My wife and I came into this store on Sept 10 to browse and found many things we loved. We left with some Disney items which were reasonably priced and easily accessible. Great service, selection, and value here! Also, there are often sales and coupons that you can leverage for a better deal. Their clearance section also usually has some good deals/finds too. I've passed by boxlunch in person a handful of times, but never understood what they sold (based off their name alone). It wasn't until this past year I fell in love with their assortment of gifts, and became an avid shopper and fan of their collaborations and collections! My recent stop was prompted by picking up an online order. The story is organized by fandom/series, so if you're seeking a specific gift - it's incredibly easy to find, but there's so much it's hard to see everything unless you aren't on a strict schedule! I ended up ordering a Christmas gift that was going to cost nearly 30% the cost of the item in shipping alone, and I was lucky it was in stock here! Buying online and picking up in store was the best option because I saved so much, and I got to see items in person. The staff here was really nice and welcoming and helped me get my pick up order almost immediately. They put it in a nice boxlunch bag, which ended up being a great bag for wrapping too. The store has a nice atmosphere but it is on an opposite side of the mall where traffic is slower. This was a problem I faced since I searched up and down the mall for it - but overall, this wasn't a big issue! This shop feels like what Hot Topic is aiming for these days (selling Disney, Ghibli, Anime, Marvel, etc.) but Box Lunch has a lot of exclusive gear that can only be purchased there. And if you like anime, you'll love the assortment here and online! I've been such a huge fan of their stuff and it was nice to see the in person store lives up to the hype and the staff is nice and not intimidating. The person who gave me my bag even told me I made a great choice! It feels like the type of place where the associates have a personal bond and appreciation for the entertainment and products sold, which is a big plus compared to more general stores. I recently found out they open one in Great Mall. The staff here are nice and friendly. The store here is more roomy then the one in Oakridge Mall. They have pretty interesting stuff here too, like anime, cartoons, Disney and many more . I love how BoxLunch always have some sort of deal going on. This is my go-to BoxLunch. A slightly larger selection than others in the area. Price value is excellent! Exclusives that you may only find at BoxLunch, which always pulls me in with deals, drops and assortment. I was buying a gift this last visit and I shop online for what I like, if available in store I put it in my cart, pop into BoxLunch and grab it. Took my items to the register where the store manager was/lead. It was a short young lady with glasses I believe. I showed her the BoxLunch app because prices were different than in store. She said she couldn't price match because they're exclusive to online only. I still bought the items. (I know they price match because they've told me before they did but I had no time to argue.) So I went to Oakridge, just to see what else I could find. Just so happen the DM was there this day. I explained to her I had a question about price matching, showed her my phone, prices, the bag (in case I wanted to exchange/return). She was so nice and friendly. I think her name was April or Chloe. Not sure. Oakridge team was so great to help me out with savings! Walked out with another bag too. Great mall service is usually great. But that last experience with that manager kind of pulled me away. She didn't even try to research. read more

I'm new to Boxlunch after a following of the Loungefly bags with my cousins. They told me about this store, and said that I have one in my area. This location just opened in October, and is doing well! I ordered online with free pickup in store but it is not ready yet. There is a lot more selection online! However, the store has a lot of unique pop culture products - toys, clothing for the whole family, books, etc. It's a great place to pick up gifts, and they had a clearance sale going on. They have funkos and even character slow cookers, Disney characters, Star Wars, Marvel to Friends themed products. I believed the company is owned by Hot Topic. They had a Baby Yoda Tee! Lots of Tee shirts! One of the workers was telling me it is a good size compared to the neighboring locations. If you're looking for the store, it is going to be close to where the Starbucks is. Sorry, I don't know what mall entrance. All the workers were very friendly, helpful, informative, and pleasant! Thanks for letting me leave a show flier at the front supporting youth performing arts! Best of all, you get Boxlunch $ which is a coupon for your next purchase! (Though, I don't know the requirements on how to get the box lunch $ - if it is with every purchase or if there is a minimum $ amount to spend.)Will be back - at least to pick up my order! read more

Can't even begin to say how friendly the staff is at this store, especially Rene! He is always asking if I need help with anything and is always so polite to everyone. So I didn't want to write this review but after sitting on the thought for a while it's about time. A few days ago I went to Boxlunch to see if they had any Spider-Man miles morales merch, and I was in luck! I grabbed what I liked and headed to checkout, the cashier was talking to her manager who I think was named Mark and they were talking about inappropriate topics. I checked out and tried to make friendly conversation because the cashier was like "Omg I just saw the movie and it was amazing" and we talked about the movie for a quick 30 seconds while the manager was standing there. I checked out and as I was walking away I heard Mark mumble to the cashier, "that dude is a F*ggot", a slur used against lgbtq individuals, and I was honestly shocked because I did nothing to provoke the man. I didn't wanna cause a scene so I walked away but I was really hurt. Honestly Boxlunch, do better, Mark If you see this, do better. read more
