My gambling partner wanted Chinese, so we found ourselves here. The food is good enough, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. What was sad was that two days later, we were back at the Palms, and my friend wanted to eat here again. This time, after we were seated, not a single server paid us any attention. In fact, it was almost 10 minutes! When we asked for a server, they snapped something I didn't understand, but the attitude was all we needed to hear to walk out.

Would definitely not recommend the Crème Brûlée latte. Sounds amazing, but it most definitely was not. I wish I was kidding, but it's not good. We ordered: 2 Crème Brûlée lattes (skip/ don't get/ just NO) 1 Mixed Berry Dutch Baby 1 Blueberry Pancake 1 Potato Cheddar Soup 1 Three Egg Breakfast (w/ pork sausage) We didn't have a reservation, but we still got seated right away. The hostess was friendly and welcoming. Service was ok. Our waiter was fine, nothing exceptional or grand. Love the name of this restaurant and the food is pretty good.

Came for breakfast on a Friday morning with no reservation and didn't have a long wait. The food was really good! We sat outside on the balcony and I really enjoyed our view and the nice breeze before the heat! We ordered a peach Bellini and got a free Sour Patch drink. Both were great! My hubby had the Kyrptonite green drink and it was delicious! Had us thinking about ordering a juicer for the house lol! We had steak and eggs and it was sooo good. Hubby ordered eggs with turkey sausage and those were a lil tough, def skip those. The hashbrowns that came with our food was soooo good. So much flavor! Michelle was our server and she was amazing! So kind and gave us great recommendations, made sure we were always good and hope you all get her when you come!

Best breakfast/brunch spot ever! Beautiful scenery, top tier service, and affordable luxury vibes. Our servers were Jose and Christian who went above and beyond to make our experience special. My friend got the Banana Bruleé Waffle with Fried Chicken and I ordered the 3 Eggs Breakfast. Christian saw us struggling to take our pictures and stepped in to help even when we asked for multiples. I absolutely love this place and recommend it to anyone who wants a stellar place with stellar service!

Salt & Ivy is a perfectly lovely spot for brunch, even if it's not the easiest to find. They're busy during the breakfast hours but turnover is constant, so even without a reservation, you won't wait forever to sit down. The menu is divine--they have several Dutch babies to choose from, and everything from a lobster roll to shrimp and grits, to chicken and waffles! Truly something for everyone. My husband ordered the leek and mushroom omelet which was just BURSTING with fungus I was almost jealous. I ordered the eggs Benny (as is my usual breakfast go-to). My only gripe were the "hashbrowns." There aren't enough crispy parts to the volume of soft potato. I like my potato's CRUNCHY. These weren't it for me. Service was great. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Food and drinks came up in a timely manner. I'd probably return but Vegas has so many more restaurants for me to conquer!

We stayed at the Aria for a staycation and decided to try Salt and Ivy for brunch on the Saturday we were there. We made a reservation for 10am, I absolutely recommend making one! Even with our reservation, there was a line for that, and the line for those without one were even longer! It was very busy, and you have the choice of inside or outside seating. For speed, we went with inside. Our server was great! It was really busy so he was flying throughout that place. I ordered their iced latte and the blueberry pancakes. The latte was a tall glass with lots of ice, so it wasn't too much coffee. The pancakes were a very good portion size, but were pretty mid, especially for the price. Service, both our normal server and the person bringing our waters and drinks, were great! Very fast and really nice! As a local, I'd maybe come here again if we stay here, but wouldn't come out of the way for it.

While looking for a brunch spot during a Vegas trip, I came across Salt & Ivy. The only reason why I had to eat here was because they serve dutch babies! I grew up eating a dutch baby. They're really nostalgic for me and just bring up great memories. Salt & Ivy is located within the Aria hotel. I highly recommend you make a reservation, that was our mistake, but we went ahead and made a reservation while at the Aria and grabbed a few drinks and played a few games while waiting. So it all worked out. The restaurant was cute, but nothing stood out in terms of decor. Our waiter was a bit slow at times but it was ok since my group wasn't in a rush nor were we on a strict timeframe. The food was good and my dutch baby was perfect! I had the berry Dutch baby with a lemon custard. The lemon custard was t really needed and it was way too sweet.

Make a Rez online! It's a cute but busy brunch spot. Food came out pretty quick. We ordered the banana brulee waffles and signature Dutch. The Dutch was tasty and large but I wish they could've add more toppings like the prosciutto and arugula. The banana waffles was my favorite. The pecan cream wasn't too sweet which is what I like. It's Vegas so yes it was quite pricey. We had a $100 dining credit so with coffee, bacon side, and other beverages it totaled to a bit over $100.

Our Brunch at Salt & Ivy was a wonderful experience, from the food, service, and ambiance. Our server Regina was amazing! She was very friendly, provided great recommendations, anticipated our needs, checked on us regularly, and even added coffee to my to go cup! The Lobster Roll was delicious with big chunks of lobster. My daughter liked her Club Sandwich and the fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The Seasonal S'mores Dutch Baby was yummy! Great to share and would recommend more as a dessert or as a sweet entree. The Basil Berry Blast mocktail, Iced Honey Dalgona, and Cookie Butter Latte were all made well and would highly recommend. Definitely coming back here! Make reservations as the lines can be long. We had to wait about 15 minutes past our reservation time, and my wife said she waited 30 minutes past when she came here prior on a girls trip!

Food was amazing. Never had a better omelet. Friendly service she customized my omelet for me because I didn't want goat cheese or wild mushrooms

This place is at the Aria and they have delicious breakfast with a very long line at times. It is a casual breakfast ambiance and not sure of dinner. They have a flight of mimosas that looked delicious. The service was ok, very slow. We took 2 hrs just because of how slow everything was. I think this took away from the in person experience which was more of a 3 stars. Their portion sizes are big and definitely shareable. I wish our server would've warned us as the hotel doesn't have a microwave in the room so no leftovers. The chilaquiles are delicious and an absolute MUST! The steak was cooked perfectly. The chips do get soggy because of the salsa but I loved it. The poached eggs were perfect too. My bf got the Dutch pancake with arugula and prosciutto. It was good but could've been better. We prefer the prosciutto not to be cooked. My coffee was good but not worth the price. They charged extra for the "special" milk since I had nonfat. We ordered a takeout a different day and shared the chilaquiles since it's a huge portion and for sure shareable. This was perfect! The order was ready quick and it tasted the same as in the restaurant without wasting time! That was 5 star experience which is why the overall 4.

Very good breakfast and service. The coffee wasn't that great. It's weak and tasted more like hot water with slight coffee flavor. I suggest making a reservation otherwise you may not be seated during peak hours.

We came to Salt & Ivy for Valentine's Day brunch and quickly realized we weren't the only ones. the wait was about 2 hours. But the experience started on a high note when they handed out complimentary mimosas to everyone waiting. Such a classy and thoughtful touch that instantly made the wait more enjoyable. The space itself is gorgeous, bright, airy, and filled with natural light. The vibe feels elevated but still welcoming, and the staff was warm and attentive even during the rush. We started with drinks: the mango habanero margarita had the perfect balance of sweet heat, and the "About Last Night" cocktail (their take on an espresso martini) was smooth and indulgent. The poke tuna bowl was fresh, light, and flavorful, perfect if you're not looking for something too heavy. The chicken and waffles came with a honey sriracha-style sauce, which added a sweet-spicy twist, though we would've loved a side of classic maple syrup. But the standout dish? The chilaquiles with medium rare steak. Absolutely incredible. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the dish was , so full of flavor (but not spicy ). It completely stole the show. Salt & Ivy definitely left a strong impression, we'll absolutely be back.

Ask the Community - Salt & Ivy

Is this restaurant dog friendly? May I bring my dog to outdoor seating?

No it's not. Restaurant is inside the hotel.

Are there gluten free bread options available?

    No there is not

    Do they take reservations?

    No first come first serve

    Are reservations available?

    No. First come first served

    Are dogs allowed on patio?

Do you have a kids menu?

No kids menu, my daughter orders from AYCE menu or a la carte depending on how hungry.

Is there still bottomless mimosa packages?

They didn't have it on the menu when we went about a month ago

Does this restaurant still take reservations? I cannot find anything on the main site nor on OpenTable.

I'm not sure but maybe try the concierge. They have an express line for MGM Rewards platinum/noir and sometimes gold.

Is there any entree that is gluten free here? Does this restaurant use a shared fryer for things like fried calamari that would cross contaminate gluten free french fries? I have Celiac disease and have to eat gluten free.

No they don't have any dedicated fryers, but they do try to keep things separate. You'll be pretty limited. They did a decent job with the 3 eggs and no toast, as my wife is not Celiac, but highly sensitive

Is there any outside access to this restaurant or must you go through the hotel to get in?

You must go through one of the hotel's entrances to get to this restaurant. The restaurant does not have its own separate entrance.

    Do they have Wifi?

There's free WiFi all over Aria, so once you're on, you're on everywhere. Coverage is fine inside, and it's good around the patio & pool deck.

    Are reservations available on weekends?

    Yes they are,

Can you do walk in on Mother's Day?

    Not timeless mimosas?

No. Not unless there's a special or promo.

How long is the wait for brunch on Saturday?

Wait time depends on a number of things. Best bet is to make a reservation or be a diamond member of the casino.

Is the patio comfortable in January?

There are heaters outside, so it definitely can be depending upon the wind & temperature. You'd just have to go and see what the weather is like and if you're comfortable.

Do you take reservations for breakfast on Jan 1st?

    You can check on OpenTable

The menu on the site doesn't list bottomless options, is that still available?

Is there a dj here during brunch?

The brunch I was at earlier in the summer there was not. You could hear the dj in the pool area.

Is there usually a long line when Salt and Ivy opens? We will be in town during the week and are hoping to catch a brunch.

Probably go when they open up. I waited 40 minutes but they text you so you know when it's ready.

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

The waitstaff were dressed very casual, jeans and t-shirt casual. Although the food is upscale, everything else about this place seems very casual diner like. We could even see most of the work going on in the small kitchen. Mostly shareable plates... Our table chose the deviled eggs with caviar - these were a hit! Dynamite shrimp, most at the table liked these, they were spicy and the flavor was decent, but I just felt like the sauce made the breading a bit soggy and it wasn't a favorite of mine. Pork Belly - This had a buffalo sauce on it, which I wasn't too excited about at first, but it worked better than I expected. Wish it was just a little crispier but it was tender and I enjoyed it. Oxtail risotto - this one had mixed reviews from the table, I really enjoyed it. The flavor was good. There's only a small amount of meat and it's shredded into the risotto. Overall the consistency was a little weird, very thick and almost sticky/dry, plus the dark color. They had a steak on the menu and the flavor was great, one of the pricier menu items but it was a good share. My wife ordered a burger without the bun. She said the patty was well over-cooked and so it was pretty dry. They don't offer gluten-free buns or bread - bummer. The service was generally prompt, but seemed uncoordinated at times. For example, it seemed our waitress was also handling a very large party outside on the patio, and randomly the hostess would bring us a drink refill (hostess stand was right beside our table). That's good in a way, they are all a team, but she also picked up my plate and silverware after only the first appetizer - mind you they bring everything out as it's ready, so don't expect the whole table to eat together, you are expected to share! When I asked if she could replace my silverware, she grabbed a fork and knife and handed to me, but they weren't rolled in a napkin or anything, just barehanded me some silverware... anyway, I thought that was odd. Overall, the food had some bright spots and perhaps worth a lunch if you are downtown. I probably wouldn't seek it out again, but I'm not mad about the meal we had either.

Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it. It's a massive meal and I feel like the waitress could have positioned me on all fours in front of a feeding trough in order to graze on it. Bacon Nation is located on the D's second floor inside a very clean and bright dining room with lots of booths, a counter, and an ultra-pleasant hostess named Angel. In summary, a well-earned 5 oink review is deserving because their food is that darn good. "Everywhere there's lots of piggies, living piggy lives. You can see them out for dinner with their piggy wives, Clutching forks and knives...to...eat...their...bacon." Beatles, 1968

Bacon Nation was a must-stop on our Vegas trip--everything was absolutely delicious. The portions…read morewere huge, so big that half our group couldn't even finish their meals. It was super filling and exactly what we needed to recharge. Service was a bit slow, and our bride-to-be didn't receive her food until several minutes after everyone else. We also waited quite a while for the check and were met with a little sass, which felt off. Overall, the food was great, but the service could definitely use some improvement.

Traveled from Austin, TX and Little Rock, AR with my cousin to experience Usher yesterday. Enjoying…read morenew places and discovering amazing vibes and delicious food is why I enjoy going to concerts out of town. My cousin found out about Therapy from TikTok and so I made reservations for today at 2:30pm in advance. We made sure to be on time matter of fact we arrived 30 mins in advance since we had to catch a cab and traffic seemed heavier today. Once we entered we were greeted immediately however we were taken upstairs 20 mins later from arrival (no big deal still before our reservations) but there were no available tables. I spied a table getting ready to leave on the first floor and asked if we could wait for it and the hostess happily agreed (thank you)!! Unlimited mimosa 10/10, music 10/10, our personal service 10/10 (she tried and I don't even think she was a server but was very friendly and accommodating) however customer service/wait times/morale 2/10 because I'm typing this right now and it's 3:39pm 11/16/24 and I just got my wings still waiting on my fries. Reservation made for 2:30pm made it at 2:00pm just now have wings no fries and my cousin still doesn't have her food at 3:40....and to Christopher I've read your replies and you're disgusting!!! So let me help you with your response...I'm NOT broke, I DON'T need anyone to sponsor or fund my activities when I'm on vacation...DO BETTER!!! However the lemon pepper wings and fries (second request first were cold) tasted delicious. Therapy has potential if the customer service from Chris was better and food arrived in a timely manner. Also witnessed multiple tables abandon their orders due to excessive wait time however ALL the staff is amazing!! Update: actually met Chris after our food came and he is a complete jerk in person too. Drugs are bad people! Save your money and eat elsewhere I will never support this establishment again.
