I'm officially never going back to Boston Market until they put apples back on as a side. Everything is just bland and feels semi warmed over. The chickens are fine but you can get rotisserie chicken anywhere now and the prime rib isn't available until dinner time. This location was a bit awkward- I stood in line for two minutes watching people do prep work. I was on the verge of asking directly for help when a manager strolled over to start taking orders. It's all fine to get a hot meal and won't leave you hungry. There's just a lot more that could be done without much trouble. read more

This place has the rudest and obnoxious staff working there. They didn't deliver the items I had ordered and tried calling them several times till someone finally picked up. This longtime reliable source of quick, reasonably priced rotisserie chicken and accompanying comfort food offerings has declined shockingly. The food quality , once reliable, was poor to fair. My steamed broccoli was cold. No gravy was offered for mashed potatoes or meat loaf. The creamed spinach was bitter. The advertised cornbread was absent; in its place we received cold, tasteless dinner rolls. The clerk forgot one item entirely. Even the standard-issue restaurant trash bins have been replaced by open garbage receptacles like what you'd use in a garage or utility room. Sorry to say that we won't be back. read more

Boston Market now has prime rib and it's delicious! Customer service was on point. I had a really good lunch and an even better conversation with one of the staff ,Michael. We had the prime rib this evening and it was very good. We also were emailed a BOGO coupon, so two people had a nice dinner for under $20. The prime rib was cooked perfectly and the portion size was very generous. The prime rib was better than I've had in some more fancy sit down restaurants! The mashed potatoes are also always great here. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they didn't have a few of the sides I usually like available when we were there. The whole place seemed clean and someone came around a few times to make sure the tables were clean. read more

As soon as I walked in there was 5 people in line. One employee at the register and one employee near the roasting ovens. Most of the time they were ignoring the line because they had to run in the back to check on things. I heard 2 or 3 people back there talking, but yet no one came out to help. I ended up waiting 30 minutes in line (I know, I'm crazy) and walked out with NOTHING! They were out of Turkey, rolls, Mac and cheese and much more! The people working here through the pandemic are super kind. But - the places looks dirty. The don't use the front door - and glass on the side door in use is hazy the filth & fingerprints. They never seem organized- I always have to wait in line for my phoned-in order. So I hope they'll remain in business because I like the food & the employees. I hope the owners of this franchise read this & start to clean clean it. They staff should clean the glass doors AND sanitize frequently. read more

If I could give no stars I would I should have read the reviews here before I came to this location, drove out of my way to this location because the two near me were closed we called first to see if they were open and what time they closed someone answered we locking the door around 8:45 or so even though the site says 10pm. We get there around 8:15 and the cook is outside talking/smoking with a group in the parking lot apron everything still on, one cashier inside who was completely clueless about everything. We order and we understood it being close to closing but the food LOOKED horrible sweet potatoes and regular potatoes were runny/ watery, stuffing was so hard and old she had a hard time scooping it. It was so bad even she said it didn't look good and put it back. We ordered some other sides and ribs go to checkout and she tells us while we are standing there card in hand oh our card machine is down it's been down for a few days I can hold your food until you go to Wawa next door. Like SERIOUSLY! You should have begun with our card system is down before we even ordered no signs up nothing we just left everything on the counter and walked out. read more

Many of the staff here are very friendly and nice including the older guy with the nametag that reads "Nate". However, there is one blonde guy who was working the register on my last visit who (a) forgot to give me the cornbread that's included with my to-go meal (I noticed this in the parking lot and went back in the store where "Nate" gave me the cornbread); (b) failed to give me a receipt for my purchase or even ask me if I wanted one, which is an issue partly because in order to give feedback to the company on my (not great) experience I need the receipt and it also usually has some coupon or offer on it; and (c) acted pretty unfriendly in general and like he couldn't wait for all the customers to get lost and leave him alone. I've also noticed that this location seems to run out of sides and some of the food items on a pretty frequent basis. I wouldn't recommend going there after 6 pm if you actually want to have the full menu to choose from. On the positive side, the food you do get is pretty good. I always get it to go because the restaurant has a pretty small seating area and seems to be a little in need of a facelift, but maybe most of their business is to-go so the seats aren't really used that much. read more

I'm not sure what is happening at this location in West Chester, but they are always out of most items. Tonight they had only some very old spinach, and remnants of chicken noodle soup. That's it! No cornbread even! Since I was going to order 3 sides, I decided to go for a Turkey sandwich instead. Got it home and it had a mix of chicken and turkey, no mayo, no onions, no cheddar cheese (spicy jack instead). They didn't even mention that they were out of those ingredients, or were making substitutions. This has been our experience at this location, the last four times, where the sandwich was made incorrectly, missing several ingredients, and virtually no sides available. The pot pie dough was raw. The building itself had been in disrepair for years (recently painted). I wonder if Boston Market is having financial difficulties? Not worth going there again. read more

It was a little busy when I went into this location last night. Bottom line: they can't handle a rush. I started to feel anxious for them because it just seemed like things were a bit too hectic. Some handled it better than others. One guy in the back kept shouting at people which was a bit off putting. The guys working the line still gave awesome customer service. The food was what you would expect from Boston Market. We are out of town and got a family so we would have leftovers at the hotel. Much prefer this over fried choices at fast food restaurants. My main reason for 5 Stars was the friendly staff. Shamaul provided exceptional service to every customer coming in. It's been awhile since I've been anywhere that someone has taken the time to be polite, make small talk and then continue to go around the dining room and ask everyone if they needed napkins or anything else!!!! read more

Went for lunch - arrived at noon. Was really looking forward to eating there, haven't been in over a year. There were 3 of us. 2 of us got chicken, 1 got turkey. Everyone's meat was very good. But all our sides were barely warm. My spinach was chilled - disgusting. Even the gravy was only lukewarm. And to make it worse, the restaurant was so cold we couldn't take our coats off. I really liked Boston Market. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They were very patient and got pretty much our entire order right. Part of the reason why I didn't give 5 stars is that one of the employees poured gravy all over the potatoes after I asked him not to. Also, the serving sizes are a bit small and it would help if they were bigger. The actual food was very good. The meatloaf and the rice were excellent. The potatoes were not great. I'm not sure if that's from the gravy or what. I just didn't love them. All in all, I thought that Boston Market was an excellent place to dine! read more
