I am very upset. Do not ever buy anything from BrandsMart! I bought a new home and got $5000 worth of appliances last March. We bought a washer/dryer combo. It stopped working 4 months ago! We have had them come 3 times to try and fix and they haven't been able to fix it. I have so many issues getting someone to come. 4 month really! I have been having to take my laundry to the laundry mat and pay for that. It's a fortune! I keep getting the run around about getting it fixed! They were giving me a new one because it couldn't be fixed, than it was they are picking it up to take to shop to fix. Still nothing! Please don't buy anything appliances from BrandsMart! Helpful staff but they take way too long to file claims. I needed to return a vaccum and they couldn't find a case number despite me having the receipt. However, they worked hard to get my issue resolved, but a vacuum replacement shouldn't take almost two hours. read more

Don't buy an important appliance that might need service and installation from BrandsMart. There install service is terrible, they installed a washer dryer stack and left without turning on the water., they had to come back check the unit over a week later. They found they had not turned the water on and did that and left. I bought the recommended dryer hose as recommended but they did not change it. The dryer is not working correctly so after a runaround with BrandsMart customer service a rude young tech arrived walked in and looked at the machine and said I don't do this work the techs do it. Then he said I have to get a contacted! Bottom line is don't buy anything like a major appliance from BrandsMart they have zero customer service make mistakes and leave you hanging. There are fine companies to do business with for this type of product BrandsMart is not one of them! Buyer beware. read more

Customer service is an absolute disaster. I returned a TV and instead of refunding the rep charged me for the TV again. I went through a whole ordeal with customer service to try and get refunded. The store told me there's nothing they could do. I tried to go through customer service I could never get through. Tried to put in a dispute through the bank they told the bank the whole thing was a lie to cover for their rep. Save your money don't go there especially the one in Deerfield FL. read more

In my opinion, Anyone who decides to purchase anything from this store should be have their head examined and be in therapy. The only thing they do well is take your money. The delivery didn't include the parts I bought; the installation that I paid for didn't happen around the same time of the delivery, and trying to get someone to help you resolve your issue is more painful than a double root canal. The corporate headquarters of Brandsmart gave me the name of a General Manager that left almost 2 years ago, and the current manager, Patrick McClean (who promised to call me back personally) never did. I placed 17 (not an estimate, the actual number) of calls to the store for help, and even Marelus, who I am told is an alleged Manager, only has communication skills to talk over you, and not wait to listen to the issues. Although she was better than the younger rude obnoxious discourteous alleged Sales person before. They want you to repeat your information enough times to get you to stop calling. While the Sales people seem nice, they can do nothing to help with installation or delivery. Once you pay, YOU ARE SCREWED! I wait for the day when this place goes out of business. They totally deserve it. Being horrendous is one thing. The not returning phone calls. apathetic tone, getting disconnected, incompetent systems , poor installation or no installation is outrageous. Somewhere in this company, you would think someone cares. Not so far. They seem ill equipped to follow through or care in the least once they have your money. BRANDSMART IS A SCAM! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS OR EXTENDED WARRANTY! If you think you're purchasing 2 additional years of warranty service after the 1 year manufacturer warranty, you're wrong. I was told I was getting 3 full years of service. 1 year manufacturer warranty plus my 2 additional years I purchased separately. When I called to speak to someone about my warranty I specifically asked "does my extended warranty begin after the manufacturer warranty ends, and he said YES!" So why are you telling me that my warranty is expired if I should have until at least 8 months left of warranty? (purchased in late 2020, 1 year manufacturer warranty + 2 years extended warranty) Their 2 year warranty begins before you even get the products delivered to your home, and cancels out the manufacturer warranty! Try calling the extended warranty company to get service, they will tell you everything in their scripted book that you're warranty is expired and you need to purchase another extended warranty in order to continue talking to them. If I could rate zero stars I would. If you are thinking of buying anything from this business, run don't walk in the opposite direction. We purchased an entire kitchen of appliances here and I wish we had gone elsewhere. From the start the refrigerator leaked and couldn't go all the way back because we were told by the installer the water line would crimp. Strike number one, terrible installers and delivery people. They sent out a repair person to fix the leak and he put the appliance where it should be but couldn't fix the leak, stating it was a defect, and a new refrigerator had to be sent out. Meanwhile the submitted promised rebate was sent back as outdated even though the post mark shows it was submitted immediately and still within the promotion period. We spoke to a manager who stated it was a mistake and that we would be hearing back soon but it's been three weeks. Calls to the manager go unanswered. Nobody answers the telephone in that store. The salesman is in hiding. Strike two, refrigerator number two comes out with the same defect. We did purchase a warranty plan but it's Brandsmart. We were told a new one will again be sent out and delivery will be Tuesday. We received a telephone call I can only assume was about the delivery, but it was entirely in Spanish, and we couldn't understand it, so we had to have a Spanish speaking friend try and decipher it with difficulty. Tuesday morning, we get a confirmation call that delivery will be between 2:00pm and 5:00pm. All appointments for that day were cancelled and we remained at home. About an hour later a call comes cancelling delivery, "sorry but we can't make it today, it will be Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday." Nobody will ever call you back from Brandsmart as they are too busy moving on to the next sucker. Just go in there and tell a salesperson you are already working with someone and watch the nasty attitude you get. The salespeople in this store would apparently sell their own children to make a buck. The customer service is non-existent, and they do not stand behind what they sell, even their worthless service plan. Now we are having to take this to the next level outside the business because we can't get anywhere with store management. I have had several bad experiences with other items purchased at Brandsmart and what I have learned is no matter what they promise you it is all a bunch of fairy tales. Do yourself a favor and avoid Brandsmart and the stress in dealing with a bunch of incompetents. I bought all new kitchen appliances and a washer/dryer from the Deerfield Brandsmart a few months ago. I had everything delivered 2-weeks ago and noticed a problem on one of the appliances today (none of the appliances were installed). I called the store and Thomas, the salesman in appliances answered my call and advised me that Harold who was my original salesperson was off for a few days. Thomas took my concern to his supervisor and by the end of the day today Thomas called me to let me know that they are going to exchange the appliance that has an issue. Thomas went out of his way to help me even though I wasn't his customer. So my wife and I came here to look for TV's just before Black Friday. We were happy that it wasn't crazy busy and ended up making a decision. The employees were aggressively friendly, and you could tell they take home some sort of commission. We were talking to one guy and ended up coming back a few days later to get a couch we saw. He was a total vulture to the employee that tried to help us that day. Anyways, we decided to get the couch and opt for the service plan because we've heard some negative feedback about purchasing items from brandsmart. Well aside from the warranty, we decided against the delivery and just picked it up. When we got it home the next day (had to wait for it to arrive), unboxed it and installed it, the motor didn't work. Well, since we didn't pay for delivery, we had to wait for it to come back in, then I had to drive the broken part back to the store, pick up the replacement, take it back home myself and reinstall it. Ordered a dishwasher, fridge, stove and microwave. The fridge rolls out and the driver/installer knew he didn't lock it in place, leaving it for my plumber to do without asking or telling me. So when I went to open the fridge, it rolled out and I am uncomfortable with it as it could tug on the water line. Called the driver and asked him to come back 1 minute after he left my house, was still in the parking lot but said he was already at his next stop across the street. I called the store and the sales person told me that those fridges don't lock, just put food in it and it won't roll. Well it would need 100 pounds of food and would still roll. If you google whirlpool, you see that there is a way to make the fridge not roll so I don't know why BOB FOX lied to me, especially when the driver said he left it that way on purpose. Didn't realize but the dishwasher that was left last week, now I see that they didn't even attach the handle, just left it for me to do? Microwave is on backorder way past the date it was supposed to be here. Driver delivering the stove didn't want to plug it in for me, said he didn't have a plug. When I showed him that I had it and gave it to him, he acted like I was bothering him. Update, Guy came back and locked it in place so now it doesn't roll. Just pulled the tape off the dishwasher to see if I could install the handle, but before I could get that far, when taking all the plastic off I see that the front panel is bent away from the machine (see picture . When they deliver, they leave everything all covered in plastic so you can't see if anything is wrong and then they ask you to tell their dispatcher that everything is perfect. Let the buyer beware... check your product thoroughly while the drivers are there to make sure the installation and your appliances are acceptable. Update two: Yesterday (Saturday) the manager said he would take care of everything and get me a new dishwasher on Wednesday. When I asked him if he needed my receipt number, he said he had everything from my sales person. Today I called to see if I could get paperwork emailed to me or if I needed to come into the store, just to ensure the change will happen, and wanted to know why I had to wait until Wednesday when I have my plumber coming on Monday to install my new sink. The salesperson pulled up my account and said that he didn't see anything in the system regarding my broken dishwasher. Wow the manager made promises and if I didn't call in AGAIN, I would have been waiting in vain. Bob Fox said I would get an email when the exchange is processed so 9 hours later I looked through emails to see if there was one. No, there wasn't. Called in and spoke to Ed the Appliance manager who basically said this is my fault for not looking at the dishwasher closely upon delivery. When I explained to him that I am not a plumber and wasn't the one hooking it up, he said that wasn't his problem and that hey will take care of it "on their time" and not on my timeline. I explained that my plumber was coming to install my new sink on Monday and that was the reason I had the dishwasher delivered when I did so it would all be done st the same time. I asked for them to try to deliver on Monday and they said the truck was full. It's weird but before I paid, they said they can handle next day delivery if needed, but I guess that offer isn't the same for problems, only new sales. I asked Ed how long Bob has been in the industry and he told me 30 years. Well I could tell when I met him that he was knowledgeable, so I can't believe him or his managers lack compassion when someone calls in saying the fridge is rolling around, and didn't stop to listen and say "wow, that doesn't seem right". Basically, they must get so many complaints that they stopped having empathy for their customers. I spent 5k in the last three weeks and basically treated like I am complaining about 5 cents worth of merchandise. Ed tried to blame it on me for not using their installers on the dishwasher... Blame the customer, wonderful strategy... how about a bent panel is bent no matter who is installing it. He then mentioned that he read my yelp review, No apology for the problems, just told me that life is not perfect and to deal with it. Now I know where Bob learns how to handle problems, with a manager like this, it must be the norm and acceptable. I surfed the net for my dream fridge for weeks and found what I wanted. It was available on the Brandsmart website but I wanted to see it in person to make sure. Also, we've had luck in the past finding floor models we absolutely loved; our last fridge and our standup freezer. As I walked around upstairs, I spotted my fridge with a sale sign!! It was a return due to the height. Everything was still attached inside with plastic. Instead of the over $3000 price tag, it was almost half the price! Score! Since it's under warranty, any problems are covered the first year. Delivery was only $20. Sales guy wanted to sell me the extended warranty for several hundred more, but I was on a budget. Besides, there are home warranties for a lot less that will cover all appliances. For me, it was a painless process because I knew exactly what I was looking to buy. If you enter this adult toyland and wander aimlessly, you will probably end up with something you didn't need. There's no more 65' C9 in stock and in-display. But I got this baby because it was the last one . So, this unit was to be delivered Monday, buuut it didn't show up. Here's the landlord math (1 no show + angry tenant = prollem squared) So they say the new time is Miercoles (Wed 3-6). At sits turdy (6:30) the tennant is exploding, my Blackened Grouper meal ruined by 45 minutes of calling to Brandsmart. I've been on hold, nobody can help, no return calls, no word. I've been forced to deduct $200 from this months rent, scruff down a cold piece of dead fish, thanks to Brandsmart. The worst with deliveries and service ever. But from another location these people do not honor their word. 1st delivery we asked them to remove our old fridge. We are seniors we wanted it only placed in the garage. They agreed. When the drivers arrived they refused unless they are taking it into their truck they won't put it anywhere else. Next they made us buy all these accessories to connect to our water line. Again, they would not touch our water lines. They said we were suppose to have it ready. I said wait a minute no one ever told us this. Next nearly a year later the water and ice maker are not working after changing the filter. We used genuine products. We call for service they stated Saturday between 12-3. They called the day before and reaffirmed the appt. No problem! Saturday comes we are not sitting on top of our phones it's Saturday we are waiting for the repair man. Away from my phone only 20 mins. I go to answer another call and see I have a missed call. Oops it's bradsmart they left a voicemail that we need to call back to a 305 number to see if the tech will still come and repair this fridge. I call back within 9 minutes of the call and they informed me you are suppose to answer your phone or they cancel. NOW, they want me to take a day off work during the week for the technician to arrive. Beyond upset it's the weekend and we could have done things like we do in the weekends. This was a complete emergency visit. During our last trip, my husband lost his headphones. These things happen when you're traveling, you know. He needed to replace them asap. I haven't shopped at a BrandSmart since living in Atlanta. But today we were in the neighborhood and decided to give them a try. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by two very friendly and professional sales agents. Then we were greeted by the booming music blasting its way through some speakers, making sure we knew they wanted to entertain. The music coming through was the new song by Ciara, Level Up. I love that song so it was a definite pleasure to my ears. We were approached by a sales agent who asked us how he could help. The store is huge and could be overwhelming to the senses so it was helpful for him to approach us. We told him what we were there for and he immediately made some great suggestions. He left us alone for a little so we could take our time and choose what suited us. Comparatively speaking, BrandSmart was on point with its competitors. We found some headphones that he loved. And after doing some research while standing in the store, we found that BrandSmart was less expensive than the others. Check-out was a breeze. Defective products, incomplete delivery and rude service department. A nightmare from the beginning and I spent thousands.

In November of last year I placed an order with the West Palm location for Samsung's Tuscan Collection refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave, as well as their champagne washer and dryer. Due to Covid and international delays I was basically turned away several times before I could even place the order. Three months later, still nothing and I fond out my original salesperson (who was pretty awesome), had been let go. I moved to Pompano Beach and went to the Deerfield location to complain that the ball had been dropped once my sales rep left and Christopher Rullier jumped in to help me out. There were several common issues with delivery (damaged item and delays), but Chris never stopped communicating and never lost his patience (like I had on several occasions). Not only did he allow me to use him as my personal punching bag, he was able to help secure some of the final pieces available for this color/collection. As difficult a customer as I can be, I like to give credit where credit is due, and hope the team at Brandsmart Deerfield know Chris is a star player. One appliance left (the Smarthub fridge), but I am confident Chris will help me through this last hurdle! read more
