. I will probably give it another shot. read more

Sooo sad they don't take Covid more seriously. We ordered pickup on a Saturday and were shocked at the large number of people stuffed in the small restaurant and waiting space with hardly anyone wearing masks. We felt uncomfortable just walking-in to pay. If you have a vulnerable health condition (or someone in your family with one), I would definitely recommend thinking twice about dining or ordering-out from Born in a Barn. This is just sad ... and I will certainly miss their mushroom and swiss burger....sooo delish. read more

This place was really just average for burgers. I really wanted to like it. The menu features so many scrumptious sounding burgers it was hard to choose. Me and my two friends each got a different burger and i really didn't like my All American burger. Also the fries were old and not very good. I tried a bite of the beer battered deep fried burger and it was ok. The mushroom swiss was the only one i actually enjoyed. The service was actually really good though. This place is fun to go for good wings and beer. They also have great bloody Mary's. The service is always fantastic, even when we had a server that swapped over shifts halfway thru our meal, he let us and all his other tables know, and the next server was just as attentive. First off, I pretty much only order the wings and tater tots. The wings can sometimes a bit over cooked, but the sauces they make here are top notch and easily make up for any over-doneness. They said 40 minutes - that was ok, it was Saturday. So I show up in 40 minutes. No parking. I call. Mailbox full. Call again. Mailbox full. Call 10 more times. Nada. Go in. I'm crammed into their entryway with 10 other people, maybe 4 of whom are wearing masks. They say it'll be up in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later, it still isn't up. I was pretty disappointed in this place. It has really great reviews but was a let down. I ordered a blue cheese burger with sub turkey burger. The turkey burger was dry, thin, and very overly salty. They also didn't put the caramelized onions or blue cheese on the burger. For a place that specializes in burgers, I was expecting something really juicy and well flavored. Mac and cheese side was okay- the smokey flavor was a creative twist and I did appreciate that. It was pricey for what I got. Wouldn't recommend overall. read more

Stopped in for a to go order. Got barnchos and wings. The wings were good but the barnchos were outstanding - definitely recommend.

While driving from St. Louis, MO to Salt Lake City, UT we stopped in Laramie, WY for an over night stay. We wanted to try something we didn't have back home so I opened the Yelp app and this place showed up! I love chicken wings so we went for it, and glad we did. Great sauces, good staff. Small on the seating area but they do have a patio to eat on. Glad we choose this place for dinner. read more
