I regret ever letting this company do new units in my home. Clearly they do not stand by their work.

Well, that seems high, I tell him so he reverts back to the office to air my reluctance and dispute. They offer a $15 discount. I decline. I will be calling other ac companies tomorrow. I asked the right questions but was misled. Be honest from square one. That's how you keep customers. I want to know what I'm paying. It didn't seem normal to me. Trip charges typically get taken off of repair costs if you choose to have the repair. This way, you pay and you pay.
