When I dropped the block off, I was asked to leave it by the shop door. It sat in that exact spot for over two weeks before I finally received a quote, which I felt was unreasonably high for the work. I understand that shops have minimum charges, but waiting more than two weeks for a quote on a cam bearing replacement--only to receive a price that high--was frustrating. When I picked the block up, it had developed some surface rust because it hadn't been moved the entire time it was there. That said, the staff was friendly and professional throughout the process. Because of that, I'd be willing to give them another chance if I needed different work in the future. However, my first experience ended up being a frustrating waste of time.

I needed all new shocks/struts which they charged considerably more for parts than expected. I expect inflated prices, but a 4x mark up for parts and labor that was calculated as if they did not replace them with full quick assemblies, seems excessive. I contacted the shop asking which parts were used as the pricing reflected premium Monroe quick strut assemblies were used. No response. So I hit the road and and start my road trip. I make it two hours before I hear clunking noises. Again, I don't have time to wait for a non responsive business to let me know which shop I can go get inspected at. So I take it to an open shop and they advised my sway bars and links were compromised during the strut replacements. Amazing. So now I'm out another $600. I contacted OOROO about the situation and you guessed it, no response.

I went to Gruliches for some indicator lights on my 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ ( accident avoidance , and…read morelane change indicator, service suspension)and a check engine light, vehicle wasn't running rough or acting any different just wanted to get an idea of what was wrong... they charged me $215 dollars for a diagnostic to tell me that the reason my indicator lights were going off because his mechanic recently had his windshield replaced on his 2016 Chevy Tahoe and the calibration for the rear view camera was knocked out of calibration! That I need to take it to a collision center to get it recalibrated,I said well funny thing I've never replaced my windshield so..... then he said your check engine light is you catalytic converter that's bad, it's completely clogged! My truck has less than 100,000 miles never has ran roughly or misfires. And his quote for a New catalytic converter was $8000 because my truck is a "California Emissions vehicle ",l. I advised him I checked the code before dropping it off and told him it showed the Body control module ( which we could change but need a system reprogram after it's replaced and we don't have that capability)was faulty, and asked WHY he didn't see those codes on his reading. He said because the cat code is the most important and it's hiding the other codes to show the importance of the cat code, like WTF!!! I'm not some girl who doesn't know anything about vehicles I have very good knowledge about the mechanics of vehicles, I thought id give a 3rd chance because it's again "under new management " and they know the history of my vehicle but clearly they are out to scam customers with parts they don't need in hopes they will just pay it! Not recommending them and won't step foot in that business for my vehicles again! No integrity or reliability at this shop! I'm not even sure they called the warranty company like he said they did!

He said I was the first person in 5 years that had asked for prices to be matched from another nearby mechanic shop. He even said that the prices that they quoted me, that I should go to the other shop instead, was a $60 difference by the way. Was also told by Ken that I wasn't a good customer because I had only done one oil service with them in a year and a half. Will never give Crawford's my business and they're just another auto shop that's dishonest and takes advantage of their customers. Hard to find integrity these days!!

TKS didn't have allot of reviews but the star rating and comments led me to TKS. I suggested I had a transmission fluid leak. In quick order they determined it was an engine oil leak. They determined it was a leak around the oil filter. After an oil and filter change. I was out the door. Just a note they do pass along 3% credit card surcharge they are charged. To avoid this they will take your debit card without the surcharge. If you plan check or cash inquire with them before servicing is performed.
