The service was great! Our waitress was welcoming and attentive. The food came out pretty fast and was mostly good. We ordered the ham steak and eggs w/ O'Brien potatoes and toast (see the picture), a side of pancakes, country fried steak and eggs, and a 2-egg breakfast w/sausage and hashbrowns. The ham steak comes with red eye gravy. I didn't know what that was and hated it. So I scraped it off and used their fresh salsas instead, and it was so dang good. The pancakes were also delicious. They were light and fluffy and had a touch of sweetness. I used the strawberry jam from the toast on the pancake and I think it made it even better. The gravy from the chicken fried steak was also a hit! The food was 95% good, but there were a couple of hiccups. The hash browns were burnt darker than dark. I feel like they should've never made it out of the kitchen. Also, the jalapeño cheddar biscuit was very thick and stodgy. I also got a specialty latte (can't remember which) and that was bitter and not at all something I'd get again. To recap: you can't go wrong with the pancakes or chicken fried steak. Make sure to ask for salsa. Skip the latte. Overall the experience was great and I'd go back next time we're in town. read more

This location has absolutely no respect for delivery drivers or the customers paying for their food. Drivers are treated like an inconvenience and can be left waiting 15 minutes or longer. Even when an order is already bagged and ready behind the counter, staff refuse to hand it over. Instead, drivers are told to "wait up front" while completed orders sit there until several deliveries can be taken out at once. Customers pay for timely delivery, yet their completed orders are intentionally delayed for the store's convenience. Drivers are dispatched to pick up orders within expected timeframes, and when completed orders are deliberately held for 15 minutes or more instead of being released, it deprives customers of the timely service they paid for and amounts to what many would consider theft of that service. The attitude is just as bad as the delays. Staff speak to drivers like they're children, with a smug, condescending attitude, and even laugh while drivers are left standing there waiting. Wasting a driver's time is wasting their income, and deliberately holding completed orders means customers aren't receiving the prompt service they paid for. It's disrespectful to the drivers, unfair to the customers, and completely unprofessional. read more

Both were delish and flavorful and I was grateful for left overs lol. I will say the portion size vs price is totally reasonable but the price on coffee drinks is a little much. The lattes and chia shouldn't cost more than Starbucks in my opinion. The only feedback on food for this time in was for the bacon. We actually love the sausage so much we never tried the bacon. Ambience-LOUD! It is new, shiny and matcha matchy. service-if I called it slow it would be an insult to slow service. 30 minutes from seating to coffee. I object to getting a jug of overpriced coffee with a little cream and waiting to order while it gets cold. There were many other customers in the same condition. When our food finally came, it was stone cold. The potatoes were undercooked and mealy with hardly any peppers or onions. Same for my husand's burrito. It was supposed to be double meat corned beef and veggies but it was just potatoes with a little tiny piece of meat and no veggies. They only have biscuits with jalapeños, no regular. And how can burned toast be so cold that butter won't melt on it? The omelet was just a flat beaten egg that was stored somewhere, then the threw some cheese and raw vegetables on it and when the cheese melted, they threw it on a plate. It was cold outside with cold cheese inside. We spent $42.00 on an inedible breakfast that was in a place that was so loud you couldn't talk to each other and a server that just let our food get cold and served it to us anyway. Don't bother. This is one of our favorite go to spots for breakfast / brunch fair. It is in a prime location is always packed so a reservation ahead of time is strongly recommended to save a long wait outside. But it is well worth the wait! The place is very clean and modern with a classy & trendy vibe. It is small but also has outdoor seating to accommodate as many guests as possible. The staff is always friendly especially the bartenders. We have tried several dishes such as their chilaquiles, fried chicken and waffles, yummy fully loaded omelettes & avocado toast. I ordered the steak & eggs. Medium rare steak. Over medium eggs. I didn't recall seeing anything on the menu about a chimichurri sauce but it came with one. I had to send it back because I can't eat the chimichurri sauce. The steak came back and was honestly just way over done. It was not good at all. The eggs were underwhelming. My stomach was oh so unhappy with me for the steak & eggs. Not a great experience food wise. Service was good. Reasonable seating. Good music. The oil is either too high or too old.. the chicken comes out dark brown ( bordering on burnt taste but not there yet) . Glass of OJ was $6.00 full meal for breakfast $50+... the cold foam coffee ... Just no. Love the decor. Seems busy with regulars & food drivers picking up... I can't say I would try breakfast again. This is my 3rd time with the dark brown fried chicken.
