I asked to speak to the doctor, and they refused to call her. I picked up my glasses, one to work on my computer and the other to drive. I expected this person to know what she had to do. She said, and I quote, "You want this for sunglasses and the other ones for the computer." As the doctor's assistant, I expected she knew what she had to do, but she didn't. She had no idea what I needed and assumed I "wanted" sunglasses. Hence, I need them to drive at night, so where did she get that idea? I don't know. When I picked them up, I figured they were transition lenses, but they weren't. I called to ask why she had they done that way, and she just responded, "You asked for them." Doctor: I'm sorry your staff is incompetent; I didn't deserve to pay over $500 for something I didn't order. The worst part was that your staff refused to let me speak to you. So, I've been forced to leave a message here.

A full month went by with complete silence. When we finally called again, they got back to us a day later with the convenient excuse that the order had supposedly been "lost in transit." What a coincidence. A month of no contact, no follow-up, no accountability, and then suddenly the order just vanished? This practice used to be great. Now it's a waste of your time and money.
