It's the best Korean spot off windy hill in Smyrna! Must try, affordable and deliciously homemade. You can taste that a Korean mom made these sides and marination. Some people only had premade, prepackaged kimchi and never know it but if you've had authentic, you'll know the difference. The place delivered exceptional grade meals and sides. Love it

Beef Bulgogi extra beef with rice Japche with the beef bulgogi on top Fries!

We had such a great experience here! Andy, the owner, was amazing and took great care of us. We ended up chatting with him the whole time, which made it feel really welcoming and personal. We ordered the beef bulgogi with extra beef, japchae, and fries. I added our extra beef on top of my noodles while my boyfriend had his with rice, and everything was delicious. The fries were perfectly crisp, and the house sauce for the fries were a 10/10. I loved the touch of herbs on top of the fries. One thing we really liked is that they specialize in boxes instead of bowls, so everything is packaged separately. It keeps the textures and flavors exactly how they should be! They've only been open for three months, so definitely go support them. We'll definitely be back soon!

    Spicy Chicken

Best thing to hit the scene recently. It's on the healthier side. Not too expensive. Food is bold with flavor. The chicken spicy is not that spicy but it's on the sweeter side and is really good. I've already been back 3 times.

We got seated right away on a Friday night around the large conveyor belt of sushi and sides. We totally missed that there was a QR code on the table to place orders there so we otherwise ordered with our waitress and grabbed what we could off of the belt. Unfortunately, it would take some time to replenish the belt so we found ourselves asking the waitress for multiple dishes in the meantime. We ordered a variety of proteins but found the steak bulgolgi and signature steak to be the better choices. The others were a little bland or off putting. Almost everything burnt onto the grill right away but staff were on top of changing it out frequently. Overall, we had an okay experience. The staff was great but the quality of food could was middle tier. Atmosphere was otherwise chill but someone was definitely in their feelings because all they played was Rihanna, which I didn't mind.

They had a deal for $5 for 5 sides where you could get a whole trayful of tteokbokki and a good deal on their "Seoul bowl" which was a meat, 2 dumplings and a side. I understand that the economy has changed a lot in the recent years so they could not maintain their prices. However, I found that the quality of food was also declining while prices continued to rise. This last time I visited, I got the kimbap and bowl (pork bulgogi and japchae). This was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had. The kimball was falling apart, so much that it was difficult to eat. When you went to take a bite, all of the contents fell out. The bulgogi and dumplings were fine but the japchae was very bad. Like I said, I've been coming here for years and I have *never* seen the japchae look like this. It was dark and chewy like rubber. It was so bad that I couldn't even finish half of the side before I called it quits. I did reach out to the restaurant soon after and they were very apologetic and offered a refund. I am just disappointed that one of my favorite restaurants is changing so much. Additionally, they updated the menu recently and took off some items that I previously enjoyed (like the potato tornado). Most of all, I am disappointed in the tteokbokki deal. It is now $2.50 for 4 rice cakes (you can count them in the container). And I am also sad that the japchae wasn't good as this was my go-to place for Korean japchae cravings.

My broccoli was fridge cold, which is common in this establishments. They also have Gimbap, which I used to joke around are korean sushi rolls. The quality of the meat is decent, though not always as tender or flavorful as you'd expect from a traditional Korean BBQ spot. Some of the marinades are good, but others feel a bit bland or lacking in depth. The side dishes (banchan) are a nice touch, but they can be hit-or-miss in terms of freshness and flavor. Overall in all, KPop BBQ To Go is a solid option if you're craving Korean BBQ and need something quick.

It can be a bit of a tight squeeze in the vintage building. Price wise, everything on the menu is reasonable. Plus, kids eat free on Tuesdays with the purchase of an adult meal. While service can be inconsistent and parking can be difficult to find in peak times, here are some of the redeeming factors: - mini poke tacos: love these more than the variation Mac's carries on their menu. I will say they may use a hair too much aioli at times, but the marinated tuna is a win. - queso is always a win. Served with tortilla triangles and tortilla chips. - Shanghai shrimp salad with sriracha honey dressing is my go to lunch choice. - fried yuca as a side is the way to go! My favorite tacos: - gringo: perfect amount of sloppy and salty with the queso - pacific rim: ask for it in a lettuce wrap! - Korean fried cauliflower: sometimes served with a bit too much guac, but I love the rest of it! Agave marg is always a win. Made with fresh lime juice instead of sweet and sour mix.
