Atmosphere was nice and peaceful. Well until we got there, we started talking and laughing with the manager Stephanie. She helped make suggestions. Which were so good, definitely a good thing if not a frequent visitor. We ordered a combo or breakfast and lunch, which was great was not aware that was even an option. Food that we ordered was the new Wake Up BLT Egg Bagel Stacker along with a French Onion soup. Got the chips as the side and a tea to wash it down. My friend stated that was a great decision, would definitely get it again. My selection was a pick 2 with the new Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel Stacker along with 1/2 Caesar Salad also got the chips (so good, not too salty) washed it down with soda. (Definitely going to get again!) The amount of food was enough that needed to take half my Stacker home along with my salad. Might just me. However, the staff at the pick up counter was super nice providing me the necessary containers to carry my leftovers home. Stephanie the manager even came through the dining area to check on us to make sure everything was okay and that we were enjoying her recommendations. Talk about great customer service. I've been coming to this location before work for quite a time. Lately, in the last 2-3 weeks they haven't had any muffins and are lacking other breakfast eateries. I always get the same answer " they are baking " however it's 645am and it opened 15 minutes prior. Likely Dunkin Donuts will be where I go from now on. read more

I had been a member of their frequent diner, club, or whatever it's called now. This was before Covid. But the food started getting not so fresh and started shrinking in quality as their prices of the food started right rising. So I stopped going. I was starving and thought I would give it another try since it's so convenient to my home! Unfortunately everything has gotten worse! I ordered You pic Two :Chicken noodle soup and Asian sesame Salad with Chicken. Chicken noodle soup normally comes with a cup, which I can imagine how small that would be because the bowl measured out to about a half a cup. In other words not even a full container, It was not even a full bowl! I upgraded from a cup to a bowl, for a dollar. The Asian sesame salad was also a disappointment because the Amount of edible parts of the salad only mounted to a third of the container, the other part of salad, which was the white part of the other words, the core stem part of the lettuce took up 2/3 of the bowl, so this Asian sesame Salad with Chicken so this part of my meal was also a major disappointment! Also, even though it's called Asian sesame, salad,- there was no sesame seeds or sesame seed, taste in the salad dressing, the salad dressing was just a plain oil and vinegar. This is such a disappointment because it's on my way home at Wood. Been really great to have a good fresh meal with more quality food and at a value price. Will probably not ever return! read more

I went here to grab some breakfast and didn't have any issues. Upon arrival, I was able to walk in and order my food shortly after arrival. Once ordered, the cashier stated she would grab me my bagel and for me to wait there. After receiving my bagel, I went down the counter to pick up the BBQ chicken sandwich I ordered. I waited there a little bit time. Mainly the time it would take to make the sandwich. I received my food which was hot and tasty. I didn't eat inside but from what I saw it appeared to be a nice atmosphere. I wouldn't mind going back to work there one morning as I eat my breakfast. I will be back soon! read more

I have been eating at Panera for decades and it has declined drastically at every location over the years. But Today! Whew I couldn't have had better service and food. I haven't been to this location in maybe 6 years but I did remember they were better than most. And yes today they were amazing, because since the decline I haven't ate at any location in at least 2 years. The guys making my food were nice and made it beautifully. Decided to stop into this Panera bread for a quick bite and to catch up on some work. There was no acknowledgement as I entered the door. The employee looked at me and continued to proceed with her task. There was no "welcome to Panera Bread" or "how May I help you". I ordered the roasted Turkey BLT with avocado. The sandwich was so sloppy not sure who prepared it with tons of Mayo and a smashed avocado! The ends of the bread were so tough and hard that it was impossible to even enjoy my sandwich. The chocolate chip cookie was good no complaints on my dessert. I remember when Panera use to pick up your tray once you were finished eating. My tray sat for over an hour until I got up and threw it away. The employee came by several times but that was it. Panera Bread has healthy fast food choices. My lunch was tomato soup and greek salad with arugula, which was very tasty! My service was good here. Very reasonably priced too. It was a warm day, so sat outside.  Outside dining was far enough away from the expressway to be pleasant.  The inside (pictured) is one of the biggest PBs around. Nice interior too, but only went inside to pick up my order. This PB location is very close to I-285, so easy on/off the expressway. Parking lot is small but was not busy on a Sunday afternoon. Mentioned this before at PB, but is worth repeating. Order using the PB app. After arriving at the restaurant, open the PB app and use their new "dine in" feature when ordering.  Thus no contact with the servers here.  Also makes it more accurate. Did walk by the order takers up front and they were not so busy, so either way ordering would have been easy today. Definitely stop here for quick healthy food. read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent Panera lunch was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to share my experience. I ordered a Pick Two -- soup and salad -- with a side of chips. Because I was in a rush and had my hands full, I didn't check the contents of the bag before leaving. When I got home, I realized the chips were missing, even though they were clearly listed on the receipt. Unfortunately, the issues didn't end there. The caprese salad included a significant portion of spring mix that was past its prime -- not just wilted, but visibly spoiled. I tried to eat around it but eventually gave up. When I moved on to the French onion soup, I was shocked to find a hair just a couple spoonfuls in. At that point, the entire meal was inedible. Given that I paid over $14, this experience was not only disappointing but unacceptable. I hope this feedback prompts more attention to quality control and order accuracy moving forward. read more

This place has gone from bad to worse to even worse. Do not recommend ever. My second to last time I came in at 630 and they were out of my top 3 choices of soup. But that was a mild issue all things considered. The last time I came here, and hopefully my last time ever, they had some kind of meltdown smack dab in the middle of lunch rush hour. They flat out told the last group of folks that their orders would not be fulfilled and would be refunded. They did not make an announcement to the restaurant that there was an issue, so it was only as people started going up to the counter asking what was going on that they told people there was an issue, then they started making food in the order that people realized their food wasn't coming, which meant I ended up getting my food much later than expected, and spent more time trying to get my food than actually enjoying it. For what it's worth it was their pizza which was ok, but definitely not their forte. The place is also super busy during lunch, to the point where it can be hard to get a table for a larger group during peak. It's got a chaotic, messy feel, with napkins strewn about etc, which may just be caused by a lack of staff. read more

It's a little challenging to write this review, because I have mixed emotions about Panera Bread. My most recent visit was on a Sunday evening. I arrived around 4pm. The parking lot was fairly full, which I expected. I entered through the rear door and could see that the line to order was fairly long. I jumped in the line and decided to browse the menu to determine what I wanted. There were 3 registers open which helped move the line along quickly. The gentleman that assisted me was nice. He provided me with a tracker that would buzz once my order was ready. After placing my order it was tIme to find a place to sit. The tables at Panera Bread are on top of each other. I don't tHink it's a smart idea to have private conversations because yourr neighbors will know your business. In addition to the tables being close to one another, I landed at one that was clearly a safety hazard. The table was shakong and appeared to be ready to fall off at any moment. The staff did deliver my orders to me instead of me having to go to the counter and retrieve it. I did appreciate that great customer service. My meal was pretty good this time around. My rating is based on my overall experiences at Panera Bread. The tables are typically nasty, the bathroom not clean and the quality of the food is not consistent. We can tell she's avoiding eye to eye contact too. Perhaps because we're Hispanic and Asian looking. The cashier of the bakery didn't even say anything which is right next to the cashier of the food register. We're 3 feet away from her. We didn't bother her as she is at the bakery register. Finally, I called her attention and told we've been waiting there. And then she told us that we have to go in line for the bakeries. This store has been poorly manage actually for a few years now. Somebody wanted to get coffee as part of the monthly coffee subscription (currently $8.99/month). Was in the area and used the app to order ahead. Got here (after getting confused as to how to even get to the parking lot), and the coffee was already waiting in the pick up area. No need to get in line! Parking lot is kind of small, and not that easy to figure out how to get to it. Employees wear face masks; customers do not always wear masks. Signs on the floor instructed customers where to stand if they wait in line. Employee was nice; asked if I needed anything. Although dining area was open to customers, it didn't look like some tables close together would allow for social distancing, so took the coffee to-go! read more

Set up a small catering order to be delivered at 11am. This was a business lunch for a group of prospects who I had never met before. I called the store at 10:30 to confirm the order and received confirmation. The order never showed up. When I called to find out what was going on, no one would answer the phone. It was humiliating to say the least. My business prospects were gracious of course but it definitely put me in an awkward position. I went by the store afterwards. Where is the chicken, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, red bell peppers and edamame they claim it is made of? There's only some tiny bits and pieces of some of the ingredients in the one they served me. The picture in their menu (black bowl) shows a good-old soup bowl of around 20 ounces size filled to the brim. However, what they served in a white soup bowl was literally about 8 ounces which in of itself wasn't a good soup made to the recipe they advertise. What's the purpose of having curbside pickup if nobody is there to bring me my order? I choose curbside pickup because I choose to limit my contact with people. I used the app to order and pay and checked in when I arrived. After waiting 10 minutes past my pickup time, I try to call the location to ask about the delay. The phone just rang and rang. Another customer said they had the same issue and said it was because they were backed up inside and suggested I just go in and pick it up myself. This Panera has been super accomodating. I have gone there several times to purchase bread soup bowls for a dinner party and they've been happy to help. It takes a drive though because I've never gotten them to answer the phone. Location is conveniently just off the Interstate but it is tricky to find their entrance. Staff members were friendly and the store was fairly clean. The grilled cheese was a small piece of bread with cheese and two half pieces that were too large to fit on the bottom piece. Craziest grilled cheese I've ever seen, by far. Definitely looks nothing like those they advertise or any I have had in the past. The soup wasn't very hot either. 20 dollars isn't much to pay for two meals, but in this case it should have been cheaper. I walked over from my hotel and didn't notice the mishaps until I got back to my room. I won't return to this location. I don't dine in ever but usually order to go. Noticeably they ask to verify some people who pick up their online orders while not doing that for others. Today, I picked up my smoothie and while leaving noticed an employee apparently had been coming behind me and watched go in to my car. I found that unnerving because if your policy is to allow people to grab their food and go, you can't verify some while not doing that for others. I called to talk to the manager about what I experienced and he waved it off, was sarcastic and said " well did the employee get in your car with you?". I spoke with another customer who observed how dirty the place is as well. Will not be returning. I frequent Atlanta bread on S.
