The ambiance was ok, open seating, relaxed, and very clean. If you're passing through on a trip or long work day, I would recommend the sausage and beans with the spicy sauce. reason for the two stars is that I've had much better bbq, I need to see that the whole motorcycle gang is parked out front or else you have some work to do.

The owners are super nice and friendly. They shared that they have been in this location for two years. They also explained their process of BBQing and they are right on the money! I ordered the two meat platter, chopped brisket and pork ribs with mac-n-cheese and baked beans with meat. Everything has such flavor. Again, fatty brisket, we did sliced on the side, we actually got both jalepeno and cheese, as well as regular smoked sausage. The sweet tea was great, not too sweet, perfect for my tastes. They insisted on carrying the tray out for us. Epic- the brisket was tender, juicy and perfectly smoked. The bark was great, had a touch of spice on the back end. The sausage was perfect. Honestly, I never asked for Bbq sauce, never needed it. The owner came out later, struck up a conversation. Let us know future menu items of which I am looking forward to.
