Service was friendly and after looking over the menu we ordered the Dulce De Leche Cold Brew and a La Guera Chai. Both came out with the cutest pink bow. My daughter really loved that small touch. Both drinks were delicious. Prices are fair. They are located in front of Rally's so there is paring there if needed, but there is a good size area to street park right in front as long as tons of cars aren't there at once. I'd heard a little rumbling about Birdies Coffee Lounge which sits inside the Palmbrook in Sun City. The views of the golf course are beautiful from here. You can't miss where you need to be with the huge white double doors. Once inside you will see assorted large rooms where wedding receptions, celebrations of life and more may be celebrated. Veer your eyes a little to the left and you'll see where the coffee lounge is which is also a full bar. I was a bit confused at first because it was in a bit of disarray with stools pushed back from the bar and tables covered. A wonderful woman soon came out from the back and when I asked if they were open she stated they were closed until October 18th for remodeling and so other things. I let her know it stated they were showing open online when she quickly apologized. We got to talking and she offered to make me a coffee though options were limited due to the closure. That was so sweet of her. Of course my go to is cold brew which they didn't currently have, but let me tell you she made me the best iced americano I've ever had. With just a splash of half and half and sf vanilla I was in heaven. Even the color was on point. When you know you know. The location again is beautiful and better than I'd imagined before opening that first set of doors. I can't wait to come back when they reopen. They don't heat seal their drinks which is not ideal, since I've spilled drinks before. This seems like a solid spot for drinks and they have quite a few food options as well.
