    Smoked Salmon Plate
    Cathal B.

This place was really surprisingly good when we sat in and ate breakfast. Good food and nice service, we tried different types, Avocado toast, Smoked Salmon plate, and a full cooked breakfast - everything was very good. The wait was a little long, but it was good quality food, it runs at around $30 per person for a breakfast and a drink. However, it was a total disorganized disaster when we ordered food for pick-up - it took more than 45 mins beyond the stated pick up time, with us just waiting without any updates. The food was still good, even if we didn't receive it for over one hour after ordering, lol....I'll just know the next time to sit in and avoid it completely when it's too busy! Recommended breakfast food in the Mandalay Bay Casino Hotel!

Best breakfast burrito i had in vegas. You eat with a great view of the pool. The service couldn't possibly have been any better. They were attentive and so polite and quick. If your craving french toast come here and get the crunchy french toast its was so yummy and even though its such a simple inclusion to the recipe it really elevated the dish and made it stand out.

Very busy when I stopped in. Staff was very kind but you can tell they were working hard to keep up with the tables. It took a little longer to put my order in for my ham and eggs but my server was very kind in giving me updates. Good food, clean space, hardworking employees.

Seabreeze Cafe is very good! It is a spacious area with a great view from where we sat. I enjoyed The Breeze, which is their biscuits and gravy. The gravy was fantastic and served with so much food - eggs, bacon, sausage, and potatoes. My husband had the ham and cheese croissant and he described it as flavorful and flaky. We had great service and loved this little spot for a morning breakfast to fuel a pool day!

Absolutely great breakfast/brunch cafe. It was clean, lots of space between tables, and the staff were excellent. Everyone kept coming to our table to compliment our baby on how well behaved she was. (thankful) The food was delicious, the steak and eggs were cooked to perfection just as we ordered. Eggs were silky, perfect for my daughter and the steak was grilled perfectly on the outside with the inside nice and juicy. I heard the crunch French toast was delicious as well, but it looked too sweet for my liking so I cannot confirm or deny. I would have breakfast/brunch here again, definitely a go-to from now on when we stay at the Mandalay Bay.

We stayed at the Mandalay Bay and had breakfast here, and we were very impressed. The service was amazing, our server was Amber and she was very good to us, everyone we interacted with there were so kind and friendly. The ambiance was great as well, the seating was nice, it is a big restaurant and very lovely! The food was so delicious we lived everything we had!

Props to the chef. Ordered steak and eggs to take back and enjoy in my room. The eggs and steak were cooked perfectly. Best meal I've had at Mandalay. Other locations I couldn't get a table due to the 33k AKA convention and my togo food at other Mandalay locations was never hot and seemed premade and reheated. Lost a star due to the way they take to go orders. They make you go all the way to the back of the restaurant and be seated and order like you are having full service. The whole reason for to go is to not have to be in the restaurant.

My waitress is nice and a hustling trooper(thanks Shannon W.), she's who I'd want as a waitress. Food came out fast. Light music playing in the speakers so not loud. Walk up didn't need reservations. Able to room charge which is nice.

We had Seabreeze for breakfast one morning. We weren't MGM gold members so we had to stand in line but it only took us about 20mins to get sat. I ordered thr bottomless mimosas because that was the same price as ordering 2 mimosas alone and I didnt know if I would have 2 or 3 - so thought might as well. They brought me 2 to start and as soon as I was almost done with the first, they'd bring another- so there were always 2 on the table. The food was decent, nothing to write home about. Our waitress was attentive and they seemed to flip tables pretty quickly.

Croque Madame; good but expensive for what you get.

Date of visit: January 1, 2026 I was so pleased to see so many highly-rated eateries at Mandalay Bay; it's location at the very south end of The Strip would make it easy to fill with substandard restaurants because they know you have few choices down here. Sadly, the experience of other Yelpers was not what we received at our recent visit to Seabreeze Cafe. This is the old buffet, which once upon a time was known as the best on the south end of The Strip and one of the best in the entire city. Not sure exactly when it transitioned into more of a cafe, but we aren't likely to come back. Our wait was not terrible (approximately 15 minutes), especially when the lines here can fill the entire entryway and folks with MGM Priority Status get first dibs on seating (I didn't see that at other establishments at Mandalay, so keep that in mind). Barcy, our server, was apparently still recovering from New Year's Eve as she was very inattentive. The entire meal was very slow and others that sat after us received their food before us. The food itself was not bad, though of course it was Vegas prices. My Croque Madame was $25 and came with nothing but the sandwich. Even half a hashbrown would have been something to make it feel like a better value. Our friend ordered the pancakes and they could have fed all three of us, they were giant. When they arrived, another server said, "Oh, Karl must be cooking this morning. He makes 'em huge!" Sadly we had no fridge in our room and no way to not waste a massive amount of these pancakes, which were somehow about $10 less than my sandwich.

Quiet and a nice ambience. Standard breakfast

The cafe offered a serene place to enjoy a breakfast with the family. The prices were comparable to other cafés. Our service was impeccable with our server, making friends with our grandchildren. I have to say the food was quite average, but it filled this up

The service here is phenomenal! Went for a late breakfast and got the crunch French toast and steak and eggs with orange juice. The French toast was a recommendation and I will shout that from the rooftops too! It does have a crunchy layer to really enhance the texture of the dish, and make it stand out from a standard French toast. The steak and eggs is huge, so come hungry. Mine was a bit fatty, but overall it was really good and cooked just like I asked it to be. Overall 9/10, will be back!

A classics American breakfast dining spot, hosted by the MGM Grand via Mandalay Bay. Offering your classic American staples anchored by eggs and toast really. Honestly, the place is fine. It does the job for hotel restaurant food that's just there to satisfy hotel guests and maybe the overnight gambling hangover. The food is average and your workers are "okay"--generally friendly but very lackadaisical in service. In Las Vegas, I'd only visit Seabreeze again if I were in the same spot again--I have MGM Credit to use and I was staying at Mandalay Bay and it happened to be the day I was checking out.

The Seasonal pancake was berry blast

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal.
