It provides great service, quality food, catering events, and a quiet dining experience, inside or outside! This casual dining resembles a country kitchen when stepping in. It's very quiet in the early morning, giving way for surfing the net with your phone carrier's WiFi, reading, and a new and fascinating hobby, YELPING!! I've watched this bakery evolve since 2020 transiting from Bradley Smith and his wife to longtime Chef Alex, the true backbone of its success. They are specialists in dessert, Bradley's Desserts! The name speaks for itself, but, there is more to come, like breakfast items, lunch item, various loaves of bread. I've had so many different items here, like the Spanakopita, Ham, cheddar, onion wrap or the spinach, red pepper, monster wrap, quiche, frittata, all sorts of muffins and cookies. I love how they cater to kids by offering mini muffins or I like to call them baby muffins. I've even purchased a cake on occasion. Bradley's Desserts and breakfast goes great together. If you are in the Larchmont area, Bradley's Desserts is your early morning stop and the coffee is a must. Today I had the mini spanakopita and mini blue berry banana muffin and coffee. Very small cafe. It's pricey, but what do you expect in Larchmont...other than that food was good. I enjoyed a nice omelet and then tried their banana bread. It's small so it cannot accommodate a large group. I would say they only have 2 tables large enough to accommodate a party of 3. Otherwise parties of 2 or solo date is best for this place. I did bring my baby with me, but no stroller. Also since the weather is nicer they do have some outdoor seating! I would definitely come again. read more

First time ordering a cake from Bradley's, and I needed a quick birthday cake for my son. They made it happen in just 15 minutes! The ladies at the front were super nice, and the birthday inscription was beautifully done. Plus, the price was very reasonable. But the real surprise? The taste! The moment we took a bite, you could see it on everyone's face--pure delight! Fresh, creamy, not too sweet, and the raspberry flavor was incredibly fresh and vibrant. Everything a cake should be! I was actually in the area to have Lunch a few doors down- but Bradley's called my attention from the outside instead. Bradley's is damn cute with window seating and other tables throughout. Love the shade of Blue these folks used on their walls, the accessories around and that enormous mirror! Eye candy! Honestly, I liked the funky mix- plus their French Bistro chairs making the whole look pop. Pull up to the counter and you'll find all sorts of Pastries, Brownies and Cookies. Grab a menu from the basket on right side of their counter, place your order and meal is brought over. Despite Bradley's negative reviews, service was outstanding!!! But my Mushroom and Spinach Quiche- left much to be desired. Although it was a very nice portion, it was served solo and sadly, it was wayyy eggy and overpowered the bit of Cheese or Creaminess in it. My Hot Cocoa? A lovely cafe with an assortment of pastries (both savory and sweet) and dessert! Good all-round stop for a nice lunch, a little "me-time" with a book, or a post-dinner dessert stop. I have a love for cafes with extensive variety and Bradley's is exactly that. My cousins and I came in to pick up some pastries for an afternoon snack (we're on a health grind, clearly) so I didn't try any of their lunch items but looks like a good array of soups, sandwiches, salads, etc. Their pastry display is big and has lots of diversity! Some savory options like quiches, spanakopita, omlette muffins (interesting concept), and then a whole bunch of sweets covering cakes, pies, maca-roons & rons, cookies, etc. We ordered 2 spanakopita, 1 slice of quiche, and a slice of pie which all came to about $22. A bit pricey for the sizes which is the main reason for the 3 stars rather than 4. The quiche slice could have been bigger but was quite tasty and creamy. Spanakopita which is a Greek spinach and feta pastry was tasty but nothing to write home about. The key lime pie! Incredible. Just tart enough, not too sweet, and the cream was oh-so-fresh. Bradley's is located within the "downtown" are so street parking is your best bet here! Overall, the prices are alright but the ambience and choice of selection takes the cake on this one. I am not one to normally write reviews, I feel obligated to share my experience. I have food allergies and expressed as such to the girls working the counter when ordering for my wife and I. They gave me blank stares despite the sign posted behind them that asks you to share your allergies. Still, the items we ordered did not have my allergens listed on the ingredients (they were sandwiches and I have treenut allergies). I had a reaction, fortunately a mild one because I know my body and when it doesn't like something I stop eating it. Bradley and Barbara run the place with style, attention, grace and courtesy with a well trained staff of veterans. The coffee is great but it's the muffins, pastries, quiche and sandwiches that people coming regularly for many years. After reading some of the odd negative review it begs the question if some folks are just born malcontents? Really? If this place is too pricey for you, LARCHMONT lacks enough charm, or the line is too long maybe you should just head to the many, many fine nearby Dunkin Donuts. To each their own. Not only do the employees want to make each other fat, but after women return from maternity leave, they bring in a dessert. I think the two are connected. Perhaps they want to fatten us up so they do not feel as pressured to lose the baby weight. Generally, don't you serve desserts as the knocked up coworker is leaving? Either way, one such woman entered the office today with an unidentified dessert. She waved it in front of my face, and placed it on the conference table. I probably waited five minutes to nonchalantly stroll over and cut a piece. Unidentified quickly became a sweet and decadent pear dessert, with heavy marzipan notes, and a marvelous texture. Quaint but some snafus. Came here to do some work and unfortunately there was no wifi. Got a late breakfast, and it was a little annoying that prices weren't clearly listed. I was gratified to hear in response to my request for yogurt with fruit that the lady working would "make anything work" for me. She asked me if I'd like some granola on it, and I thought, sure, why not. Well, I'll tell you why not. She crumbled some granola on top and then charged me $9 for a bowl of greek yogurt, honey, and fruit. When I handed her a credit card, she mentioned that it was a $10 min for a credit card (to keep in mind for the future), which I wouldn't mind, but really, a sign would have sufficed! Granted, it *was* delicious. the fruit was really great and I loved the greek yogurt. But the granola on top was not worth the additional, what, $4? Really? Whatever. Anyway, very cute establishment, no wifi, and yummy but overpriced food. Kind of crowded too. I think it would be a 3.5, like, it's good, but I'm not a super fan, and maybe I would have bumped it to a 4 if prices were clearer and the server wasn't so hot and cold and IF THERE WERE SIGNS explaining things like.. prices and credit card policy. read more

Their baked goods are fine; nothing to swoon over. I think they look better than they taste. My big issue with Bradley's is that they have routinely messed up orders -- they get inscriptions wrong, or fail to do them at all, or they put something chocolate on the cake when they are explicitly told not to. We have started using Provisions in Pelham instead. The cakes are better, the communication is better, and they get the orders right. Would have given Bradley's 2.5 stars if the system allowed it. read more

I gave Bradley's 5 stars because it was just the thing I was looking for: An adorable, suburb, local coffee shop, perfect for enjoying any morning or weekend afternoon. Its the perfect place to go on Saturday morning to just soak up the sun, get a feel for suburb life and relax. The coffee is good, albeit self serve. I'm not sure why Bradley's is getting negative reviews. The staff is very accommodating and the desserts are amazing. I went in last week, asked for a banana chocolate chip loaf and the counter girl told me it was not available as they are selling seasonal flavored loafs. However, she quickly stated she could ask the baker if he could make one for me. He told me he could have one ready in a few hours. I asked if they could make one for the following morning to be picked up and they had it ready and waiting for me. My co-workers raved about how delicious it was. LOVE LOVE THEIR COFFEE and the owners are so nice. They always make it a point to come around and check on the customers and see how the place is running. I had just found out that they do wedding cakes too and they do a lot of special occasion cakes. Small cinnamon rolls. $1.75. A great tasty joy packed in a 2.5-inch swirl! The dough is crusty on the outside and chewy but fluffy on the inside; it is slightly sweet and very light. This place is known for delicious & health conscious goodies. Cinnamon and brown sugar bring the layers together and add to the flavor. Hot black coffee or straight tea would do. Cinnamon disinfects your throat to help you ward off cold. Tastes good and is great for your health! I previously had some breads (paleo and banana), muffins, and omelets. They are all great and the place is packed on weekends (and weekdays) with locals for good reasons! read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Talk about customer service. This was my first time to Bradleys. We are new to the area and always looking for delicious treats. Not knowing what to purchase, I decided to purchase a blueberry / pecan loaf. After having all the choices rattled off to me faster than the Daytona 500. As I was paying, a fresh tray was brought out. I asked if I could get one of those, unwrapped, in a box. To my surprise "No" was the answer. At first I was told that they were all made at the same time. I said that I liked the fluffiness of the unplastic wrapped packaged one. The service has just plummeted - I cannot stand going there anymore even though I used to get a fresh squeezed orange juice -- best ever -- several times a week. They don't listen to you (I swear, I only ordered ONE orange juice, like I do every time I'm in here!), they can't count change, and they don't wash their hands between tasks like, oh, sweeping the floor (and thanks for making me stand there and wait while you finished) and handling peeled oranges. I want to give Bradley's more stars, but each time I go there I end up disappointed. One redeeming factor is that their coffee and pastries are good. Unfortunately, they are not the best I've had, either. And the one time I got a sandwich, I was VERY disappointed... to the point that I couldn't even finish the thing. Overall though, Bradley's is not worth the trip. The place is small to a point that it's uncomfortable. I always feel like I'm in the way or constantly being jostled just to get something to go. Plus, it doesn't help that after 8:45am the place becomes Mommy and Me Stroller Central where the under 3 year old Larchmonster set in their double wide strollers are accompanied by their tennis-white laden mommies taking up most of the room and airspace. It can definitely make for a chaotic and overwhelming experience. I'll prefer to get my morning coffee elsewhere in town that offers a little more breathing room and a much calmer atmosphere. read more
