I had the unfortunate event of getting stung by a bee on my ring finger while being 37 weeks pregnant. I waited for days, trying everything to get the swelling on my finger to go down and remove the rings but was unsuccessful. I called and spoke to Mike who told me to come on by at anytime and they would cut my rings for me. I showed up, the jeweler cut off my bands and then instructed me to come back after baby and after all the swelling. Friendly and trustworthy staff, is amazing and like no other. They fixed my mother's moms ring and her great grandmother's ring both of which were wedding rings and over 100 yes old. They took the time to teach me what to look for in the diamond and setting. I have purchased from Braidy Jewelers twice now. The first was a couple years ago to buy my husband a Tissot watch for our anniversary. Mike offered me the best price I was able to find anywhere and replaced the watch battery for free when it died the following year. The second time was to upgrade my wedding set. I had a 1ct Tiffany setting solitaire that I was looking to have re-set. Mike showed me the options and offered to customize something to suit my needs. I just picked it up today and I'm loving it! Came in to get my watch battery changed. It was 15 min before closing but Mike (owner) didn't hesitate to help me out. He got my watch battery replaced and all the while, I had a great conversation with him. Really nice. I stopped in to have my ring cut off. The owner was amazing! The ring took quite a bit of effort to get off, however the owner was very patient and was able to get it off. I asked him the cost and he said "zero".... he gave me info on how long it would take for the swelling to subside and when to come back to resize my ring. Went here to have my engagement ring cleaned - I am terrible about taking it off when working in the kitchen, etc! This jeweler's website claims they do jewelry cleaning, however, when I walked in and asked, the man working was very rude and dismissive. He asked "is it our merchandise?" When I told him no, I just need my ring cleaned - he stared at me a half beat, then said the jeweler was not in until next week. Basically turned his back and continued playing with the rings in the display case. Needless to say, I will not be returning next week when this mysterious jeweler is due to return.
