There are not too many restaurants that will make me go back to but Bouchon is definitely one of them that will I will be returning to. It was my first time trying escargot and it was delicious! I'm not sure what the ingredients were but it tasted similar to portobello mushrooms.... The crab Benedict had chunky pieces of crab that were nice and sweet. I devoured that plate lol Service was excellent. I appreciated the view of the outdoor pool. I'm a brunch person but a little over the same old brunch menu that every other restaurant has but Bouchon is an exception. read more

Bouchon had been on my Vegas brunch list for a while! Sometimes you just have to skip the buffets and have something a little more formal. The interior is beautiful, the ambiance is nice and tranquil but I wouldn't consider it bougie. It's a nice quiet place to have a lovely meal. I recommend going early because we arrived just over an hour before closing and we weren't treated very nicely by the hostess. The place was not busy at all, but hey had us wait for almost 20 minutes, and we had no idea why. The service from the rest of the staff was great. Anyway, on to the food. The damn baguette with butter and jam was the best I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Sometimes it's the simple things. I have been to Paris, but I never paid attention to the bread (silly me) To this day I think about Bouchon's bread and butter. I had the croque madame which was okay, this is usually my go to. The french toast was delicious and the escargoyt with puff pastry was delicious!! My relatives had the lox, quiche and hash and all enjoyed. It was a nice, light meal. I would definitely recommend checking Boucon out for brunch. I have not had their dinner so I cannot speak to that. read more

A shadow of its former self. I've visited Bouchon close to 50 times during the past 15 years. There were some weeks when I visited three days in a row. Today's visit was deeply disappointing. The menu has changed substantially. The bread basket on brunch days is gone. No daily sandwiches. No variety in the quiche. Can't order baguettes off the menu. My coffee was cold and tasted like old office coffee that has been sitting in the pot all afternoon. The pumpernickel bread was burnt and lacked taste and body. It was like a food-themed "invasion of the body snatchers." The restaurant looks like Bouchon, and some of the same servers work there, but this is *not* Bouchon. I wonder if Keller did this to spite the world after losing the Michelin star. If so, it's petty and completely disrespectful of his fan base and reputation. Be warned! This place has never disappointed. You should definitely get the escargots - each served with a soft pillow of puff pastry on the top doused in garlic butter. A bite of heaven. Their salmon fume is delectable - the capers and sauce provides the right about of saltiness and acidity to balance the fat. Every meal starts with a bread braid paired with freshly churned butter and berry preserves. If you're not able to make it to the French Laundry, this is probably the closest you'll get to Thomas Keller. read more

Sadly, I found this place to be mediocre. The Bouchon steak was fine, but neither it, nor anything else ordered was worth the price. WORST French onion soup I have ever had. That is not an exaggeration. They had a dover sole special that night. My friend had that and the potato leek soup (also a special) he claimed both were very good, but also not worth the price. Escargot and oysters were also ordered. Both of those got a C rating from me. They have a limited menu imo. So, that and my personal experience considered, I will not be going back. I've had better French cuisine elsewhere right there in Las Vegas. The one compliment I will pay them is the staff was very attentive. read more

We had a delicious brunch! We had a reservation which made it super convenient. We were celebrating my birthday and I received a complimentary birthday crème brûlée. The meal started with the freshly made and delicious bread served with butter and mixed berry jam. I had the burger which was perfection. Hubby had the croque madame which was very good and savory. The brioche bread was so soft, like a dense cake. We will be coming again. The fries that come with the meal can serve 4 people so feel free to switch out the sides if dining with others. read more

I brought my family of 6 with me to Thomas Keller's Bouchon for their dinner menu and they all completely loved it. Ambiance - First to enter - this restaurant is a hideaway, and almost feels like a luxurious secret in the Venetian hotel. You take an ornamental elevator in the lobby to the second floor, where it takes you to a grand and opulent hall, adorned by all of the Venetian's characteristic grandiosity with paintings on the ceilings and Rennaissance style decor & furniture. After walking down halls lined with lanterns lit by flickering fire, you see a humble door to your right - you've reached Bouchon. It's really a feeling - all that opulence, then the simplicity of how Bouchon reveals itself. The experience of walking to Bouchon is something in itself, and definitely one that surprised and left a deep impression on my family. Food - We had the salmon, lamb, blood sausage, chicken, and beef short rib. The salmon was impressive, seared on the surface and done medium to medium rare; we don't usually order salmon at nice restaurants but the whole fam agreed it was one of best salmons we've had. The blood sausage was really interesting - not filled with rice like it is customarily, but with pork and blood and accompanied with these jellied, poached apples which were really amazing. The lamb comes out in rare to medium rare medallions and it was really special compared to other lamb I've tried. The beef short rib was also tender and my mom said it was her favorite dish out of all of ours, but I didn't to try much so can't speak too much on it. The chicken was delicious too - very tender and interesting with an almost sweet glaze according to the 14 year old sister; I had some of the hen of the woods mushrooms they accompany it with, and the mushrooms were *so* delicious. My brother said the meal was heavenly and incredible, and my dad said he was so glad he could come and experience such delicious and interesting food. The dishes at Bouchon really are interesting without sacrificing being actually amazing food -- all incredibly delicious and sizable dishes. Value - Compared to other restaurants with entrees this price; $35-$60 (up to $95 if you include their wagyu steak special), the price is incredible for the real quality of food you get: the dishes really are interesting and unique, but also so delicious. My bf and I agreed that other similarly priced restaurants really did not compare to Bouchon. Thomas Keller has another famous restaurant my family already knew of, French Laundry in Napa Valley, CA. We've only heard great things, but to try Bouchon in the Venetian really solidified our experience of his cooking as the real deal. Please definitely eat here! read more

Service was not good and food was extremely salty. They gave us bread on a sheet of paper in the middle of the table. Ambiance was nice until they did that. To add onto service, the server was obviously annoyed from our questions. She answered two questions, left to get an answer and came back 30 minutes later to get our order. I ended up going on a date night to Bouchon on a Thursday evening around 6 P.M. Bouchon is located inside the Venetian. You can get here by taking the Las Vegas Blvd to the self parking for the Venetian. The Self Parking is free for the Venetian as well! Finding Bouchon inside the Venetian can be a little bit of a challenge at first. We weren't sure where exactly to go to inside the Venetian to get to Bouchon. The directory had mentioned room 301, but looking over the map, we couldn't find the escalators to locate Bouchon. Instead we ended up asking one of the hotel receptionists where to find it. You have to take the elevators, for guests, up to the 10th floor. From there, you'll find signs and a walk-way that will take you to the restaurant Bouchon. Inside Bouchon is absolutely stunning! It's right next to the fountains and pool area. Since it was late at night, we could barely see anything outside of the restaurant. Thursday night, at around 6:00 P.M, the restaurant was pretty empty. We didn't have to wait on our reservation and was immediately seated. The service was awesome at this restaurant! There were so many team members that stopped by our table to ask if we needed anything. Bread and butter was immediately served to our table while we looked over the menu. After reviewing the menu, we decided to order the following Appetizers: [1] French Onion Soup [1] Carrot Soup [1]*Salade Lyonnaise escarole, frisée, bacon lardons, poached egg & Palladin croûtons with bacon vinaigrette Entree: [1]*Steak Frites* pan-seared flat iron steak, caramelized shallots & maître d'hôtel butter, served with French fries [1]Poulet Rôti roasted chicken with potato purée, bacon lardons, melted savoy cabbage & chicken jus The soups came out first. I had ordered the Carrot soup and my date had the French Onion soup. I didn't particular care for the flavor profile of the Carrot soup. It was more of a tangy curry flavor then the carrot. I ended up swapping soups with my date. The French Onion soup was magnificent. The melted cheese, crostini, onions with the soup was quite flavorful and delicious! The Salade Lyonnaise was my favorite dish of the night. The bacon vinaigrette was possible the best dressing I've had for a Frisee salad in a long time. There was plenty amount of bacon, escarole, and frisee within the salad. The entrees came out shortly after. I had ordered the Poulet Roti. I was extremely disappointed. The chicken was severely under-cooked. There was a puddle of red oozing out from underneath the chicken. The potato puree was covered in red. I couldn't even eat anything afterwards. A few team members rushed over to take the dish and asked if I wanted it re-cooked or another item on the menu, but at that point, I couldn't ask for another dish unfortunately. My date really enjoyed the Steak Frites though! There was a ton of French Fries on his dish. I tried the French Fries. They didn't really pack too much flavor and was a little under-salted. Towards the end of the meal, the manager for Bouchon came over to apologize for the under-cooked chicken dish. Overall the appetizers were pretty good and the service was amazing. read more

My mom & I brought my daughter here for her 18th bday dinner . Definitely a great place for a bday or other special occasion. The vast majority of patrons were dressed for the evening. I wouldn't say dress code necessarily, but let's pretend it does . Service was wonderful , our sever nailed the cocktail recommendations. We shared the veal , lamb & beef tartare . It's real French cuisine with a Las Vegas strip price. The service is excellent and the food is consistently perfect. The atmosphere is light, fun, and professional with an office casual feel. When I review a restaurant I review mainly based on food, then service, then ambiance. We went for their brunch and this review is based on my experience Food: we ordered the assortment of pastries (5$ for one or 18$ for 4) and the ones we picked were croissant, chocolate croissant, cheese danish, and almond croissant. Only the cheese danish was work it in my opinion. As a local, there are way more local areas that have better croissant for similar price. The cheese danish was by far outstanding with it not being too sweet and enormous amount of filling. The others... I would pass. We also ordered the escargot with puff pastry on top. I think the amount of lemon within the buttery sauce was a tad too much. And I'm a girl who likes tart food... but I dipped in the house bread and it was delicious. Lastly we ordered their version of chicken and waffle. Chicken, excellent and moist with a really nice crispy skin. The waffle, was it premade because I took a bite of it and it was cold and I think it was made from a sourdough starter because it had a slight tang to it. I'll be honest I didn't like it at all and in the end my friend and I just ended up eating the chicken with their sauce that came with it but we both did not like the waffle at all. I'd rate 2/5 for food. Service: our waitress was friendly and all staffs we interacted were as well but we had to ask for our stuff multiple time. We ordered wine and it took longer than twenty minutes for it to be in our hands for goodness sake. We asked for butter for our bread, it took ten minutes. We asked for a togo box that took another ten minute.... I know it's busy but some of these basic stuff should not be something a customer needs to ask for. 3/5. Ambiance: we were seated outside and it was slightly chilly because it's mainly in the shade. For the summer that's awesome it's right by the pool. Came by for brunch with my wife a few days ago. There was a little bit of a wait so we decided to sit at the bar. We were promptly greeted and the entire bar staff seemed to be on top of service. For starters, we tried the escargot. Great texture and presentation. Puff pastry was nice and delicate. For entrees: Quiche Florentine- It seemed to be a little bit burnt on top and had way more spinach than I was anticipating (yes, I know spinach is in the name.). They bartender was nice enough to switch this out for me. Salmon Fume- Much better selection with the crème fraiche, greens, lightly toasted bread etc. bread was perfectly toasted Avocado Tartine - Egg perfectly prepared, everything about this bread was perfect except for the toast. It seemed as if the toast had sat for too long before being sent to our table. Pommes Frites- Thin and crisp. Just how I like them. Presentation was nice and kept the fries hot. I found it slightly odd that the 2 main course and side dish of fries came out at 3 separate times. We also tried an espresso martini. It was solid, just could've been strained better (ice chunks) Overall, we both had a good time. Food was solid, service was prompt, and the ambiance was nice and featured plenty of natural lighting. Also, it's worth noting that we received some of the better, more refined service from start to finish at the bar. "Bouchon" is one of my favorite brunch spots. Great food and atmosphere. Took us awhile to find this place-- look for self-park area and take the Venezia Tower elevators to 10th floor. Girls brunch day at Bouchon turned out great! Everything we ordered was delicious. We ordered the: * Crab Benedict * Avocado toast * Chicken and Waffles * Quiche * Peach Bellini * Complimentary baguette with butter If you care about the quantity of the food, I would get the Chicken and Waffles. Good amount portion with best of both worlds (sweet and savory). Chicken was fully cooked and juicy with their house sauce on the side. Waffles were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Here's the summary, had two great breakfasts on back to back days, Christmas Eve and Christmas morning as we wound down our 2019 Christmas visit to Las Vegas. The first breakfast was so good we had to return for the second, and, as you'd suspect, I could go on and on with the details, as all the details we value we're there: great service, great environment, and great food. Over the course of the two meals we enjoyed French Onion soup, Salmon Eggs Benedict, a Cheeseburger with the truffled French fries, and the Chicken Fried Steak special with eggs. On day two we ended up sitting next to some folks who were French, and, as the seating is a bit cozy, we struck up a conversation. We asked, how does this compare to a bistro in France, and they said that it was very favorable representation of what is going on in France. They also mentioned that it is quite different in France, as they are much more seasonal than we are here in America. They don't have an abundant consistent supply of fruits and vegetables the way that we do here, and so the skill of the chef requires a bit more in France. I had took my out of town family on Friday early opening and it was such great food by Thomas . And the restaurant was beautiful and great ambiance but the service wasn't quite up to par . I'm not sure what was wrong with I believe her name was Lucy , she was so rude I remembered her green and yellow bracelet and short black hair . I'm not sure if cause it was so early but she was absolutely awful especially as my cousin tried to give her a compliment to lighten the mood . They do some amazing work with ordinary dishes. I had no idea biscuits and gravy could be turned into tasty, tasty art... but Bouchon can do it. Drinks were... straightforward. Meshed with the experience but clearly not the reason to come. And I still find plopping a(n artful) loaf of bread straight on the table to be odd. That said, Vegas is the land of celebrity chefs with celebrity restaurants, and Bouchon is one of most established ones. They can be counted on for a solid experience, but it's hard to say this is a must-stop place. read more

Even if the name Thomas Keller does not resonate, the quality preparation at Bouchon speaks for itself. Simple roast chicken is at an elevated level and is tender and flavorful and seasoned meticulously well. The dining experience is better than average including the service. The menu is not extensive but the selection is diverse enough to accommodate a range of preferences. Layers of flavors from savory to sweet and different textures and temperatures make for interesting cuisine that keeps things fresh and never boring. It's a good place for Sunday brunch but make reservations because the wait is almost a sure thing. read more

Seems every time we are in Vegas, we always gravitate towards Bouchon. Bouchon never disappoints! We didn't have rezzies for a Sunday morning brunch and I just called to find out if they had any openings for 2. Hubs and I were celebrating our anniversary. They were able to accommodate! We were seated right away. It gets very noisy inside so we sat in the patio area where it was a beautiful day!! Our server Michael was sooo friendly. Actually, all the servers were great! Greeted us "Happy Anniversary" from the host who seated us, to the server who refilled our coffee. The food was SPECTACULAR!! The bread is always fresh! I ordered the crab Benedict and let me tell you...this crab Benedict is what fabulous memories are made of! This crab Benedict will make me come back to Vegas sooner, rather than later lol. The egg was perfectly nice and runny, the hollandaise was perfection and not sour in any way. There was a perfect balance of corn and crab on top of the toast. This has to be the most difficult place to find but the search was well worth it. We went for brunch and had high expectations. We arrived and were greeted by the friendly hostess. We were seated immediately. The space is clean, not too loud and inviting. Once seated our waiter delivered our menus and explained the specials. I ordered the American Breakfast with the chocolate croissant and she ordered the Crab Benedict with the Nutella croissant. The service is excellent. Our coffee and pastries were delivered moments after we ordered. Great coffee and great pastries. The Crab Benedict was wonderful. My only issue with the American Breakfast was the potatoes. While thinly sliced some were under cooked and the butter and olive oil they were cooked in was just too much. It was the only portion of the meal that I was unable to finish. It confused me a bit that they would have a French restaurant in an Italian hotel, however they made it work!!! Drinks: we ordered two martinis. One dry and one dirty. It was very good! Bouchon is a Thomas Keller French Restaurant located in the Venetian Hotel/Casino on the tenth floor in the Venezia Tower. The restaurant has a very old fashioned charming look to it and does offer a fresh shellfish counter. Tables are dressed with heavy linen. This was my first French restaurant and I was pleased. Our server was attentive and explained the specials. The food was phenomenon, came out delicious! We ordered a few different dishes including lamb shank, salmon tartare, a sandwich with fries, lamb steak, fish and mussels. The presentation was great and all meals were warm upon serving. I liked the truffle fries that came with the sandwich, the fish and the lamb shank. The other items were good too and the portions were satisfying! Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The service was slow, the price to service was an F, my Dover sole was over cooked unevenly. When asked if they had any wine less than $100, the server was a bit snarky telling me you won't find that here, the wine list range from about 3300 to 200. We loved the brownie for dessert. This review pains me to write, but I feel the need to speak to my experience especially since this establishment is billed at fine dining. I am in Vegas about 7-8 times a year and I love myself a good celebrity chef restaurant. And before this past weekend I loved Buchon. I knew it was a bad sign when I showed up at 11:12 for a 11:15 reservation and was told I'd be seated a little closer to my reservation time and then I hear the host say "omg I forgot about them" 10 minutes later and we were seated at a bread crumb covered booth. The missteps just continue from there. Ordered a bottle of Schramsberg Rosè from the list of their promos for August & the somm came to our table and let us know the bottle wasn't quite to temp what he didn't say was that it was completely warm and had not been chilled at all not even wine fridge temp - which we didn't realize until they poured us our first glass. From then, our last glass was the only cold one since it needed time to chill in the ice bucket. Why didn't they just tell me it was warm and ask me to pick another bottle? Then I get my shrimp cocktail and spent the next 15 min picking shell out of my teeth followed by a few bites of a stale chocolate croissant. Our entrees were fine but nothing to write home about. Staff was great, drinks were great, the escargot and Foie gras are TO DIE FOR- I went for the second time today, and the trout was mediocre at best. It was moist, sure, but had ZERO flavor. It was like eating water. Just wet, warm, tasteless fish. I am so bummed!! And annoyed! I usually love trout! The ONLY thing on the plate with flavor was what looked/tastes like boiled onion slices?? I'll the whole thing just tastes like boiled fish, boiled onion, and boiled artichoke on top. Everything was warm, wet, mush. So if you go- get anything BUT the trout. We stayed at the Venetian and wanted to check out Bouchon as we passed by the restaurant everyday. My bf ordered the lamb special on their chalkboard - tough part of a lamb that is normally very chewy unless stewed for hours. It was increeedibly salty, which was the least of my bf worries as he got horribly sick afterwards. It really put a damper on the tail end of our trip.
