On Friday I experienced one of the best boba drinks I've had of 2024, the customer service is top tier, and this young short woman with eyelashes and tattoos was very helpful in describing each item and recommending which drinks I should try, I ended up getting a green honey milk tea with lychee jelly 50% sweetness and less ice. My job was to finish the pretzels and my wife's job was to get some drinks. This place has a long line. I supposed that is expected being the store is in a mall. The drink is very sweet. I've tried Braganza at other locations, and I've always liked it. I always wished they had more flavors to choose from for the iced teas, because those are the only ones I drink. At this location, I've tried the Peach Matcha Iced Tea and the Passionfruit Matcha Iced Tea. Each time, I asked for "Middle Sweetness" or half the sweetness. Once, the worker told me that would mean less of the fruit flavoring in the tea, which then would mean less flavor. I said that would be fine, since I already knew how that worked, and I like it better that way since I don't like it too sweet. But I thought it still had good flavor with only half the sweetness. It looks this might be the only location that adjusts your sugar level for you, well, I haven't been to the other locations (Alderwood Mall, Northgate Mall, Capital Mall, and Lloyd's Center in Portland) recently, so they could have changed. The iced teas are $3.75, and a topping is included, which is a good deal compared to the other bubble tea places around the area. The teas are simple, yet still tasty. The staff members are all friendly. The one thing that can make this place better is a punch card :) read more

Ehh.. its alright.. nothing amazing, can't really taste the tea flavor, its kind of watered down, like milk and ice and sugar and disappointment. I got the basic original with no boba; the location is great as there is a lot of foot traffic, but if you can't make the basic original milk tea taste good, there really is no point in trying the others. It was my first time here and i wanted to try something out of my comfort zone of milk teas. Clydie was the upmost friendliest and helpful worker I've ever met! I've never received such great customer service. She was very patient with all the questions i asked and clearly knew her bubble tea (she was able to describe what each tasted like). I'm obsessed with their ice peach black tea! I 10/10 recommend. And i love how their tapioca doesn't clump up together like other boba places. There are some great options for Bubble Tea here in the Seattle area, and I can say with certainty that this is one place that I cannot recommend. In my experience, the teas should be creamy with a full, rich flavor. After purchasing both the Jasmine and the Milk Tea, I can say, with conviction, that this does not meet the standard that I have become accustomed to. Both had a weak, watered down flavor with acceptable tapioca. I am sorry to say this, but there are other, better options at the Westfield Mall, and I will not continue as a patron here. read more

Actually a decent milk tea spot in the mall! Menu is on the smaller side which I don't mind. I ordered a jasmine, black and taro milk tea all less sweet with less ice. Boba was nice and chewy - it did taste fresh. If I remember correctly they make fresh boba every 4 hours. Drinks I could probably get with half sugar and be most as good. Yesss, I've been waiting for this location to open! When I'm at the Northgate or Alderwood mall, I always get Braganza -- so I'm super happy one finally opened closer to where I live. I got the matcha milk tea with boba. The matcha flavor is pretty strong, which I like. It might be too bitter for people that aren't used to the flavor. Their boba isn't the best I've had, but definitely not the worst. Prices are good, and staff was friendly. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

I came to Braganza Tea because of the great reviews on Yelp. I was a bit skeptical because most boba places inside Southcenter (both past & present) just aren't very good. I ordered their Jasmine milk tea with boba (free topping). I was really hoping that I would get that full bodied tea taste, which is what makes bubble tea so delicious, but instead it was very watered down. The boba was a gummy consistency and wasn't soft enough for my liking; however, I do like that they make a fresh batch of boba every 4 hours. Pricing was normal $3-5 range depending on what you add to it. Overall, I probably won't come back here to try different flavors. In my opinion, it wasn't very good. read more

The first time I tried their smooth tea was pretty good. The consistency of the ice was perfect and the taste was not too sweet. Just the way I like it. However, I'm giving this place 4 stars because the last time I had it was a bit more watery but the taste was still really good. The pricing/value is pretty good too. This place DONT MISS! Braganza has some SOLID boba tea. Something I can always trust is their reliability with food quality. A common issue I have at boba places is that I get a milk tea and it just tastes sour and off, but not here! It's always fresh and delicious, even when their busy! And if you don't like boba, I really recommend their fruity beverage options. I know, i know, don't make fun of me for not buying boba tea at a boba spot,, but why would they put it on the menu in the first place if they don't want people to try it! Sometimes I don't know what to order and every time they whip me up a recommendation, it slaps! I particularly remember a batista named Libby, I've gotten served by her multiple times and sincerely appreciate her patience with my indeciveness , and her above and beyond service. Speaking of service, everyone at this joint in general seems to be happy, which unfortunately isn't the case at every cafe. Sometimes I'm scared of the batistas because they roll their eyes at me for asking too many questions. Not here! They are legitimately nice people.
