I explained that I had literally used EBT at this same location the day before. Only then did she pull the EBT payment terminal out from under the counter after acting like they didn't even have one. She then seemed not to know how to turn it on and started laughing during the interaction. At that point, I decided to leave without making a purchase. I wasn't upset about a technical issue--I was disappointed by the attitude and the way I was treated. As a loyal customer, I expected to be treated with basic respect.
