I loved the food and the vibes here! Everyone is so nice and helpful. The food is always really good. As a graphic designer I also just really love their mural and graphics lol. The menu is not big but I don't think that's an issue at all. The chicken is delish and there's several sauces to choose from.

Wow would be my expression, first time here but I'm impressed with the food. My chicken sandwich was juicy and a large piece with warm pickles and either mayonnaise or a special sauce on top. This is serious Chikfil-a competition. We was greeted with a gracious smile, I think we will be back.

I have been meaning to stop by The Bowl @ Ballantyne for a little bit now, and I am so happy I did! Or I would have never discovered this GEM of a chicken spot! Friendly service. And did I say QUICK! Bossy Beulah's is a chicken forward little spot that has a BEAUTIFUL patio with fantastic food. With "Duke's" mayonnaise proudly served, this chicken sandwich will blow you outta the park! The crispy dill pickles & hot chicken sandwich will make any true southerner very happy. Bring your pups! Sit on the patio! They have 8 different large top picnic tables outside! The inside is very spacious as well. All in all food 9/10. The only thing I wished is the sandwich being a tiiiinnny bit bigger. But maybe I worked up more of an appetite this time exporting the Bowl! Thanks Bossy Beulah's! Welcome to the neighborhood. Will be returning with the whole family.

This is a relatively new to go chicken place the staff are friendly and the place was clean. Chicken is made fresh and is flavorful. I quite enjoyed the cheesy bleau sandwich. The fries were extra salty, but very crispy and then you can get a fountain drink. Is it better deal to go ahead and get a combo instead of doing things separately. Half a pound of chicken was four chicken wings. So if you're hungry skip this option. They have a rewards program that you can sign up for if you wanna be a regular. Would've tried one of their unique desserts, but unfortunately, they were limited and we arrived so we didn't get to try I hope that you enjoy your chicken.

Hands down best chicken fingers I've had in Charlotte! I highly recommend Bossy Beulah's! Chicken fingers were hot and crispy on the outside, while tender on the inside, just delicious!

I've been walking by this place for a couple of months now when going to other restaurants around it. I decided to give it a try, finally. When I walked in, I was greeted professionally by a server known as "Bossy 6 S." He explained everything to me, which helped me select exactly what I wanted. I ordered the wing combo with house fries, Iredell Slaw, and a sweet tea. You will have to seat yourself, as there are no servers, unlike in other sit-down restaurants. The restaurant was clean and had an open, airy atmosphere. They also offered an outdoor eating space, if that is your preference. The food didn't take long, as it wasn't busy, which was unusual since it was lunchtime and there were only two other customers eating, and a total of three people ordered and left. I do consider myself a chicken aficionado, so I was ready to see how good their chicken is. I did notice that the wings were enormous, which automatically turned me off. I'm not a fan of enormous chicken wings. They did look like they would be tasty. When I bit into the chicken, I noticed it was flavorless, and all the batter fell off the chicken the moment I bit into it. The house fries were a bit salty, but delicious nonetheless. The slaw was horrible to me. The sweet tea was also tasty and had a balanced sweetness. I was disappointed with my food and threw away all but the fries. I probably should've followed my first mind and ordered the fried chicken breast sandwich. However, I will not be returning to this restaurant and do not recommend it.

Food was great, service was wonderful, and we loved the ambiance. I ordered the Beaut which was fantastic, perfect amount of pickles, with bossy sauce on the side. Fries are bangin, I could have just eaten the fries, nice and crispy with great flavor. Cookies were fresh and tasty. I will absolutely be back and recommend checking out BB!

You can buy rubs, marinades, salads, sides, bread, rolls, desserts, etc. They also have frozen wild game if that is what you are into. It was unfortunate that half their store did not have power as we were not able to see any of the meat or fish on display. iI was ok we were not able to hand select our steaks or fish - the store has such a great reputation we were not too worried about what we would end up with. We decided to order 4 prime marinated NY strip and 2 tuna steaks. They make theur own naribade so we had to try it. We also wanted to try one of frozen pre-made meals so we chose the sausage and pasta with vodka sauce. While in line to checkout we saw more than a few people with trays of cinnamon buns so we had to try them as well. This is a summery of our purchased food:. The cinnamon rolls were grainy. Not smooth. I think they were old (I had to pull them from the back). The steaks had a great flavor as the marinade was really good. Three of the 4 steaks were over cooked because we were given 4 different sized steaks. 2 got burnt the third was well done....$60 wasted. The tuna was good but again they gave us one large steak and one thinner one so the smaller was was dry....another $15 wasted. If I can make any suggestion....do not make a purchase without seeing what you are buying. $136.00 later I can say I was disappointed because of the unevenness it was cooked improperly. 4 stars because the cook is partially to blame. 3 stars otherwise. The sales person is the first person that should know better than to sell meat and fish the way they did. Ruined my Christmas meal. Only 1 of us ate. :(

It was an Instagram post, a visual siren's song of a Cuban sandwich that first beckoned me, only to find myself further enchanted by the allure of a house-smoked pastrami Reuben sandwich. Unable to resist, I marked my calendar for a weekend lunch escapade. I boldly ordered both the Cuban and the Pastrami Reuben. Yes, both! Half of each was thoughtfully boxed to prolong the gastronomic joy into the evening. For those whose appetites wander to different cravings, fear not, for the Italian embrace of NY-Style pizza and dishes stands ready to satisfy. And for those in pursuit of libation, a full bar awaits. The Cuban sandwich, priced at an inviting $13, was a masterclass in sandwich craft. The house-baked Cuban bread, lovingly baked with bacon fat, cradled house-roasted mojo pork, ham, mustard, pickles, and Swiss cheese--a press sealing the deal. This, my fellow foodies, is the Cuban sandwich of my dreams. The mojo pork moist & tender, the Swiss cheese a gooey delight, and the balance of mustard and pickles, a harmony of flavors that danced in my mouth. Next up, the house-smoked pastrami Reuben, at $14, a spectacle on thick slices of house-baked sourdough rye bread. Each element, from the buttery crispy sourdough rye to the savory thousand island dressing, melded with the Swiss cheese and, in my case, sans sauerkraut. The pastrami, oh the pastrami, smoked in-house to a level of perfection that would make NYC delis weep with envy. Mike Libretto, the maestro behind the curtain, has channeled the essence of NYC's Sarge's Deli into every bite. And for the insatiably hungry, a mere $5 promises a double mountain of meat, though I found the standard serving more than ample. Ease of access? Check, with parking aplenty and free. Comfort? Assured, amidst a dining area that welcomes with open arms. My visit, at the peak of Saturday's leisurely hours, found the place abuzz with satisfied patrons. The soundtrack? A soothing blend of Norah Jones, Creedence Clearwater Revival, and Jack Johnson that serenaded the dining experience. Savannah, the ambassador of Junior's/Libretto's at the order counter, navigated the menu with an expertise that was both impressive and reassuring. And Mike, the visionary behind this culinary haven, radiates a pride in his offerings. Support this beacon of local business, and treat yourself to a meal that resonates with the soul seeking Cuban and Reuben sandwich enthusiasts.

While her original visit left more than be desired management invited us to give them a second try and I'm so glad we did. We had an amazing time from start to finish. The staff was amazing and I was astounded by their dedication to their craft. The best part was the food. We started with the chefs board which had an array of cheeses and spreads. The most memorable was the whipped feta. OMG. The Ambiance was the only thing I feel could use some tuning as there's not enough sound deadening to make the music out? It sounds like a heart beat and makes it hard to make out conversations. Major shout out to Leigh for taking care of us all night and making it a memorable night. I can definitely say that this one is just as amazing! I've always been a big fan of their board and bottle deal and my favorite wine at Postino's is their Perfekt wine. It's perfect! If it's your first time here, you definitely have to try the bruschetta because it's the best I've had. You'll get to choose four different types among your board. My favorite bruschettas are the prosciutto and fig, the smoked salmon, the burrata, and the apple and brie. I also recommend the skewers. They are always cooked to perfection. If you're not the biggest wine aficionado, they also have cocktails and beers (and of course water, soda, mocktails). I believe they still do a special for beer pitchers and they have a good draft list.
