Order a large turkey bacon, ranch sandwich, and it was almost all mayonnaise or ranch dressing I guess and falling apart couldn't even hold it. Heard about Firehouse when doing Door Dash. So had to try it out. This place is across the street from a 7-11 and in a plaza where there's Pizza joint as well. Plenty of parking but limited if want to park near the place Inside is inviting and it's very red. It's similar to Subway but the difference there's a hot sauce stand. Meaning there are variety's of hot sauce to sample and available to purchase if you like it. Service was excellent because the cashier was honest on answering first timers questions and concerns Got the French Dip Large Combo with chips and soda. Chose the hottest sauce: deep canyon co sizzling scorpion. The sandwich is big for most people and its little big than subway foot long. I love Firehouse Subs, but this particular location is my favorite! I've never been unhappy with anything I've eaten here. My fave is the Hook and Ladder Sub (note: add a slice of cheddar if you're a fan of cheese). The customer service from all of the employees is superior. However, I do feel there is one crew member who goes out of his way to go above and beyond to make sure everything goes just right. Nate T. has a great positive attitude, pays attention to detail, and always works hard. Gotta give props where props are due. Thank you, Nate! They explained and offered chili in place of the missing chicken soup. There were various instances they could've prevented my time and gas being wasted: 1) if something's unavailable, update the app so it lets the customer know the item is out of stock. 2) instead of placing the bag on the pickup rack, keep it on the inside counter. So when the customer arrives, the customer doesn't just quickly grab the bag and go; the employee gets a chance to explain and accommodate. 3) write a note on the bag mentioning the out-of-stock item and to inquire an associate about accommodations. read more

I usually get Jersey Mikes but I wanted to try a new sandwich place so I decided to order here through DoorDash. There was a hair inside my sandwich a short brown hair and I have blonde hair. So I had to stop eating my sandwich and I also ordered a brownie. I was like oh well about the sandwich but at least I have a brownie and that's hard to mess up....well clearlllyyyy they don't switch out their brownies when they expire because when I opened the brownie it crumbled apart. This place has gone down hill, let's just say. Not sure how this place still maintains 4 stars. I have had a bad experiences the last two times I have been here.. I ordered the Italian sub. It was sopping wet and I mean soggy like a sandwich in a cooler at the beach that gets water logged... you know what I'm talking about. I had picked up my first sandwich in a to go order so I called and let them know it was inedible due to how soggy it was. They said they would take my name down for a replacement sandwich at a later date.. okay fine. I realize now I should've just asked for a refund... Today I call in an order for pick up change the sandwich just in case that was the issue because they do put Italian dressing on the one I had ordered previously...I also asked them to toast the bread this way there would be no way there would be any soggy bread.. right? Or so I thought! Haha this time I got a club sandwich with just lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on it. Well it's missing the tomatoes but no big deal.. Nothing on my sandwich should be wet... Right!?. So I get to my house and I am opening my sandwich to eat it and when I tell you this bread is legitimately soggy and it's nowhere near toasted like this bread should be toasted it's not even close to toasted. I first discovered this chain because you get a free sub on your bday. Straight up. No BOGO, not a discounted meal, a FREE medium sub. However, one sub did get me hooked so be prepared to make this a regular lunch option. I usually order the build your own turkey sub but this time I noticed that they had a special menu with discounted specialty subs. For only $7 instead of $10+ you can choose from 3 specialty sub options. I opted for the Jamaican turkey sub which included smoked turkey, cheese, mayo, lettuce and onions. Ordered on line from T-Mobile Tuesdays BOGO. Ordered both on white bread. Get home both sandwiches are on wheat bread. One was supposed to be no ham or tomato. Had both. Go back they have no white bread. So instead of informing us they just use wheat. Vanessa was very apologetic. Really great food, good deals, clean open environment that is well laid out. They have lots of parking and easy to get in and out of. What really REALLY sets the high bar is the community involvement and appreciation. It stands out here and does not go un noticed. A few visits ago one of the local fireman was in the shop handing out decals, the kids where all so happy and just huge smiles. This past visit I noticed a sign that offered free combo upgrades for healthcare providers. How awesome is that? I had already paid but let him know and got a bonus bag of chips just for being a nurse. He did encourage that normally I should let them know when I ordered but today just made sure to kick me down. That little bag was massive gesture, its nice to get that appreciation and this place really hands it out generously too. Always loved their business model, where they partner with local fire departments whenever they open a location, but the sandwiches here really are tasty. I got a Medium Firehouse Hero with roast beef, smoked turkey breast, Virginia honey ham, and melted provolone, served "Fully Involved" with Cajun mayo, deli mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a kosher dill pickle on the side... delicious and just the right amount of food so I don't pass out at work. I had a craving for a warm sub so I decided to try this place. I was greeted when I first came in and the guy working there was patient since it took me a little bit to decide what I wanted. The customer service was great the employee working there was accommodating when I requested changes in a sub. The price was reasonable and I was really excited because all their subs are served warm. Something that I found interesting that I guess I've gotten so used to from neighborhood delis or places like Jersey Mikes... you can't see your sandwich while they're making it (this will make more sense later). Upon eating my sandwich I went to unravel the sub and it was drenched in thousand island dressing. I must say, I do like a lot of sauce but this was way to much sauce.
