I really hadn't tried Bard's before, but kept passing it on the way to and from work, so one day, I decided to give it a shot, and what a pleasant surprise it was! Firstly, everyone is very polite and friendly! I ordered a small pizza with eggplant and anchovies (don't judge) and an order of medium hot buffalo wings. Both were delicious - I'm hooked already! I think their food was OK. I ordered a 12 cut sausage mushroom on one side, pepperoni on the other with extra cheese of course. The pizza was good. I don't think it was a knockout as far as the best pizza I've ever tasted. I like Bella Mae around the corner, a little bit better and taster. Customer service just ok. read more

Great thin crust on the pizza- well balance- grabbed a slice and added our toppings. Friendly young owner- support localthey make their own bread and have a large menu and deliver. They are hoping to obtain a liquor license as they have a bar on premises. Atmosphere is very causal and needs a little uplift but they are growing. read more

I drove from Hancock, Ma to try Brads Pizza and I have to say, it was worth the 35 minute ride. It is delicious.

Brad's Pizza is a local West Sand Lake pizzeria that has changed names over the past few years. I believe it was called AJ's before Brad's. I've had the pizza here in the past and found it to be quite tasty. I grew up in Brooklyn and feel like there is a flavor of New York City Pizza especially Brooklyn pizza that is very hard to find in the upstate NY area. Brads pizza slices satisfy that flavor I am searching for because even though it is not an exact replica of that pizza from my youth, the similarities for me are there and I'm a huge fan. Hopefully they don't change their recipe. We also tried their garbage bread last night which we got stuffed with sausage, meatballs and mozzarella cheese. We ordered the small, I think it was around $13 and it was a good amount of food for the price. We would certainly order that again, really tasty stuffed bread! read more

Put an order in and they took it and said it would be 40 minutes. Went there after 40 minutes and they said my order wasn't ready yet. I waited 15 minutes and they said my order still wasn't ready. I asked them to check when it would be ready. 5 minutes later they said they they forgot to move the freaking order ticket 10 feet from the phone area to the oven, and it would take another 35 minutes! No apologies from any of the FIVE workers there. I refused to pay and walked out. They were actually unhappy with ME! And no, it wasn't busy. Two pies on the oven, a third pie in the oven. Place has really gone to hell - it was great as AJ's until this jackwagon bought it. read more

I asked for red onion on pizza, they stated they usually use white. They put red onion on my pizza!!!!! I think the pizza was excellent. Wonder if some reviews are due to time of order and pick up. I will absolutely order agian. read more

Pizza is always so good and some of the best wings and ranch. Get the Buffalo garlic parm wings. And garlic knots.

I ordered a 24 cut pepperoni, mushroom onion. Also Antipasto. I never do reviews but I'm telling you this guy is putting in the work! Pizza was perfect. Antipasto was freshest I've had anywhere. These guys make a better than average pizza. Their crust is maybe a bit thick for my taste, but has flavor. We're fairly classic pizza consumers, tending toward meats and mushrooms, so I'm the wrong guy to ask about tofu or pineapple or stuff like that. But our old-school traditional pies have consistently been pretty good. The sauce is tasty and properly seasoned. There's usually a good amount of quality toppings, e.g. mushrooms that don't seem to have been dumped out of a can. We typically get a large pie and haven't tried other menu items, so I can't comment on those. But this is a good, solid, neighborhood pizza place, and I'm happy they're here. read more

BRads is doing pizza right! I'm from downstate and a sauce snob, and this is easily the best pizza in the Capital Region!

Ordered a large mushroom, pepper and sausage pizza. They double checked the ingredients over the phone, but still got it wrong with onions instead of mushrooms. Pizza sauce was skimpy and tasteless. Pizza was ready 20 min later than the 35 min they told us over the phone. read more

Pizza was good ! Weird they put grilled chicken on a Buffalo chicken pizza but otherwise it was pretty yum. Jalapeño poppers clearly just frozen and reheated. Wings were good, tho! read more

Took advantage of their Sunday special of two garbage breads for $25. When we got home and took a bite we realized the dough was still raw on the bottom. Gross... had to finish baking them in our oven. read more
