They also claimed the system was flushed, which raises concerns about why it failed again so quickly. On top of that, my vehicle developed a coolant leak immediately after their service that was not there before. When I asked about it, they said they "didn't know what to tell me." Overall, this feels like an incomplete diagnosis and poor accountability. I recommend getting a second opinion before approving repairs here.

I chose them because they seemed nice, professional, and the timeline worked perfectly since I was leaving town for work. Instead, it took them 3 weeks to finish my car -- and when I finally got it back, the work was sloppy and incomplete. The passenger door now rattles like something inside is loose or broken, there's paint overspray on my windshield, and the door speaker no longer works. My husband and I tried several times to contact the owner, Lenny, who originally quoted us the 5-7 day timeframe, but he completely ignored our calls and texts. No response, no accountability. This shop clearly cuts corners and cares more about taking your money than doing quality work. They'll hand your car back unfinished and then avoid you when you call them out on it. Do not take your vehicle here. Unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth the headache.

She didn't have working AC, but after the exhaust modification done by B/M, it didn't matter, because the car sounded fantastic. Flash forward to 2026. I brought my 2021 Audi SQ5 in to have fake plastic exhaust tips replaced with a functional OEM look real stainless steel exhaust tips, several hours later, "viola" she now has beautiful functioning dual tips, for a third of the price of an aftermarket system, or and Audi factory option. The owners son took his time to insure the tips were assembled and pipe work was measured and aligned perfectly. If you need exhaust work done on any vehicle, in Killeen, IMO this is the correct and only place to go for satisfactory results!! (5 Stars always) See the before and after photos!!!

I paid $2,300 for an alternator and battery change on my Infiniti Q50 that took them two weeks to fix. When I finally picked up the car, I noticed immediately that it wasn't running right. I drove the car back immediately to the shop and pointed out that the car was handling roughly. The manager then proceeded to go into a number of explanations, which felt like problem deflection and an attempt to gaslight someone who's not as mechanically inclined as them. A week later, I had to put my car back in the shop when the check engine light came on and was informed that Elite Auto did not re-connect key hoses/connections for the turbocharger back to the engine. This resulted in further time and worry (on my part) and damage to the car. Since then, the manager of Elite Auto has been unresponsive to my calls or request for response. Had I known what I know now, I would have sucked it up and paid for another expensive tow to a more competent shop. I'd urge anyone thinking of taking their car to Elite Auto to think twice and go elsewhere.
