I bought so many parts out of my pocket because I wanted Original parts. Over $3500. Somehow all of those parts were not put on my car. Except maybe the bumper. They used the same damage parts that were on the car from the accident. Bent spindle, bent front control arms, bent rear control arms, broken rear sway bar. Then I had to pay in cash. I should have known something was not proper when he wanted cash. Never got a receipt. Even though I asked many times. Don't make the same mistakes that I did. Sadly I thought they were great people and they do have some great workers. Especially on the mechanical repair side. I highly recommend them.

They just charged me $30 to install 2 head lamp bulbs that literally took him one minute. I cannot…read morebelieve this! Never again. I guess because I'm old they took advantage of me. After reading my review someone comes back and says it took them 20 minutes to install 2 head lamp bulbs and that I wasn't sure what needed to be done. THAT is NOT true! I walk in there holding a twin pack of head lamp bulbs that I had just purchased from Advanced Auto and needed them installed. If I hadn't known what was wrong with my car, how would I have known what to buy? You overcharged me and now you're trying to back peddle. I even said to the guy that was installing them...."Wow that was so simple, I could've done that myself!" It was a box that sits right on top under the hood. He took the lid off, pulled out the old bulb and stuck the new one in. He told me that he put a brand new tires on my car, so I paid him for a brand new price. After driving for a week or two, tires always in low air. I took it to the shop, and three of them were patched from inside. This shop owner used tire shine spray to make them look like a brand new. He is really dishonest toward his customers.
