This place has the most disorganized service department. We have had several issues with them but this one was the last straw. I own a hvac service company and we had an emergency with one of our vans having a failing battery. I called to inquire about getting in ASAP. The gentleman on the phone said we can get you in tomorrow morning at 7am. GREAT. I let him know this is one of our tech vans and we are slammed right now due to several days of 80+ weather, and my tech has appts starting at 10am. He said not a problem, I will let the advisor know. The appt should take about an hour or so. Jump to this morning. My tech arrives at 7am. They take the van. TWO HOURS LATER, my tech is still waiting. I tell him go ask and see what's going on. He asks, they say oh you're still here, we thought this was just a drop off. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? We have not looking at the van yet cuz we want to test the battery. OMG!!!! I asked for you to replace it. We already tested it!!! So my tech needs to get on the road so they send the porter out to get the van 20 mins later the porter comes back. "The van won't start" NO REALLY????? The battery is dead that you were suppose to replace!! I will never return to this dealership. And I can't recommend their service department . very disappointing experience. read more

What an exceptionally unethical car dealer. Seniors should especially beware. They have taken advantage of me and my mom in numerous ways since I began negotiating the purchase of a used car for her. This includes false advertisement of a warranty, having us sign for one price then presenting us with a higher one, telling us we had to sign credit inquiries although we were paying cash, delaying a refund, and now, most unbelievably, refusing to provide the keys for a vehicle that my mom paid for and now legally owns. When I called out the salesperson about these practices, he literally said, "I don't agree with what they do either, but it's not my decision." To try to resolve this matter, I have had to file a complaint with the state attorney general consumer protection bureau to intervene. read more

Don't waste your time!! Worst ford dealership I've ever been to! As soon as I walked in it got quiet and the vibe shifted to tense. The previous Ford dealer I bought from in California was very professional and courteous and was glad for my business but not this one. My wife overheard some of the employees talking VERY unprofessional and bad about us it hurt her feelings. What they offered me for my trade was so bad it was laughable and clearly out of Jealousy. These guys will literally be so jealous of you if you're around the same age and drive a better vehicle than them personally! I dealt with Jason mostly and he was much worse than the last professional I dealt with at ford it was very disappointing. The other employees kept getting in his ear whenever we weren't around trying to influence his sale with us. Jason took my wife's drivers license, forgot to give it back, then lied pretending that she dropped it while she was there. Jason and not all, but some of these employees have some deep personal issues they need to work on if they're going to continue to work there. Don't recommend Bowen scarff Ford, there are plenty of other ford dealerships that can and WILL offer you a better deal and treat you with the respect you deserve. read more

I made the mistake of starting my search at another dealership that had more inventory. I will never do business with them again. Carmen or what ever the finance guys name is that works there on the weekend was so rude and for us tanked a deal on a ev mustang. He gave us the first bid that was almost laughable as he wanted to give us a low ball on trade in. ( the Lexus in perfect shape and let's just say credit score very high) we told him no and instead of the dog and poney show of him going back and coming back with a real offer the guy told us to give him a number so we did the same thing and gave him a silly response. His reply "so you guys dont want this car huh" I then asked him how much it was to maintain and service the car over next 3 years. His reply was i dont know do I look like a service person? Then said you can ask them on Monday. ( little did the guy know before his argent and snotty reply one of the reasons we looking at trading it was the service price for the lexus) then he demanded for us to give him a number . We told him no come back with a better offer. His reply was ok guess we dont have a deal got up and walked away. We will still get the car just not from that location. I went to Bowen Scarff Ford knowing I wanted to buy a particular Wildtrack Bronco. While examining the car I noticed a scratch on the interior in the front, I asked Sawyer if I could examine the rear seats and trunk to make sure there wasn't any other damage. the Bronco had about 100 lbs of accessories in the back. To my surprise Sawyer and RJ pulled out the accessories for me. Afterwards, I asked if I could test drive it. The car was in the showroom so they had to move things around to get it out. I was impressed. Here they were not knowing if i would purchase the car, but they went out of their way to help me. I purchased it on the spot. The whole buying process was a breeze.
