    "All About Pork" ramen.

Had the "All About Pork" and the food was incredible, the quantity was plentiful and the taste was delicious, the only thing I didn't enjoy was the texture of the egg.

First time trying Boru Boru tonight. Mrs. and I went for our date night. Parking was simple, as it was at the less busy end of a strip mall, which was fortunate as that area is quite busy. We were warmly greeted when we entered and the gal behind the register helped us get our orders sorted. I ordered the Caveman as a burrito along with a side of seaweed salad. My meal choice came with a free drink, which was cool. My wife ordered the Ribeye Bulgogi bowl. The food was excellent. The Caveman was a mix of traditional and unique flavors. The portion was HUGE to where I couldn't finish the burrito. The seaweed salad was good too, but more lettuce and cucumber than seaweed salad - but what do you expect for $3.50! It was still good. My wife's bowl was good, she said, but I didn't steal a bite to report on it. Restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. We'll definitely be back to try their other items.

Continues to be one of my favorite dining locations in the near campus area, absolutely stunningly delicious food, super clean and slick insides with a super charming ambience. Everything here is delicious. And to top it off, everyone that works there is super kind and attentive So good I had a fancy pants date here!!

It was a Friday and I was exhausted. I wanted something comforting and warm after a tough week, so ramen came to mind. I had no desire to leave the house, so I searched on Uber Eats and Boru Boru came up. Now I had already heard good things about this restaurant, mainly that the food was delicious but that portions could be bigger for the price. I have to concur after my delivery. I ordered some edamame and a tonkotsu ramen with the spice pack. Apparently the spices are extra. What in the world? Have never seen this before. That said, the portions for the edamame and tonkotsu ramen were appropriately-sized, but this is America where portions tend to be massive, so this was a little bit of a letdown, and mind you, this is after adding an extra egg. Nevertheless, everything was packaged well and everything arrived piping hot. I would definitely have their food again.

My newest obsession .. the food is so yummy. I have gotten the Bulgolgi bowl 3 times in the past two weeks. The boba is tasty, I really like the Mango one. Only thing to know is the Arnold Palmer boba is really really sweet. Overall a really great find, will be back soon of course!

As a half Japanese spoiled by home cooking and living in San Francisco's Japantown for 3 years, I can confidently say that Boru Boru is the best place in town to get a good customizable ramen. Friendly people, fast service (way faster than Ur Bowl!) That tonkotsu is BOMB and I come on Sundays for the free 4 piece gyoza with entree. The food is pricey, but satisfies. I come here a few times a month and it's good for take out or eating in, whether you're alone or with friends. The place is welcoming and well-lit with a great vibe. There's usually loud pop music playing, but the place itself is well organized and always extremely clean. Staff works hard and it shows. Only thing is that I'd wish they stayed open past 9pm. One of my fave spots in town!

Visiting from out of town and this place is SO GOOD. Speedy service and the salmon skin in the Caveman burrito is to die for. The burrito is huge, FYI.

all about the pork ramen, seaweed salad, gyozas, and pork belly baos

Best place in town for a pork belly ramen. The all about the pork is my go to every time I come in. I have yet to try a lot on their menu because that ramen is just perfection every time I order it. It comes topped with a black garlic oil and miso ground pork and I can never get enough of it. The noodles themselves are delicious and the perfect amount. Sundays are ramen Sundays, so with every order of ramen you get an order of gyozas. Boru Boru is always so clean and they have great customer service. I occasionally consider other options and the staff is always so patient with me when it comes to ordering.

I love the daily deals that this restaurant offers! On Sundays, there is free gyoza with a ramen purchase. The spicy pork ramen was my favorite entree, the soup was flavorful and the noodles were a good chewy texture. The pork belly rice bowl had very soft and flavorful pork, and good sushi rice. I was not the biggest fan of the bulgogi beef bowl or the Soft Shell Crab option, so I wouldn't recommend those two. This is a nice quick lunch or dinner spot with a pretty healthy variety!

Came here again and tried the sushi burrito. Honestly it's very good and I appreciate the staff for helping me choose this dish. It's really filling and I recommend sushi lovers to try this!

Tonight I ordered the traditional Hawaiian ahi tuna poke bowl plus the FSU roll and the tuna and crème cheese roll. You order at the counter and take a seat. The cook pr a runner brings it out to you. This place is very much a strip center restaurant, but it has the feel of a genuine Asian place that just happens to be in a strip center. The dining room is very fast food. Nothing really special. They're nice pictures on the wall and all that, but it is not fancy in the least. Your food comes out very quickly. And as previously discussed, it comes to your table. My poke bowl was very fresh and had tasty cucumbers and seaweed salad and what I think might've been arugula. If it was a arugula, it was definitely a mild variety. The Aji tuna was wonderful so was the cucumber and the fruit that was in there, I think it was a nectarine. It was very wonderful and the rice was good too. The cream cheese roll was really just basic, it was clean. It tasted good. There was plenty of fish, but it was a small roll as it says on the menu small rolls. Then there was the FSU role. It is described as a large role. It is a huge role. I could've used it as my entire meal. It is a cooked roll. It comes out warm very warm and it is the closest thing to Midwestern comfort food that I have ever had in an Asian restaurant. It was soft. It was warm. It was like a hug from your mom. That is if your mom makes incredibly good sushi. It was crunchy where it was supposed to be crunchy. It was firm where it was supposed to be firm, but it was without a doubt one of the best sushi rolls that I have had in the last 30 years. That is no hollow praise, I have had sushi on two continents in across the United States, and Canada and across Europe. It was amazing. So if you want an incredibly good, but not horribly expensive Hawaiian or Asian or sushi type meal, try this place They also have bull Gogi, but I did not try it. I was in the mood for fish.

Babies crying, people jumbled everywhere, and a buffet setup that was super packed together near everything else. The good: host sat me quickly and my server was polite and super quick. This place was packed but I felt like if I coughed, it would be all over my neighbor and the food. It was a cluster f. I did the buffet. While they had a lot of options, it was jam packed together. And you bumped into people trying to squeeze through some areas. The sushi was mediocre. The sweet and sour chicken was off. The fried rice wasn't warm. Even my tap water tasted funny. I couldn't finish my hot sake because it tasted off. The wasabi and ginger even looked funky (I will say the wasabi had a nice kick). Best part of my meal was leaving. The miso soup was the only decent part. I should have learned my lesson from previous Asian fusion places but I guess I trusted the reviews on this one. It's clear to me; a lot of people don't have an educated palate.

Although no one was at the front when I first arrived, the owner quickly came out, seated me, and checked in throughout my meal to make sure everything was going well. The restaurant itself felt a bit dated, but the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Even though it was quiet and I was dining alone, the attentive service and conversation made the experience enjoyable.
