I have been here a couple times and it is clean, the bartender and waiteress always happy and outgoing.

I always come here for the nachos! They are so good you won't be able to stop eating them. And my husband loves the monte cristo (only place in Utah we have been able to find that derives this type of yummy sandwich) they have the yummiest drink selection. read more

Surprisingly great food!! We got beer battered onion rings to start and I got a reuben sandwich with fries. I couldn't believe how good it was. Better looking on the inside than it looks from the parking lot, so don't just drive by and rule it out. That being said, it is a pub and grub. Bar top tables, a pool table and and big bar. Tried it again tonight with my boyfriend, and everything was SO GOOD. Pizza was fantastic, I got Pepperoni, and he got the BBQ Chicken (which was so amazing!). Got Wings and the Garlic fries and the only thing we ended up regretting was how much food we both ate because it was delicious! Not to mention our waitress was so friendly, and awesome! My first visit to Bout time was excellent for my wife and I. We went there for lunch and the food was very good. My wife had the side salad and it was excellent and as large as many main course salads. The music was good and the beer cold. Clean and lots of tv's with sports. Terrin (our server) was very attentive and friendly. We will go back. read more

For being a waitress myself, the service here is unacceptable. There was maybe three tables in the pub at the time and it took about 15 minutes for the waitress to take our drink and food order. Our food took over 45 minutes to come out to us. We ordered a pizza and nachos..... The pizza came out before the nachos after 45 minutes and the nachos were super soggy. read more

We went here thinking it would be like the Bout Time's they have in the malls, because it is the same chain, but it was much lower par. They had a Groupon, so it was worth trying out, but the service was poor. The waitresses didn't seem to know what they were doing, but they were friendly. The food was the same menu as in the malls, but with less flavor. I would definitely recommend skipping this location, and heading to Newgate mall, instead. This is just a standard bar setting with less appeal. read more

never go here unless you want shitty service. so my grandpa just died and me and grandma wanted to go get a drink to toast him and to just relax for a min. we get in there sit down and are looking at the menu and the waiter never shows up for like 15 min so i flag down another waitress and she has to track him down his name is DON and hes a piece of shit server well he finally comes to the table and real snotty he says "o did u need to order somethin" my grandma is always nice to everyone even if they r a dick but today there was so much goin on she said to him "well ya we are lookin at he menu" so he takes the order and goes puts it in then some other waitress bring out our food and she was nice but the guy don never came and checked on us never refiled our drinks didnt ask how we are didnt even bring us boxes to go i had to flag down the same waitress and she got a refill and boxes to go. so im ready to pay so we can leave and don never comes to take my card to run it for like 10 min we r just sittin there looking for him so i get tired of waitin and go up to the counter and ask if she would check me out and she gave me the receipt i signed it and i did not leave him a tip because he didnt deserve it i asked the nice waitress if she would like my tip since she actually did something for me and she refused and said "oh he will get mad if i get his tip" so its up to her to say no so i left it at that because i normally tip really good because i used to be a waitress and i know how it is so this guy was a asshole the whole time we were there so i sign the receipt and i was so frustrated with him i was ready to leave i forgot to write a line through the tip part on the receipt. The amount for the meal was $48 ( i check my account on the regular). so i checked my account and the amount says $53 !!!!!!! AFTER I LEFT he went back to the receipt and wrote himself a tip for $5!!!! WTF man this guy is a horrible human so i call the business and they are really dodgy i ask for the manager, the owner, anyone in charge and they r like o sorry no one can help you so i say i want the owners info they say no i tell them if the owner does not call me im going to press charges for credit card fraud so far no one has not called me. for all this bullshit to go on with me and my grandma after going through such a tragedy and the guy being a asshole really sucks i paid good money there and to get treated like im garbage is just wrong you know just a nice smile would of went along way with me but no, no smile just a rude guy named don he should of never been hired to work with people if he is not a people person if i could give ZERO stars i would!
