Bosa has the best donuts hands down! They're always so fresh, consistent, accessible and delicious. This is my absolute favorite location because of how nice everyone is who works here. Although this is not the closest or even second closest location to my house, this is the only location I'll go to. Grace helped us tonight and was so patient while we picked out 2 dozen! When we pulled up to the window to pay, we noticed a delicious looking drink! Man, I love Bosa. They have excellent donuts (love the glaze and the jelly-filled), and a wide selection of them. Plus smoothies and boba! What really sells me on Bosa is the fact that it's open 24/7: I often come in with my friends late at night, and they're always respectful and considerate. (Plus, the friendly staff often sneak you extra donuts so they can restock with fresh ones in the morning. Heck yeah.) Two stars because the donuts are yummy. Since ownership changed recently, expect long waits, sold out donuts, poor service. Really miss the previous crew...they really had it down and could manage the large volume of customers. I have even asked the manager where the ladies who worked there went because we miss them. He was very rude about it and denies that the staff left. Yet, the staff is all new and it really shows. They just can't keep up so expect long waits and inefficiency if you need to get some donuts. Great donuts but very rude customer service. I ordered a smoothie and it had these gross jelly warm but unchewable boba in it. Only boba I've ever had was poppy juice type. I couldn't even drink it. It was gross. I had to toss it and head to work. Called them and told them about it and was told me they wouldn't replace it since I didn't come right back or call. I stopped this morning to get donuts as a treat to my family. It has been several months since we have been inside. Apparently the requirement for face coverings does not apply to the Gilbert location. I take my responsibility to protect myself and others very seriously. A big sign on the entry door states "Face coverings are required to enter". The management must feel this is optional because when I entered wearing my face covering another customer was choosing her donuts and was not wearing face covering of any kind. The management at the location utterly failed to follow public health and safety guidelines. This is not acceptable. It will take a long time for this location to gain my trust again.
