Bo.'s Fish Wagon in Key West is pure old-school Conch magic a gloriously chaotic shack stacked with fishing junk, license plates, and legend since Buddy Owens kicked it off in 1979 as a humble Duval Street wagon. The vibe's weirdly wonderful: eccentric, unpolished, and full of island quirks (think Jimmy Buffett crew hangouts and Bobby Flay cameos). Customer service? Super chill and friendly. The food? Iconic perfection killer fish sandwiches, cracked conch, fresh pink shrimp that hit different. It's not fancy; it's an adventure worth every bite. Hit it up you won't regret the detour!

Must give it a strong four stars simply for the wicked decor and the coffee offered at a mere $2.15 a cup. The small free standing building looked like it was going collapse, but showed extreme originality. The old license plates displayed in front of a rusted out truck covered in old business stickers. While waiting a few minutes for my coffee, I watched as the chef prepared fish tacos on the flat grill which looked and smelled amazing.

My favorite place to get a delicious grouper sandwich or platter on Key West! Service is quick and the fish is fresh! The atmosphere is pretty much a shack which is unique and gives it a rustic feel!

This fish shack has been around for a very long time. It is truly a wooden shack but i can say the cracked conch and conch fritters were really good ! The atmosphere is a little crazy. It is entertaining if you like read all the signs and watching people on the street. There isn't any real comfortable seating on the wooden tables. We managed with two stools at a counter overlooking the street. We ordered at the counter and the chef who also took our order brought out our food. The prices were very good and we were able to walk there from our hotel. It's definitely a place to see and take some fun pictures. The food was worth it!

We were freshly dropped off the hotel shuttle and wanted to grab breakfast. They offer water for the dog and seating inside so it checked all the boxes. Breakfast was great. Atmosphere was certainly cool. Perfect way to start our day. Stop by!

A unique corner grill with tasty fish sandwiches, burgers and dogs. I had the daily catch, Wahoo, a light white fish with Cajun spice. It's all outside seating that is covered with license plates and stickers from everywhere.

This is one of my favorite places to eat and I have been visiting this location for decades. I still feel this is the best place for a grouper sandwich and cracked conch. This is a come as you are dive location but the food is fantastic. Order at the counter and they bring out your food. As for ambience, I would say it has a rustic beach feel. Shirts and shoes optional.

Delicious fish tacos at this quaint little dive. We got the grilled mahi mahi with fries and sat at the counter bar overlooking the street. It was later in the evening, so they were out of the yellowtail snapper, but these were so good, I can't complain. It would have been nice to mix and match, but that isn't an option. No matter, we enjoyed every bite!

This is usually our favorite place for lunch and this year we all wondered if it was new owners or managers because it was NOT the same. The conch fritters were so dry & barely any conch. The usual amazing lime-aid was meh.... as always the atmosphere is super cool ... maybe just an off day. Didn't even photograph the food

2 meals one day. Thats how good Bo's is. Seriously, lunch was so good that we came back for dinner the same day. The conch sandwich (had it for lunch and dinner) has large pieces of conch unlike anywhere else weve seen in the Keys. Fried to perfection - not too chewy and seasoned just right. We also had the grilled mahi sandwich (lunch) and the grilled shrimp sandwich (dinner). Both were excellent. Not only is all the fish done right, but the bread. Oh the bread. Normally I don't think much about the bread, but the Cuban-style rolls they use are off the hook. It's super casual atmosphere. Found items meets beach vibe. And the staff is friendly, and they won't give away their secret to the great eats. Seating is an out door/indoor thing. Covered from sun and rain but open so no AC. Bottomline, do not walk, jump on scooter and get yourself to Bo's any and every yime you come to the Keys.

When ever in keywest this is a must see place. They have one of the best grouper sandwiches anywhere. I love how its put on cuban bread. Yes its very hot in the summer without AC but its worth sropping in for a delicious sandwich. T

She has been GF for years, and has become accustomed to being disappointed with what she can't have. Imagine her delight (joy!) when they brought over plantains prepared GF - just for her!!! Then 5 min later we get a new waiter who seemed annoyed with us because his coworker accidentally tripped on my chair???? What bothered us was how short our waiter was with us, yet so kind to all the other tables around us. We ate quickly and left but our original plan was to stay a bit longer and order drinks with dinner... Weird and unprofessional!

Food Blackfin is a beer and wine restaurant, so no cocktails. I'm not a big drinker, but I do enjoy when a place offers creative house cocktails. Since I'm not much of a wine or beer person either, I was initially a bit disappointed. That changed quickly when I saw they served Stiegl Grapefruit Radler. That alone felt like a small vacation in a glass. The menu offers plenty of choices to satisfy almost any palate. We weren't especially hungry, so we opted for a lighter approach: * Grilled Octopus * Tempura Green Beans * Spinach and Goat Cheese Salad Everything we ordered was very good. The salad was fresh and thoughtfully balanced, with bacon, goat cheese, apple, and honey bringing layers of flavor. It was served with a crusty baguette. We don't normally eat bread, but this was a welcome addition. The grilled octopus was tender, flavorful, and served hot. Always a good sign. The tempura items were nicely executed, lightly battered and not greasy. The green beans were crisp with delicate seasoning, served alongside a balsamic glaze dipping sauce that complemented without overpowering. Service Service was attentive throughout the evening. We never felt forgotten, and we never felt rushed. The pacing was natural and relaxed. Thank you, Gabor. Atmosphere The indoor dining area feels quiet and intimate. The outdoor patio in the back leans more casual. Surrounded by a tall fence and shaded by trees that form natural canopies, it offers a sense of privacy that can be hard to find in many of the more open-air restaurants along Duval Street. Even though this was a lighter, abbreviated meal for us, my sense is that Blackfin would be an excellent choice for a full dinner. We would definitely plan to return on our next visit to Key West.
