Of all the donut places, not that we frequent them often but Bosa has the best donuts, much more than Krispy Kreme or Dunkin Donuts. We love their apple fritters, the apple crunch, regular crunch donuts, as well as the sprinklers and some strawberry thing. The place was packed on a Sunday morning. The drive through was packed also and we had to wait awhile. We went inside. Really the busyness of the place made it really chaotic, so it would have been nice if they planned the drive through thing a bit better and not go right in between the parking. Makes it hard for cars to park. For the food and what they offer, which is more than donuts and coffee. They have some breakfast sandwiches and bobas, too, which we didn't get any of those. Looked yummy though. This was just a special treat for us, and maybe a few times a year we will go to Bosa if we want good donuts, but they are not on the healthy diet list. I have a couple of gripes about this particular location. First of all, they send a mailer out with coupon: prominently pictured in the mailer was a French cruller. I get up in the morning drive a few miles away to get my wife one of those, and I find out they don't make them. They've never made them. They have no intention of making them. Please stop using stock photos in your advertisements, this is misleading. Also, please consider making donut holes other than just glazed. Used to really love this place! I asked them to fill a maple bar with vanilla cream which they have done on previous occasion but today they told me no. When they did before they made me purchase two instead of one and I said OK. But even with no customers they could not fulfill a simple request. Also they were out of donut holes. Bought two dozen donuts this morning for my coworkers. SUPER DISAPPOINTED. Donuts were dry and stale like they were day olds. I called the store and the manager proceeded to school me on what an old fashioned donut and cake donut texture is like. She then went on to say the reason the do it's were hard and dry was because they turn up the AC and the cold air affects the donuts. How is this my problem? When I said I wouldn't be visiting that location again the manager replied with an upbeat "OK!!!" Terrible customer service. Lost a regular customer over $18. The word "love" does not even come close to explaining how I feel about donuts. Not even close. I consider myself somewhat of a connoisseur of those deep fried sugary coated pillows of goodness. So the very first time I walked into Bosa my heart skipped a beat and my breathing sped up. Glass cases filled with all of those heavenly treats just calling me with their siren songs. I ordered with the hope that they would taste as magical as they looked. Nervously I take my first bite and believe me when I tell you the clouds parted and the trumpets played. They were heavenly. My husband and I have had doughnuts from here many times. They've always been great but tonight we discovered several long, black hairs on the doughnuts when we got home (we got them through the drive thru). Totally disgusting and their hygiene practices are clearly not up to par. read more

The only reason I did not give this place 5 stars I will mention at the end of my review. First of all, this donut shop is by FAR the BEST donuts and croissants I have EVER had!! My kids love them and I love the ham/cheese croissant. The croissant is warm and fresh with ham and cheese actually melted inside. Soooo Yummy...wish I would have gotten 2 of them! Today was their first day open....we tried going yesterday, but it wasn't open yet....Sooo the reasons for taking one of the stars away I'm sure is related to them just opening today. We left our house at 8:30am to go and didn't get home until 9:30am. The drive-thru was EXTREMELY SLOW. I had two little ones and didn't want to have to get everyone out to go in, so we waited, and waited, and waited. It was definitely worth it, though!! The other reason for one less star was the size of the box they are using for the half dozen donuts. In order for them to fit all 6 donuts in the box they had to stack 4 of them against each other thus causing the frosting to stick to the other donuts. Not a big deal, but when you have picky little kids that don't want the frosting "messed up" it can be annoying. Again, it was definitely worth it for the great tasting donuts, though (and croissants). You must try this place...you won't regret it! read more

I'm literally standing outside the door on April 8th at 7:55 pm and there are no employees inside and it's been shut down for the night. There is no note on the door and the hours say it should be open until 9:30 pm. I've tried calling other stores to get a manager's phone number with no success. Their donuts are amazing, but their customer service is crap. I have been to 3 of the stores in the Valley and all three times (I assume owned by the same family) they have been short and rude. The last time I was in this store I ordered a dozen donuts for the office and an iced coffee with caramel and cream. I said iced, specifically. I was picking out donuts and the lady slid over a hot coffee. I said "Oh I'm sorry I wanted iced". She look at me with a look of disgust, paused, and said "Seriously?". I know I said iced, my wife was right next to me and I order iced coffee all the time. She hesitated, looked at the other lady, sighed, and took the hot coffee back and made an iced. I was shocked. Moral of the story, 5 star product with 1 star customer service. Average it out, you get 3 stars. If listening to instructions and dealing with orders irritates you, go open a business in which you don't have to face the general public or listen to anyone order one of your listed products. If you're having a bad day, try to hide it, you run a business. What a way to ruin someones morning. I will be going to Dunkin' from now on, or another donut shop, because although their products may not be as good, at least I can walk out of there on a positive note. read more

Quality of their products are great but they pay attention to everything but the customer. Amazingly delicious doughnuts! They have a decent variety of yeast and cake doughnuts. Very light and fluffy and not too sweet. They also serve sandwiches and boba. One major turn-off for me is that they don't offer any dairy-free milk options. The environment is typical of an older fast-food joint. The employees were quick and efficient, though there was only one person working the front register and the drive-thru, which was inconvenient, but not intolerable. I prefer to support fully vegan restaurants, but it is always great to find a spot where you have even a few options! read more

I'm not a huge donut person but we had an early morning airport run and Chick Fil A was closed for the holiday. The donuts were pretty good. They were very soft and moist. My husband said the glaze/icing ratio to donut was perfect. I had a warmed ham, cheese and jalapeño croissant. It was moist, flakey and had good flavor.
