I am finding out that if a technician has to come it's going to be $200 to come out to the house and if I get the warranty and pay $15 extra when I need a representative to come out or a tech that I will only have to pay $75 for the visit. My representative told me to call him if there is issues and I am finding out when I call him. He does not respond and I had to try to figure out who to call when my system that was just installed is not working right I am very unhappy with this service if I were you, I would go to another company don't sign with this one

Review long time coming…read more Installed a TV mount to my chimney fireplace and it's rock solid. Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.
