Hello, we love our Greek foods, so not new to gyros, or shwarma....that being said. It's a mall fast food place....but, awesome beef shwarma, especially with the garlic/tahini sauce. I hate malls, but come here for this!!!

Got a chicken gyro here today. The woman running the counter was nice. Huge portions of food! Chicken itself was decent. Kinda skimped on lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. Wasn't a fan of the taste to the pita bread. The flatbread stuck to the foil when I was trying to unwrap it, because it was nice and fresh. However, Warm lettuce, onion turned me off as far as taste goes. Not terrible, but not great either. Probably wouldn't visit again. The Snapple was good though!

She got it started for me. Then, another guy took over the order. He asked what I wanted and I repeated my order. He said okay and continued making my order. Now, it was time for me to check out. He grabbed my gyro and went to go cash me out. I asked him, "is that my gyro?" He said yes and then I asked him if there were fries in it. He said, "no we don't do that." Then, I proceeded to tell him about the phone conversation I had three days prior. He told me that I had to order it that same day and then he asked me if I wanted fries on the side and I told him no that I wanted them inside. In the end, he ended up just unwrapping my whole gyro and just putting fries in there. Didn't make me a new one. So now when I went to go eat the gyro the fries were falling out from the top because they were not incorporated in the gyro. As for the gyro itself, it's not really full of flavor. I was expecting stronger spices in the tzatziki and I was expecting more toppings as options for the sandwiches.

Refreshing option for mall food in Emerald Square. The service is great. The people who work here are super nice! The owner noticed my boyfriend, who didn't order anything, waiting in line with me and prepared him a small plate of salad and falafel to try. This was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. The schwarma plate is pretty decent and they have a small variety of dressings for your salad. The falafel balls were good, though I would have preferred them to be a bit warmer. I agree with others that it won't be the best falafel place you'll try, but still worth a try and quite fresh for its genre. I love that this place provides shoppers a healthy option and a different cuisine, especially in this particular mall where the food court isn't very diverse (two pretzel joints, three chinese spots, a burger king, two lame chain sub shops, and a Spike's).

I tried this out as a healthier option to a burger or steak and cheese. I should've just got the burger. I literally wasted my money on this place. I got a steak shawarma wrap and it was almost inedible due to the steak. Old and dry and chewy. Not a good combo.

This place has absolutely delicious gyros. I eat these things all the time and order them everywhere. Boston pita is one of my favorite places to get a gyro. Located in Emerald Square Mall its perfect, I'll order a steak gyro with an extra side of tzatziki and always enjoy it at a table by the window. They are very friendly here too.

I wish this place was closer to my home. Had the traditional gyro. It was friggin awesome. And plenty of bang for your buck. If your not eating from here well your just missing out. Mom and pop too. That's the best. read more

Best Lebanese food hands down! Have gotten to know the family a little bit from ordering lunch on a fairly regular basis and they are some of the best people you could ever hope to meet! My favorite dishes are the beef and lamb gyro, and the beef and lamb over rice. I could eat it everyday and never get tired of it. Please if you're near the emerald square mall check them out. You'll be glad you did read more

At a mall food court, depending on the person it's very easy to always go to the Chinese, Charlie's Subs, but I do enjoy middle eastern/Mediterranean food and tried these guys out. Very pleasant staff, and I had the steak shawarma and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. The baklava was also really good. Great experience here. read more

The food is just amazing! It's quite hard to find good Lebanese food in Boston And walking by this place in the mall you wouldn't give it a second look but please do! This is so good that I literally wanted to go back same day for dinner again. We tried veg falafel bowl and chicken shawerma bowl. Hands down this was even better than some of the falafel places in boston. Tahini, garlic sauce were amaz8ing, chicken and falafel was fresh and delicious. No complaints at all. Would recommened here to go over and over again. read more

I rarely go to the Emerald Square Mall, but I was pleasantly surprised to find Boston Pita in the food court. Nice fresh and healthy fast food with quick and friendly service. I had the steak gyro ($6.75) which was pretty good. Not the best but compared to all the fried food, a nice option! The meat was flavorful, tomatoes ripe, (I added a bit of lettuce) with the onions and Tzatziki sauce. Pita bread was soft and fresh. However, I would ask for extra Tzatziki sauce on the side as it was a bit dry for me. Prices are really good for the food. I thought the pita chips looked a bit thick but I didn't try them. Definitely worth trying and I would go again if I go back to the mall. read more

Pretty good lamb gyro, also tried the chicken gyro, but preferred the lamb. If your at the mall and crave a gyro, give it a try. I wouldn't go out of your way to come here, it tastes about the same as a gyro you would get any pizza and sandwich joint. read more

Ate here in a pinch and I absolutely loved it. I got the chicken over rice plate. This was chicken over rice and a side of veggies you choose. I got lettuce, tomatoes, onion, banana pepper, cucumber, and chickpeas. All so fresh and good. Came with white garlic sauce on top and tahini sauce as well. Perfect amount of everything and will definitely come back again. So delicious. read more

Best alternative that they can have at the mall for healthier food since Subway disappeared. Was very impressed with the size of the salads. All their food is made with fresh ingredients. So that's a plus -because at the actual food court you're not going to encounter that. Husband had the steak plate and loved it. Friendly customer service as well. read more

Boston Pita is a great option if you're at the Emerald Mall and want a healthier lunch/dinner. I bought the falafel wrap for $6.75 and it came with three big falafel balls and a bunch of veggies/sauces. It was well worth the price and I'd definitely go back again. read more

I am reviewing the express at the triple play car wash. We ordered Falafel salad. Very good and large portion. Everything was made to order and very fresh Gyro wrap. Excellent Chips and hummus. Awful chips. Freshly made but not crisp and greasy Had to toss. Hummus was bland. For 20 dollars we had a quick fresh tasty relatively healthy meal. It's not authentic but it was tasty. read more

Excellent falafel - best I've had! So tasty! The salad was very fresh, good size. I also liked their hummus and pita chips. My friend ordered chicken wrap and said it was excellent. Would be nice to see more vegetarian options. Great addition to the mall's food court. read more

I was shocked to find this Gem in a mall. Had to get fitted at men's warehouse for my buddies wedding and was starving. This place was perfect. Fair prices and so fresh delicious. If you're ever in the mall and want a fresh, healthy meal check these guys out! read more

Awesome staff, great food, ask away if you've never tried food like this, you won't be dissapointed. Tried almost everything on the menu first day... blown away. The food is actually good. The meat is fresh - carved right in front of you. I didn't know what I wanted and the staff was very helpful explaining all the choices. Probably the freshest and healthiest option in the food court. Give them a try read more

Nice to see a healthier option at the mall. Had a chicken schwarma wrap and it was good, not the best i ever had but good. The veggies were crisp and the wrap was toasted. Severs were pleasant and polite. Will try the falafels next time. read more

I go to Boston Pita frequently as I work in the mall. The food is always very fresh and delicious and the staff is great. As other spots in the food court keep closing, they expand their menu accordingly which is super smart. They now even offer pizzas and coffee on top of all the other menu items. I hope they never leave our mall read more

This is a great alternative to the typical mall food court offerings. We tried Boston Pita for the first time while looking for a quick bite after shopping and were not disappointed. There were both meat and vegetarian options on the menu so everyone could get what they wanted. The sandwich, salad and quesadilla we ordered were all prepared right in front of with our choice of toppings. The prices were very reasonable and the food was fresh and delicious. We would definitely order from here again. read more

It would not have affected my rating if they simply said to me the appetizer was unavailable, or that they were short on beets and therefore wouldn't recommend the Dukkah beets. I overlooked this mistake once at A La Esh, but if you do it a second time it looks like a pattern. Again, talented, innovative chef - not so talented restaurant manager. If they had said they ran out of Dukkah beets and priced the food a little more appropriately, you would see five stars on the top line instead of three.
