I noticed that there was a negative review regarding her services on here and I just couldn't believe it. It's ironic that the person posting did not include a picture of the supposed "botched" job, so I was more than happy to post my before and after pictures as proof of her amazing work! First, I'll review the salon. It is a huge open space with many stations, everything is so clean, and all the stylists I was able to speak with were so nice and welcoming. The bathrooms were clean, and I absolutely loved the glitter floors! Cristina offered me water, tea, or coffee while I waited for my hair to color which is always a nice gesture. Now on to Cristina. Not only is she gorgeous and sweet, she is amazing at cutting hair! I have curly hair, so I am VERY picky about who I go to and who cuts it. I cannot tell you the amount of times my hair has been cut too short because people simply don't understand how to cut curly hair. She gave me a quick consultation where we were able to talk about what I want from my hair and what is actually possible. We found a middle ground, and covered up my grey, then added a red tint during the washing process to achieve the look I wanted. She took the time to explain everything to me in detail so I knew exactly what she was doing and what the plan was. This honestly was the best hair cutting experience I've ever had and I could not believe how straight she was able to get my hair. After reading the owner's response, I found Mojgan's direct cellphone number ending in 8591 on a different business card and texted her directly. I carefully verified every digit before sending it, but I still received no response. My review has never been about whether I received highlights or a root touch-up. It has always been about my overall experience. I waited over 30 minutes despite living with chronic pain. Hair color was left on my forehead, and after my shampoo, I left with water still trapped in my ears because they were never dried. I requested a $90 credit because I did not feel the service reflected the quality I expected. What disappointed me most was not just that my request was denied, but that I felt my concerns were never genuinely acknowledged. I am simply sharing my honest experience so future customers can read both sides and make their own informed decision.
