Service. Quality service. I've been sitting in front of the first garage door for 7 minutes and counting and have yet to be acknowledged. The one employee I see has made eye contact three times and he has yet to stop mopping, wrapping a cord on the wall, pulling upholstery from atop an Altima and pulling a trash can. After 9 minutes, the man who pulled up after me and walked around the bay decided to approach. He asked "Do you need help?" Why else would I pull up to an automotive repair place if I didn't need help? Because he was wearing street clothes and no name tag, I asked who he was. He identified himself as Adrian and said he was the manager. It gets worse....He then proceeds to say, "Everybody knows you park and walk into the office". I disagreed and he doubled down on his ignorance! "Yes, everyone does know!" Never again. They may be superstars in the brake industry but as for customer service? PISS POOR. Norco is not close to me but I refuse to let this location, these employees touch my car. Rude, unprofessional, and tacky about sums it up. Altima, etc...Terrible.

My tire when we got there and before the occurrence happened

I've never had worse customer service in my life. I would never have expected to be spoken to this way by someone at their place of work. I was on the freeway when we noticed my front right wheel had gone flat. We were lucky enough to be close to an exit, and we came by this place called Brake Masters. We parked in the parking lot and noticed the tire had lost even more air than when we noticed it on the side of the road. We waited in the office for a bit and decided to go outside to ask for help. We knew this place specializes in brakes however, the man in the office did explain that they were able to provide us service, saying they could replace it for 20 dollars. So we have a deal, and they take my keys and get straight to work. However, this was when things took a turn. A little later on another worker comes out and tells the man that was working on my truck to stop what he's doing and tells us that they don't do brakes. Now we understand this is a place that fixes and provides brakes. But we were told they could help with the tire, AND started to work on it. So here we are in the parking lot with a truck that was in the middle of being worked on, just abandoned. (Unacceptable already) So we try to figure out for ourselves how we are going to replace our tire because we have a spare. We tell the worker nicely that if you cannot help us, we are just going to figure it out here on the parking lot. Simple right? No. This is when that worker starts to get unprofessionally aggressive with us. He says we cannot work on the car in their parking lot and tells us to leave. (Mind you, no one else is here. This parking lot was empty, and we were not in the way of anyone). We then ask, "How are we going to move the truck? The tire is FLAT"? He then threatens to have our truck towed from their lot, and we tell him to just tow us then because we can't move the car. Then he starts to raise his voice and yells at us instead of trying to help. When we get back in the truck to drive to a different place, he takes a picture of my license plate and calls the police on us. We then ask if he needs us to stay for the police to get there, so they don't make a false claim about the situation. However, the man does not answer the question and just ignores us. Nobody else there tries to calm this man down or anything, they just go silent. I even asked one of the workers, "Can you help us out here"? He just shakes his head no, but you can tell he'd rather not step in. So we drove away, not knowing what they might have said to the police. They left my truck abandoned, which was super unprofessional. We had to drive to a place called Ramona Tires, which luckily was very close by. Ramona Tires was incredibly helpful. I would also like to include that because they made us drive away with a flat tire. My rim even got scratched from the floor because of the flat tire. I hope no one has to deal with the man that we had to deal with over at Brake Masters. I wish I had gotten his name so I could report him to his boss, because he was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

My son's vehicle had a check engine light on, and we were informed that the diagnostic fee would be…read more$137.00, which would be applied toward the repair order if repairs were approved. We agreed to proceed. However, compared to Walters Mercedes-Benz of Riverside, which frequently offers complimentary diagnostic coupons and service promotions, the overall value was not as attractive. I am not certain whether this shop uses genuine Mercedes-Benz OEM parts. In my opinion, aftermarket parts or parts represented as "OEM equivalent" do not match the quality and reliability of genuine Mercedes-Benz dealership parts. I recommend that customers verify exactly what parts are being installed and compare pricing with the dealership before authorizing repairs. The biggest issue that caused this shop to lose my business involved my son's vehicle being diagnosed by Jojo as having flood damage. We filed an insurance claim, and after speaking with the insurance adjuster, I learned that a request had been made for the insurance company to send payment directly to the shop. Because the vehicle was fully paid off, I expected any insurance payment arrangements to be discussed with me first. I was upset because I never authorized direct payment to the shop. After arranging for the insurance payment to be sent directly to me instead, I later contacted Anita regarding repairs to my vehicle. The repair quote I received was significantly higher than I expected, which caused me concern about the overall cost of the repairs. Another issue that negatively affected my experience was a comment Anita made to me: "You are lucky you got part of the adjuster money; you would have gotten NOTHING elsewhere lol." I found that statement unprofessional, inappropriate, and disrespectful. Overall, I strongly encourage customers to compare repair estimates directly with the dealership before authorizing work. In my experience, independent shops are not always less expensive than dealerships. While some shops advertise lower hourly labor rates, the final estimate may increase through additional labor hours or other charges. Customers should also consider transportation costs. Unlike Walters Mercedes-Benz, which provided transportation assistance and a loaner vehicle, Prestige Automotive did not offer me a ride, rideshare service, or a loaner vehicle. As a result, customers may need to pay for rental vehicles or arrange their own transportation, which can significantly increase the overall cost and inconvenience of the repair. You will end up paying more than a dealership for less quality than a dealership . Based on my experience, careful comparison shopping is essential before deciding where to service your vehicle.

In some ways, I feel like the quality of work was even better than what I've experienced at a Tesla service center. They fixed the AC blower motor on my 2017 Tesla Model S and it made a huge difference right away. Everything was done efficiently and professionally, and they kept me informed the entire time. I also really appreciated that they use OEM Tesla parts because it gave me peace of mind knowing the repair was done the right way. What I loved most was how transparent they are. They use a system that texts you updates and actually shows you the parts that need attention, so you can see exactly what's going on with your car. It made me feel comfortable and confident that they were being honest and not trying to get over on me. On top of that, they took the time to provide me with a maintenance plan so I can keep my car in the best shape possible. That meant a lot because it shows they really care about helping you take care of your vehicle long term. If you have a Tesla or hybrid, I definitely recommend going to King of Hybrid Auto Repair. I was at the Greek place on Merrill, and when I was in the drive-through, I saw the suspension place across the street, so I thought I'd step in for some quick questions. Everybody was super cool, and even though they were busy, the guy mentioned they'ld do a free front end diagnosis to determine my brake condition. He said sometimes that means you do need new rotors. They were pretty busy, but I only had to wait about 15 minutes until they got a bay open. Turns out it wasn't my brakes at all, I had a bad strut on one side. During the evaluation, they mentioned they are also specialists in Lexus rear airbag suspension. Luckily, my rear suspension was fine and I only had that single bad strut. I decided to get both taken care of as well as the alignment for the front and rear. They also gave me a 10% discount on the alignment work because I had a major repair. I took an Uber home, because they said they might not have the job completed the same day. But they got parts delivered early, and my car was done before 5:00. Excellent work, and I didn't feel like they were trying to misrepresent any aspect of the job. As a matter of fact, I asked about any more things I needed done, and they said I was pretty much solid. Excellent shop.
