2/28/26 This Pizza Hut at the Stadium Mall location has been our go-to for years and I ask myself, why is it I've never written a review on this place? We like this store because of the convenience, the food, and the deals they always offer on their app. Plus, we've always gotten excellent customer service, consistently. The food is always hot and fresh and our orders are always accurate. Pizza Hut is also one of the few pizza places that makes a good cheese stuffed crust. No matter how we've ordered - carry-out, curbside, or delivery, it's all been great. On our last order, I decided on delivery. Since it was a busy Saturday nite, I figured the wait time would be 45 minutes to an hour. I placed the order just before 6PM & the app showed it would be about 30 minutes. We got our pizza by 6:30PM. It was a pleasant surprise & the gal that delivered it was so nice. The pizza was hot and fresh. We used one of the deals of a 3 topping pizza for only $17.99 + extra for the stuffed crust, $3, and an order of cheese sticks. Half the pizza was cheese only since my grandson likes his pizza plain, and my side was chicken, bacon, and pineapple. Not a big fan of the marinara sauce so we had the creamy garlic parmesan. I wish I could give it ZERO STARS!!! Tell me what's wrong with this picture! I have never received a pizza that wasn't shaped like a circle. This looked carelessly made and was incredibly disappointing from the moment I opened the box. The presentation alone was unacceptable, but unfortunately the flavor wasn't any better. The pizza tasted bland and poorly prepared, and it definitely wasn't what I expect when ordering from Pizza Hut. The manager of this Pizza Hut location really needs to spend more time training employees on quality control, consistency, and presentation. Customers pay for a product that should look and taste like it's made with care. This pizza looked rushed, sloppy, and far below the standard I would expect from a national chain. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving both the quality of the food and the attention to detail before serving it to customers. read more

The food was good but the SERVICE from Mia was EXCEPTIONAL! My wife and I really were appreciative of the way she was so kindhearted and professional. She was also very helpful loading up the delivery drivers and getting them on their way. You could tell she loved what she does and it shows. We will choose this Pizza Hut in the future though 2 others are closer to our home. Stop by the Stadium Mall one and tell me if you see a difference. The ambiance is 3 chairs waiting for your pizza. This is not an eat-in place. It's strictly take out but very clean. Probably because of Mia as she was doing everything while we sat there waiting for our pizza. Thanks Mia. I placed an online order at about 9:45pm and got there at about 10pm to pick up my pizza. The line was long and out the door as Ice Palace just closed, but the cashier kept the line moving as quick as she could. As soon as I got to the front they took my name and my pizza was ready! The cashier was so nice and pleasant, despite the rush of customers. The pizza was cooked well and the crust was super crispy. Order was followed correctly and tested great! With COVID and us trying to be hermits, Pizza Hut has been awesome for when we want our pizza fix but don't want to spend too much. Their app makes ordering a breeze and it's ready for pickup in 15 mins! They will come out to your car and drop it off, so cool! I usually get their 9.99 big New Yorker and we recently tried their Detroit style pizza. I expected the Detroit pizza to be oily and heavy, but the dough was surprisingly airy and the pizza was actually really good! I know Pizza Hut is a chain and it may not compare to a unique neighborhood pizza place, but for around $25 I can get two whole big pizzas that we can eat several meals from. And even better I can have cold pizza straight from the fridge the next day!! Cold pizza lovers unite!! We still will get pizza from good unique non-chain restaurants, but Pizza Hut is our "I don't feel like cooking let's get pizza NOW" kind of place, and they do a fantastic job of it! Absolutely horrible delivery service! Not only are they charging you a fee for delivery, we also tip the driver. With overpriced Pizza as it is, I'd think they would really want to make sure their service is top notch. However, the store was over 2 hours late in getting my order to me. When I continued to call on the status, they stated they were backed up at the location. I simply asked..."you can't send an update?" In today's world where jobs are tough to find, companies need to understand you will LOSE CUSTOMERS when you cannot atleast COMMUNICATE! What does this mean to you? 2 Large Specialty Pizzas $15.99 There no fine print that indicates the advertising is for each. This is on the website and the print ad. However, the call center insists that the deal is for 15.99 each. Their other specials clearly indicate that their price is for each. See the attached pic. This is false advertising and I just wasted time in advance of a luncheon where I have to rebudget. This is not a Karen moment. This is the web developers vs the ad producers vs the call centers obfuscating the deal so people will be attracted but will acquiesce to save the trouble to demanding they uphold their advertised price. While the pizza was good, I ordered takeout and it took a full hour for it to be ready, when the mobile app said it would take 15 minutes. Basically an extra 45 minute wait. The staff did what it could under the circumstances, and I commend them for trying to assuage those of us customers waiting, but they were understaffed on this evening. Pay for delivery or go to another Pizza Hut. DO NOT SELECT CURBSIDE. Ordered my food, selected curbside and told them I had arrived via the email/text messages they sent me. I waited OVER 20 min in my car with nobody coming out before going inside and grabbing the pizza myself which was sitting in the warmer the whole time. The WHOLE UGLY STORY: Used the App to order 3 large specialty pizzas at 5 pm to assure delivery at 7 pm. Just before 7 pm my wife goes out to wait for the delivery as I was entertaining guests - 18 year birthday party for youth twins. No show for several minutes. Finally about 20-30 minutes later my wife gets through the mainland call center to the restaurant. She texts me and says the store manager tells her the pizzas are about to leave the store. What?!? We live up the hill just below Camp Smith. About 7:40, I go outside to "relieve" my wife. I get a call from the driver. He's lost!!! Finally just before 8:00 he arrives. At least he apologizes and offers a free 2 liter of soda. Pizzas were good but the service at this location needs a total overhaul. What was the $ damage? $107!!! including pre-paid 18% tip. We've ordered from this Pizza Hut at least 3 times for delivery. I appreciate that they're always timely and have kind and careful delivery drivers, and the food comes on time based on their estimate every time. Pizza Hut tends to be on the top of our delivery list because they're the only place that delivers to our house and has stuffed crust. It's convenient when we order on the app that they'll let us split the toppings on the pizza so my roommate and I both get what we like. The first two orders were great and on the spot, but this time around, you can see in the photo that toppings/sauce was a bit skimpy and in general, this wasn't the best one we've gotten in the past. I live a couple minutes away but decided to do delivery since me and the family were busy at home. Ordered at 7:20 pm, at 7:40 I get a text that it is out for delivery. So I decide to wait outside. I had to put it in the oven for a few minutes to heat it back up. I'm so glad that they opened up a Pizza Hut again in Stadium Mall. It's not a restaurant, but an express location for carry out. We were not really fans of Pizza Hut...until we started ordering from this location! Like others have mentioned, this location does not have a seating area in-store; it's meant to service the area with carryout & delivery. There are tables located outside if you'd rather not dine-&-dash. Speed & accuracy is something we've come to expect from this location. They did miss our garlic crust a few times on delivery, but while that's disappointing, obviously not a deal breaker. Our pizza was only late one time on delivery (on a game day weekend), and I immediately had an apology email with a coupon code in my inbox. Every other time they have delivered ahead of schedule. We order through the app - their text tracking update is a great option. When we carryout the employees provide great customer service. I've never had to wait for my order because it's always ready to go within the estimated time, if not a few minutes before. Although this isn't my favorite pizza, it is great in a pinch. I really like the ease of online ordering/paying, Curbside pickup, price, location and selection. For 30 bucks I was able to feed a family of 4 dinner and have leftovers the next day for lunch. The people I spoke to for curbside pickup were really nice.
