Everything we tried was fantastic! Caviar Sandwich was salty, creamy, and had soft bread. The Charcuterie Sando was also awesome but I didn't snag a picture of that one. Carpaccio was to die for!!! So thin and tender and the toppings were great. Lobster Bao Buns were good! I was surprised because I don't normally like lobster cold, but the lobster meat was still tender and juicy. Some of the drinks were a little strange for my taste, but if you dig crafted cocktails with interesting ingredients like EVOO vodka, spicy peppers, etc. then this is the place for you. We were sat in the champagne cellar which was dark and moody and had a great vibe. Our server was just alright, could have been a little more attentive. Bouzy is a hidden gem! I went here with my best friend one day because it was raining, and the closest restaurant to the parking garage haha! We didn't have umbrellas, so we decided to try it out and not get wet. It was the best decision ever! From service, to the atmosphere, to the food...everything was a 10/10! The service was immaculate; and the food was truly mind blowing with the flavor and freshness. We devoured every single bite! I started off with an espresso martini, and it was perfect. Sweet, creamy, and fluffy! We then moved in to some appetizers. I wish I could remember what it was called, but it was a small salad, with some beef, capers and cheese. It was TO DIE FOR!! We almost ordered a second one because it was that delicious. We then got a strawberry balsamic salad, and that was also perfection. I can't wait to go back!! Where do I start? Bouzy completely changed our day. We were having a pretty bad day and dropped in here for a drink. The atmosphere was fresh and inviting. After we parked the car and walked up to the Hyde park area, this cute little drinkers caught our attention. We walked in and grabbed two velvet, covered high chairs, placed diagonally against a gorgeous marble countertop. The ambience is exquisite, high ceilings, beautiful decor and a slow paced vibe. The drink menu had a variety of offerings, but one in particular caught my eye, the blanc a rose. It was such a nice and refreshing drink on a Saturday afternoon. The bartender was phenomenal, she interacted with us and asked us what particular drinks we like. She was concocting a new specialty drink, served it and asked us for opinions about this new offering. It was delicious. We had another drink and then decided to walk around a bit to see if there was anything else that caught our eye. After a long stroll throughout Hyde Park, in and out of quaint little shops, we couldn't find anything that was quite as perfect as Bouzy, so we returned, had another drink and then headed across the bridge. We love this place! My husband has brought me here a few times. I highly recommend the cellar if you are celebrating anything. We originally spent our anniversary in the cellar with amazing ambiance and service. Later that night we returned with some friends because we loved it so much. They ordered the steak and lobster mac and cheese which were both AMAZING. We happened to be in Hyde park for my birthday and stopped by for the dangerous espresso martini! STILL love this place. The front bar area is a nice size with a small amount of indoor seating and outdoor patio seating. We asked to sit in the champagne cellar because we are tall and the tables were small for how much food we were going to order. We started off with the Mimosa trio that comes with a bottle of Prosecco and three juices. It was a good size for two people. For brunch, I ordered the strawberry and Burrata salad which was delicious very flavorful. Then finished off with the sweetness of the waffle. The service was great and the waiter refilled our Prosecco without asking. We came in during opening week (1 day after opening). I don't think I have been to an opening day or week at a restaurant that went so smoothly! Bouzy is located in Historic Hyde Park Village, which has so much charm as well as ample street parking and parking garages. Bouzy is actually right next to the parking garage, which makes it perfect, in my opinion. The restaurant wasn't that busy when we arrived with no reservation, by the way. We couldn't get a reservation online. The menu is very interesting. Bouzy is brought to us by Cru Cellars, so you will find a lot of familiarity. For example, the Cesar salad tastes the same, and I love the Cesar at Cru. It is good here and it is a large size. The beet salad was great, very different, and my husband loved it. Obviously, with a name like Bouzy, you would expect there to be wines, champagne, and other spirits sold here. I found that the Vuve Cliquot and spoon of caviar for 49$ was a great deal if you think about it. The caviar was top grade and had a great creamy ,smooth, nutty flavor with medium salinity. Although nothing is labeled gluten-free, I was able to get recommendations for what was gluten-free. I found that the options are a little limited, but the Cioppino for 2 was great. It was loaded with lots of seafood, such as shrimp, mussels, clams, and stone crab claws. The price was great for that. I would highly recommend this restaurant and we will be back. Other items we had, which were all great, were the duck for 2 and the half dozen oysters with kimchi cocktail sauce. Both of thendishes labeled for 2 can easily be for 1 depending on how much you eat also. The price can get up there $$ to $$$ depending what you order. Did not care for either. Bougee items that make for a good story but found no value in them. A sad oyster with cheap fish eggs and bland toast with a fine layer of fish eggs in between. Party of Two. We initially had 4pm reservations as that was all that was available. Due to traffic we had to cancel bout voila they had availability at 5:30. Not sure how that happened but yay! We were seated in the champagne room. Both dining rooms are decorated nicely. We started off with a 'reasonably priced' ($90) bottle of champagne. It was pretty good- I am not a champagne connoisseur. We shared caviar sandwich- not impressed, not very flavorful. Bread seemed cold soggy like it was toasted hours ago and premade as it was served quite quickly. We decided we'd share the branzino which according to the menu takes 20 minutes so we ordered the tuna muillefuille (sp?) to enjoy before our main. The tuna dish was very tasty. The branzino was very good as well and perfect for sharing. I tried a margarita which was good and my friend had two bouzy Susie's (she said they were very good. We shared the chocolate dessert and it was good as well. I don't remember the name. So why not give stars? First -we were sat next this door labeled electrical room staff only. Not sure what goes on in that room but staff walks in and out of it continuously. Weird and annoying. Second - I expect the waiter to clean the table when food falls on the table and to remove the old plates and bring out clean ones with clean utensils, if not for each course, then do so for the entree. After all is just under $200 per person not including tip- that is the type of service you should get. Our chairs should be pulled out for us by the hostess- not done and napkins placed in our laps. There are other reviews I've read about the fish smell. I didn't notice anything overly offensive or concerning. I don't recommend this place better service and food options out there. read more

Let me preface this review by saying that the food is AMAZING. They definitely have some kinks to work out, which is to be expected so fresh after opening, but it's sure to become a Tampa staple. We were really excited to try Bouzy for dinner after stopping by for drinks and appetizers one afternoon. We made a reservation while we were there for Friday night, however, when we arrived, we were told that they somehow lost our reservation and that they wouldn't be able to accommodate us. After some slightly uncomfortable back & forth, they finally told us that they could seat us at the bar. It took awhile for seats to open up, & it wasn't the most ideal situation, but we were hungry & happy to be seated. Drinks wise, they have a great selection of champagnes and cocktails. We really enjoyed the passionne - which is their take on a spicy margarita as well as the briny & boozy, which is served with an oyster. I really like how the menu is so seafood forward & how fresh the ingredients are. The appetizers here are delicious - I highly recommend the tuna millefeuille - it's basically tuna tartar but oh so pretty and tasty. The lobster buns can be shared as an appetizer too - the lobster was delicious, but the buns were a bit chilly & stiff. The grouper was a real treat and so flavorful. The cioppino is a really special dish & I love how they included stone crab (the only minor thing here is that there were tiny pieces of shells in the sauce - not sure if this can be avoided, but it's worth being a little careful when eating). The only thing that we didn't really enjoy was their baba au rum dessert - while the cream was amazing, the dough was too drenched in rum which made feel like you were taking bite sized shots instead of enjoying dessert. Bouzy is newly opened in the historic Hyde Park area. The decor is chic and we loved the lighting fixtures and "bubble" chandeliers. The hosts were nice, and we were actually able to be seated before our reservation time. We had a table reserved in the champagne cellar. The hallway that you walk through to get from the main room to the cellar was left untouched and very industrial looking, and no decor was carried into there. The decor in the champagne cellar continued with the Great Gatsby speakeasy type vibe. Our server was friendly, but did not seem well-versed with how to explain the cooking practices or portioning. The menu has a great selection of champagnes, wines, beers, and cocktails. We went with the Nouveau Carre - High West Double Rye, Calvados, Cocchi Rosa Americano, Benedictine, Allspice Dram (similar taste of an Old Fashioned) and the I'Île - Diplomatico Rum, Nutmeg Infused Coconut Cream, Mango Nectar, Pineapple, Diplomatica Reserva Exclusiva, and Cinnamon (not as sweet or fruity as it sounded like it would be). The drinks weren't bad, but they were not anything that we would order again. For dinner we tried the Steamed Grouper (Miso glaze, forbidden rice, and champagne foam) and the "To Share" Dry Aged Duck Leg and Breast (Parmesan brodo, artichoke, and spinach florentine). The food was incredibly disappointing. The grouper meal was very bland and had no flavor - also a few bites in I bit into a bone in the fish. The duck at least had some flavor to it, but it was also very bland and nothing special. The "To Share" portions are not for sharing unless you're planing to order multiple entrees, because the portions are not large at all. The manager was kind enough to take my grouper meal off of the check, and they brought us a Chocolate Budino dessert. The dessert was ok, but again, not something I would ever order again. My husband and I went there to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and after everything, we left hungry and had to stop somewhere else after to get food. This was our first visit and I'd heard good things. My husband and I came for the brunch experience, we were told before being seated that the DJ didn't show up, which was ok with us. We were seated in the cellar which is a cute little area. The issue starts with the service from there, it took at least 10 minutes to take our drink order and just to take our order sheets. The food was pretty good, however, it took forever for each portion to come out. We were there for two long hours, which should have been no more than an hour. Everything was pretty much (or could have been pre prepared) Avocado Toast, Salmon Plate, waffles, Shrimp Cocktail & Crab Legs. A group of four came in after us, was there for about an hour then was told they weren't able to serve them the brunch (I didn't get to hear the reason). Anyone that knows me knows that I love all things Champagne and Prosecco so it was only right that I try out this new champagne and cocktail bar in Hyde Park. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly host and escorted to my table.On my way there I couldn't help but notice the bubble light fixtures that went beautifully with the teal velvet curtains. You have to see them in person to understand. My waiter Rod came over and introduced himself and asked if I wanted to start with any drinks and I started with the Pop-star Martini that they pair with a champagne sidecar. Before he walked away,I mentioned to him that I was a member of Offline and he said great but then it was another 15-20 mins before I saw him or my drink. Once I received my drink, I was instantly in love! Which made me want to order another one. I then ordered the Five Spice Carpaccio as my appetizer and the carpaccio was so fresh and perfectly paired with an arugula salad. Carpaccio is becoming one of my favorite things to order when I'm out to eat. For my entree I had the Truffle Steak Melt that is cooked and served at Medium temperature. The sandwich was good but I think it would be better with a nice kale or arugula on it to go with the caramelized onions. Marvin and Lexi who were also a waiter and waitress that evening were so nice and friendly with me. We chatted majority of the evening about a few different things and Marvin even brought me over a piece of the Caviar Sandwich to try. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the ambiance of Bouzy but to me, my waiters mood quickly changed after I mentioned I was an Offline Member. I barely saw him during my entire restaurant experience and 18% Gratuity was included that he didn't mention anything about. I'm not sure if he has had an unpleasant experience with other Offline Members in the past that caused him to disappear when I was there but I did my best to let it not mess up my night. Overall a mixed review on the food, but perfect if you're going for the champagne or wine selection. -Cheese plate with candied pecans, fruit compote, and a nice selection of cheeses -Tuna Millefeuille, which I think we all agreed was the best dish of the night. Nice combination of flavors and textures, with creamy avocado puree, spicy wasabi miso, crunchy baguette crackers, and fatty tuna -Snapper crudo, light and refreshing  -Foie gras torchon - Tasty, but really needed some brioche slices or lavish or something to serve it on. Also, I might have somehow missed it, but I think they forgot to add the vin santo gelee listed on the menu? I've never had bao buns before so I wasn't entirely sure what to expect, but I had seen the photo's everywhere so knew I needed to try. The Lobster Bao Buns were nicely put together and had a lot of tasty lobster inside. I did also decide to order the wedge salad. The blue cheese was extremely overpowering. I like blue cheese but this was entirely too much. I had made reservations for myself and a friend but unfortunately my friend could not make it. They were understanding, I was sat quickly, and everything came out quickly as well. I enjoyed the music that was playing and I think overall it has a good happy hour vibe. My friend and I went here for drinks and an app before dinner - we were very excited to try it out. I've been seeing a ton about this place on social media and my friend heard great things too. We were both disappointed. Our carpaccio was bland and the crostinis were too small to build a good bite. We ordered cocktails and were served wine. We were confused and thought the waiter was mixing the drinks at our table. Mine was supposed to come with a "sidecar" of champagne so I thought they have brought that out first. It's champagne bar, so we both thought that maybe it was an interpretation of a cocktail, especially we comfirmed with our waiter that our drinks were correct. Others seated around us all had normal looking cocktails which cemented the fact that our orders were incorrect. My friend ordered a second cocktail and again was brought wine. We were charged for our cocktails and the second drink she ordered was a less expensive wine so she thought "whatever." Service was slow and it was hot outside, so we decided to just pay and leave. I don't know if it was just our server, but he seemed out of it and like he didn't know the menu at all. The ambiance in the restaurant is beautiful and on brand with the other Cru Cellars concepts with the gold finishes and the beautiful bubble chandeliers. We stopped in for lunch for some bubbly cocktails and lunch. We started out with a fresh, crisp Bisol Jeio Prosecco and the Sex in Jalisco which is a pleasant mix of a margarita and rosé. We order a few items from the lunch menu to share- the shrimp cocktail, carpaccio, lobster bao buns and the caviar sandwich. The shrimp cocktail was pretty good, the cocktail sauce was more flavorful than your usual. The carpaccio was okay/meh but I didnt taste any of the flavors mentioned on the menu- the smoked beef fat and harissa aioli on the carpaccio or the truffle oil dressing on the argula salad. The dish was pretty forgettable. The lobster bao buns were good with a very light, fresh flavor. The caviar sandwich was the dish I was looking forward to but was disappointed- the sandwich was way smaller than the what others have posted and the filling was lacking. It was okay but nothing I'm dying to have again based off that experience. We were the first table in there and three other people came during our visit but the server/bartender was not that engaging to enhance the service experience so it was nothing special. I tried to order the Blanc à Rose I was informed that the main ingredient, Empress Gin, wasn't available. My annoyance came when the bartender tried to suggest other spirits as substitutes that taste completely different and saying they were just like Empress.
