This restaurant was formerly Narongs Thai Bistro and after a change of ownership, it's now Boun Thai Kitchen. They're located on the corner of Spencer and Warm Springs, behind Circle K store, and there's ample parking. Inside is clean and spacious with plenty of seating. Menu offers various appetizers including chicken wings and jerky, they have soup, salad, meat and seafood entrees, and a good selection of fried rice and noodles. For drinks, hot Green Tea ($2) is calming and Fresh Coconut Juice served in the shell ($5.95) is very refreshing! I love Thai food and had a bit of everything. Thai Fish Cake ($8.95) was tasty and kind of spicy and chewy, it came with sweet chili sauce, cucumbers, and peanuts. I definitely recommend Chicken Potstickers (5 pcs, $6.95), these are the best pan fried crispy potstickers, and delicious! Papaya Thai Style Salad ($8.95) has a yummy tang and sweetness, there's tomato, papaya, green beans, and peanuts tossed in lime juice and Thai chili, it's so good! Chicken Pad See Ew ($11.95) is scrumptious with stir fried rice noodles and broccoli in sweet soy sauce, chicken is tender and rice noodles are nice, chewy, and very filling! As for dessert, Fried Banana with strawberry ice cream and honey is tasty and good. Overall, service was courteous, efficient, and attentive. Brought my work Bestie here to celebrate her birthday. She wanted fried mushrooms which are hard to find in the area. They were sliced button mushrooms in a light batter served with a chili mayo. Needed a little salt but they were better than whole fried mushrooms! We found our place! Also had the chicken satay and shrimp summer rolls with peanut sauce. I could drink the peanut sauce! Service was very attentive and fast. The location looks like a normal strip mall place, but it is very cute inside. I'm sure it's family owned........Support Local! I walked in to check the place out while in the area. I was greeted right away and I asked to see a menu. Looked good and decided to order food to go. I made small talk with the guy who took my order as I waited. He said they recently opened. The restaurant is decorated nicely and they had karaoke going. Looked busy for a Friday night. I ordered the Chicken Fried Rice and the Spicy Basil, Beef and both were delicious. The heat level for the Basil Beef was 1 - 10. I like my Thai Food pretty spicy but not where I can't enjoy the taste. Anytime I go to a new Thai place I order down so I can gauge their scale of spicy. I ordered a 6 but to me it was more of an 8 which worked fine for me since that's the level I like. I read other reviews where they also thought the levels were spicier than they thought. I ordered Buon Thai from Uber eats. First off, I love how they packaged my drunken noodle (Pad Kee Mao.) none of the liquids spilled out of the entree's to go container because of how well they've packaged it. The Pad Kee Mao was extremely flavorful and had a lot of different vegetables mixed in with the combination that I've ordered (beef/chicken/shrimp/pork) I found that the chicken is very soft and not hard like other places so it was super delicious! Boun Thai is one of the best Thai restaurant in Henderson. We celebrated my Mom's 84th birthday here. The customer service was above and beyond. We had to change our reservation from 13 people to 10 people. We asked if we can arrive 30 minutes before our reservations. We also had cake to bring to the restaurant. They accommodated all our requests. They also asked if they could decorate with balloons. I said of course!! When we arrived, the area was decorated. My entire family was so impressed. We were immediately seated and we ordered our drinks. It was Thai Iced Tea and the Thai Iced coffee. It was all delicious. We ordered appetizers-chicken potstickers, summer rolls and pork belly. Not sure what the exact names are bit everything came out so delicious. Then we ordered our entrees-Tom yum soup, Pad Thai, Panang Curry, Fried Rice and a few other dishes. Everything came out nice and warm. All the dishes were fresh and so delicious. Then the server dimmed the lights so we could sing happy birthday to my Mom. It was wonderful. The interior is so cute and very clean, they have screens with video loops of beautiful Thailand scenery or walking through the night market. The staff is always so kind and helpful when you have questions. The summer rolls (which I always get) are so refreshing and crisp. I need to order double next time. We visited Boun Thai Kitchen (formerly Narongs) during their soft opening, and we've been back several times due to their consistent quality and authentic flavors. We've had their banh cuon special (Vietnamese-style rice crepe rolls with pork--surprisingly authentic and delicious!), Lao-style papaya salad, pad kee mao (drunken noodle), fried fishcakes, red curry lunch special (delightfully flavorful), basil eggplant stirfry, and dry Thai-style sukiyaki (they were out of ong choy but substituted extra veggies). It's hard to find suki in Vegas, and suki is all about the sauce. And Boun's suki sauce was fantastic! Definitely coming back for this dish for sure! Spice levels are 1-10, and our food at #4 was perfect. The restaurant is cozy, nicely decorated, and I love the really sturdy chairs! We were in town on business, found this place on Yelp and decided to try it. Pulling into the parking lot, it's in a small strip mall- I was skeptical but let me tell you, the place is a hidden jewel. The food is absolutely amazing! The service is friendly and fast.
