I was not impressed. There was a strong after taste of the frying oil. It left a greasy feel and taste on my tongue. The chocolate frosting was sweet with very little chocolate taste. First time there the girl that helped me put her bare hand in the paper bag to open it. You would think with all this mask wearing, hand sanitizing, 6 foot distancing, virus atmosphere, she would wear a glove, no plain old money handling, face touching hand went into the bag. She the proceeded to pu t donuts in it. I should have said something but stupid me stayed quiet I later called and spoke to the manager. She was nice and offered replacement donuts. Well today I go in again and the same dirty hand goes in the bag. I told the manager again. That is it for me no more dirty donuts. I'm going to Outlaw Donuts, a bit more expensive but clean and bigger donuts. By the way they are awesome. Good luck if you eat a dirty donut. read more

I was so stunned when I pulled through the drive-through and ordered two donuts, I did not get a total but rather told to pull around the window... eight minutes later the clerk came up to the drive-through window, asked me what my order was? To add to that; prior to him asking while I was at the window waiting...I watched him fill two large boxes for the order behind me, they were waiting on the counter as the other car pulled around. That's not the worst part! He took a walk in order, made change - handling bills and coins using his blue latex gloves, then proceeded to pull my two donuts from the case into my bag! NOT changing his gloves. When I confronted him, he said he walked into the back and changed them! Bull crap! This is not the first order I've been perturbed about, BUT it is my last. Third time is a charm. These are the worst donuts I've every had. Imitation flavors. I had to throw out the box after tasting the variety. Horrible!!

The donuts looked amazing (I had a sandwich), but the entry walkway is stained, the front door is worn, the storage area is in the front entry way, they were selling plastic tubs and there were boxes everywhere. Then there was a hive of bees in the donut case (inside the glass). The sandwich was good and at a fair price, but they have to clean the place up. read more

Have been twice lately, thru the drive thru, and the service was so slow. The first time, I heard "wait a minute". SEVEN full minutes later, I hollered "helloooo" and someone came on and said "wait a minute." I waited quite a while longer and they finally helped me. The second time I went, the car in front waited about 10 minutes. Two cars pulled in behind me and I asked them to back up. I pulled out and went into the store. There was one person there paying for donuts -- NOT the long line I expected since no one at the window was being served. One person was bagging up donut holes, and the window person was doing something kind of random -- NOT serving the window. I spoke to the donut hole lady and told her there was a line of customers outside waiting. She didn't seem to care. The window person then decided to wait on the drive thru folks and ignore us. We left in a huff. HORRIBLE customer service. WAY too slow for only maybe two customers to deal with. We won't be back. Donuts are good but not that best I've ever had. I give it a 1/2 star if I was allowed. Had 2 breakfast sandwiches on english muffins. Muffins not crisp/crunchy. Chocolate devils food donut was uninspiring. Apple fritter though was very good. Decaf coffee was the worst dishwater that I had ever tasted. Cashier got confused about combo coupon and tried to charge me for a coffee claiming it was "tax". I also didn't like the little ants crawling on the counter in the self-serve drink area. Went once. Won't be back again! read more

Visit this new Bosa here in Prescott. They have been doing good business. I have been through drive through once or twice a week. Girls at window are friendly. Portion sizes of donuts generous, flavor fresh on glaze and apple fritters. Donut sweet but not over sweet, glaze is tasty. Fritters great in apple flavor. Service quick. We order by 1/2 dozen, saves money, be sure and check if they got your order as you ordered. Sometimes they may be off on accuracy, but are quick to correct. They sometimes have unannounced discounts. read more

Well first of all if you asked me if I like donuts, I will tell you that I can take them or leave them. Jim brought home half a dozen and my first thought was that I would probably be throwing out a few when they ended up getting stale. I decided to take a bite out of one though and was really impressed. So fresh tasting, so flavorful, and I finished that one and did my share on the others as well. Let's just say that none of them had a chance to get stale! Jim said the staff was great and friendly and also very patient with so many choices. They also have a drive thru so that is WAY TOO CONVENIENT. I highly recommend Bosa Donuts. read more

Horrible service at Bosa Donuts today. Worker was rude over the speaker and made me feel stupid when asking for a vanilla latte because I guess they don't make those (even though I have gotten it at least 3 other times from that exact same location). Ordered a different coffee drink and a boba drink. When we got our drinks there was no boba in the one, so we politely told her there was supposed to be boba in it and she took it back but then made me pay for her mistake and was rude about it. When we asked for the boba straw, because she didn't give it to us, she rolled her eyes (not just a little quick eye roll but one where she could see the back of her head). The only reason I give this review 2 stars is because the drink is at least good. read more

The employees rip you off here when you order through the drive thru window. They add a few extra dollars for their tip. I found this out after a few trips here. Make sure you add up the total of everything that you order to make sure you are not getting overcharged. The last few trips here, I ordered the exact same thing and got entirEly different amounts for each order. I wondered why this was happening. After a little thinking and inspecting how much everything actually cost, I figured out what the employees there are doing. The food that come from this place is good, but it's not worth going to if you can't trust who you are ordering from to not rip you off the way that their teenage highschool employees are doing. The owners should definitely look into this issue if it hasn't already been brought to their attention by someone else!! read more

Hands down best donuts in the world. The service here is amazing and understanding. I don't get how people could be so rude when I can tell these workers are very hard working. They always have a smile on their faces even though their feet, thigh, and backs hurt from trying to do as best as they can. Seeing how people treat the employees at Prescott Valley makes me very irritated because they work very hard just to get yelled at by customers because they want a free sandwich. So what it's false advertisement, what ever the employees says is what every the employees says. The employees are in charge so listen, didn't people learn that in kindergarten? That's absolutely ridiculous, these people need to grow up. I've also heard that people are saying that the employees in the back are very slow, well are the customers the one in the back doing all the work, no. So, don't say the employees are slow because they just open and there's so many people wanting their orders. It's not like your never gonna get your order neither is it gonna run away, your order doesn't have legs to run away from you so you're gonna get it anyways. Again it doesn't matter if it takes hours you're gonna get you order anyways. I hope the people that have something mean to say see this and learn something. I love Bosa donuts. read more

Donuts are so-so, selection is meh, shop is clean, parking is fair, BLACK TEA IS AWFUL!!

Went to the Country Club and Southern location, first time for me for Bosa. These donuts are kind of pricey, at around $1.30 each tax inclusive. I tried three donuts that I usually get at the local grocery store for comparison, maple bar, raspberry jelly, and Boston Cream. First up was the maple bar, selected because there were no raised maple rings available. Texture was light and fluffy - perhaps a little too fluffy bordering on not substantial enough. The maple frosting was indifferent, sweet but kind of weak in maple taste. There was a strong immediate taste of oil, this donut was far too greasy. Not acceptable. Next up was the raspberry jelly. Same light fluffy texture, not quite enough filling, but very tasty overall and good. 7/10. Next up was the Boston cream. A bit heavier in the batter, better texture, and no oil taste (though it stained the bag, so it was definitely there) but the chocolate frosting was average and the cream filling was a bit too much on the frosting side and not enough on the custard side as these should be. 6/10. Maybe other locations do a better job, but this was a disappointment for the price, and the local grocery store does a better job on all three varieties for less money. Grocery stores don't have the selection, however, so there's that to consider. read more
